It was very, very, very awkward the next day at lunch. Lillian could feel Britney evil gaze on Lillian and she could tell without looking she was watching Jeanette and Ryan. Ryan was next to Jeanette but he didn't have his arm around and being all lovely like he usually does. Lillian cheeks still blushed up when she thought about yesterday in his car.
Lillian stomach turned a lot every time Britney said sometimes and she has never felt so nervous. She just hopes she doesn't come out in front of the whole table and caf. Lillian was still curious to why she hasn't already. What is she planning?
"I still don't understand why you were late to picking up yesterday." Jeanette said to Ryan.
He shrugged, "I had to do something important."
"Like? What was so important while I was standing out in the freezing cold.", Jeanette said angrily.
"You were waiting inside the gymnasium with Jordyn.", he said, raising an eyebrow. "I said I was sorry. So I was ten minutes late, I don't see what's so wrong if I'm not there on the time you want me to be.".
Jeanette looked angry for a second then her face soften. She sighed heavily and stopped eating her salad. "You right, I'm sorry Ry.", she said, leaning in to him and kissed his cheek. "I'm kind of moody since my five day long friend came and I haven't been able to get rid of this headache I have.".
Lillian did her best not to gaze at them to long and have a mean look on. She was jealous--she had to admit since Ryan didn't even do anything, but he did look kind of uncomfortable.
"So where were you?", Britney suddenly asked and they all looked at her confused as she looked at Ryan.
He kept his cool, "What do you mean?".
"Yesterday.", she shrugged. "What kept you?"
"Family stuff." he said, giving her a small glare. "What's it to you?"
She smacked her gloss lips, "Nothing, I guess. I'm just curious."
"Brit, stop." Jeanette said. "If he says it's family stuff, it is. His father is having more shifts at the station and he's been very grumpy lately. Back off."
She held her hands up as she chuckle, "Okay, it wasn't really even that harmful to ask a simple easy question."
Lillian couldn't help but move her eyes to look at Britney who was glaring at her as she took a bit of her carrot.

"She was staring at me that whole day." Lillian told Ryan tiredly in car as they waited for Jeanette to come out since he was giving them a ride to Jeanette house to spend the night with each other. It was Lillian idea--she wanted to have one last sleep over before she loses her best friend tomorrow.
"I know, she was doing the same thing with me." he said. "I don't understand why she didn't say anything. Britney loves gossip and hurting people. I don't get it."
Lillian ran her hand threw her hair and yawned a little. She's been feel more and more tired lately. She didn't want to think about Britney right now. The worst most possible over and she just wanted to go home and sleep. But she had to stay awake to be with Jeanette.
Ryan reached his arm around her shoulder and pulled her closer down on his chest so she could lean her head on his chest, but she was hesitant. "Its okay, no one around and Jeanette wont be another ten minutes.".
"Her and her commitment to cheer leading. How could those little meeting last so long?" she asked laying her head on his chest and he chuckled as he reached his other arm around her front and she felt so warm in his arms and he kissed the top of her head.
"I felt the baby again.", she said. "Again, only a flutter but I'm going onto my fifth month."
"Maybe I can feel him or her soon to then.", he said. "My mother couldn't stop talking about you."
Lillian flushed up.
He chuckled, "She's still in surprised that her youngest is having a baby but she went on and on about having another grandchild. She gets mushy around babies though and said she hopes it's a girl since she only had boys."
"Well see now that makes me hope it's a girl.", she said, secretly adding If we keep it. "I like Mackenzie."
"Mackenzie?", he said as if he was trying to the name out. "I like that. Mickenzie Carlee."
"Carlee?", she questioned and thought about it. "Yeah, that sound pretty and nice."
He put his hand under her chin and lifted her face up to look at him smiling down at her. "I bet she would be just as pretty as you are."
Lillian blushed, "Now that was cheesy."
He chuckled and kissed her. She brought her hand up around his neck and kissed him back. She just wanted to kiss him forever since he had nice lips.
To soon Ryan pulled away and sighed, "Should jump in the back. Jeanette would be coming any second."
She knew he was right and didn't want to but she got out and got in the back.

Jeanette and Lillian were giggling over something Jeanette read out loud from the Seventeen magazine about embarrassing dates. Jeanette radio was playing and so was a movie. Lillian felt like old times and was happy. To happy it wanted to make her eyes.
