Preeta was still sitting on his lap
Karan leaned towards her neck when her head fell onto his shoulder
Karan was shocked
He kept his hands around her back
With his one hand, he patted her cheek
But she was unconscious
He carefully stood up, taking her in his arms.
He made her lie on the couch which was near his table
He sprinkled some water on her face and patted her cheek
Preeta slowly opened her eyes
Karan felt relieved. He immediately hugged her tightly
Preeta was feeling weak.
Karan : preeta tum theek ho na?
Preeta nods
Karan : pata hai mai kitna darr gaya tha..
He again hugged her tightly and kissed her all over her face
Karan : tumhe khone ke baare mein Soch bhi nhi sakta Mai!
Preeta weakly : Mai theek hu. Pata nahi kaise.. Bas thode chakkar aa gaye.. Tum tension mat lo
Karan : tum araam karo. Mai tumhare liye kuch khaane ko mangaata hu
Preeta nods
Karan asked his staff to get something to eat and was caressing preeta's head
After some time, they left from the office for their home
Preeta kept her head on karan's shoulders in the car
They finally reached their
Karan immediately went out ofthe car before preeta and opened the door
Before preeta could get out and stand, he took her in his arms
Preeta was shocked by his sudden action. Karan smiled.
He took her in the house and made her lie on the bed.
He took care of her. After few days, she was still unwell, feeling dizziness, pain in her chest and and stomach were common symptoms. Not being able to get well, karan decided to take her to the doctor the next day.