"Wow, if Ryan ever had the waiter accidentally dump the tray of food all over me, I would have been so pissed then be embarrassed." Jeanette chuckled.
"Or how about the one about the movie theater and the guys was loud the whole time and he farted so loud." Lillian laughed.
"Oh no, see that would have never happened. I would have left after the talking with a mouth full of popcorn already." she said.
They went on with the magazine and Lillian was wishing this would last forever. She sighed then and Jeanette turned her head to look confused at her, but when she was about to ask what's wrong, a song on the radio suddenly became loud 'Bye, bye, bye, bye, bye...'.
Jeanette mouth dropped as she looked excited, "No way! I haven't heard this song in forever!", she said as she jumped out of bed to the Nsync song. She reached down and grabbed Lillian arm to dragged her out and Lillian had to hold the hoodie down on her stomach so it would rid up.
"Oh no Jean, I can't!", she said as Jeanette started dancing in front of her mirror. When they were little they always played the song and sing in front of the mirror.
She hit her shoulder, "Come on! Just like old times!".
Lillian hesitated until she couldn't help but smile and started singing in front of the mirror with Jeanette and they were dancing like idiots. Lillian couldn't remember the last time she smile like this with Jeanette. She hadn't felt this happy in a long time.
When the song ended, the walked backwards and fell back on her bed. Both girls giggled hard and Lillian stomach hurt a little, but she didn't care. She was still having a good time.
After moment of non stop giggling, they both sighed with smiles on their faces as they looked at each other.
"Your my best friend, always know that.", Jeanette said, taking Lillian hand.
Lillian smiled lower a little, "You'll always be my best friend to.", she said.
"I love you to death. I know I hang around some fake people but your always been so real with me and I love that. I can tell you anything." she said.
"Always." Lillian said.
She licked her lips and looked hesitate. "I...I have to tell you something, Lil."
Lillian eyes came together in confusion, wondering what Jeanette talking about. She has to tell her something? What? Is she pregnant!? Lillian knew she was most likely blowing it out of line, but the thought scared her. What else could she be telling her?
"What is it?" she asked, keeping herself cool though.
She sat up and Lillian followed her up. She took a deep breath before turning to her, "Okay, but you can't Ryan."
"Okay.", she said, just wanting to shake her down telling her to just tell her already. "I promise."
"I know you wont tell.", she said. "Remember that party a few months back? The one in November I took you to?"
"Yeesss?', Lillian said questionably. Of course she remember. That's the night she and Ryan conceived.
She hesitated again and got up, "I kind of....I kind of slept with Asher Shield that night!" she said quickly that Lillian didn't almost hear her, but she did.
Lillian stared up at her with her eyes huge and she was paralyzed sitting there. Did she just say she slept with Asher Shield?, she questioned herself. Nah, she just had to be joking and Lillian was waiting for the 'Ha! Got ya!', but it never came. Her stomach turned and she felt like she had to throw up but that didn't come.
"Lil, say something!", she said. "I feel really bad and I needed to say something about it! It was a mistake! I was drunk out of my mind and I didn't know what was happening.", she said, moving to bend in front of Lillian. "One minute I was dancing with him and the next I was under him having sex. And what makes it worse is that I enjoyed it, making me feel even worse. Please, don't tell Ryan. I love him and I have never did anything ever since that night.".
Lillian was...she was shocked. She couldn't believe what she was hearing. Was her friend just admitting to cheating on her boyfriend? Well, what is that odds of that!
"I had to tell someone and I knew I couldn't tell anyone else but you cause your my friend and you wouldn't tell anyone.", she said. "I promise I never cheated on Ryan before but that one time and I have been faithful since then.".
Lillian knew she had to come back and she did, but she couldn't say anything either. "Uh, um..."
"I know, I didn't know what to say either! I was mad at myself and I promise I would never talk about and Asher seems to not even remember it.", she said. She took a deep breath and let it out. "Jeez, it felt good to finally get that out now.", she said, getting up and sat next to Lillian who was still trying to say something.
So Jeanette had sex with Asher the same night Lillian had sex with Ryan. Jeanette is the sexually active one and Lillian the one that got pregnant? That just pissed her off more.
