You blinked so many times and pinched your cheek so hard and that made you hissed in pain. You inhale and exhale. You stood up and looked around the house. The living house was as bigger than your crappy apartment that you had rent alone these past few months. It's been a week since the incident and you already have a boyfriend.
Shownu had been asking you to move out from your crappy apartment but you refuse until the land-lord came and kick you out today because you didn't pay the rent for about two months.
"Are you okay?", Shownu's voice interupted your deep thought. You turned around and saw he had change into a comfortable clothes. He's wearing a wife beater this time.
Goddamnit. Why is he always wearing that kind of shirt. You couldn't help but blushed with the beautiful sight in front of you. Luckily it was kind of dark and he didn't see your blushing face.
"Uh, yeah.", you paused and looked down on the floor. To be honest, you're so awkward to be around him because you don't know what should you talk about. You cursed inside of your head for not being able to think about anything to talk with. After the incident, you didn't come to the bar again because you were fired like how he said but he did come to your house, buying you some foods and anything else that you needed in the crappy house, even.
But he hadn't do a thing for you, yet. A date.
"You should sleep now.", Shownu broke the silent.
"Excuse me?", you looked at him, feeling confuse.
"I've got you enroll in a new school.", he said. "I've put them in your room.", he added without looking at you. He made his way to the television before switched on the plug and turn it on. You were kind of speechless but you found yourself slowly went into your room.
Again, you were speechless.
Shownu on the other hand was nervous but he manage to act cool around you or he will get busted. He doesn't know what do you like but he barely see you in colorful outfits like shirt or pants and even shoes. Shownu had been watching over you since the first day you started to work in the bar.
He had been always watching over you from his office.
Sure he want to blow those perverts' head off but that wouldn't solve anything. Killing on pervert doesn't mean it would kill all of them in once. Plus, it might as well inviting some new enemies as well. Until one day he noticed that these three men had been eyeing you ever since they get in into the bar. He saw how he slapped your butt cheeks and it made him so mad because you didn't even bother to shout at him.
It shocked him to know that you're only seventeen years old, barely an adult. You were eight years apart from him.
The next day after the incident, he called Minhyuk and asked him how can he hired someone underage like you. Minhyuk didn't know anything because you lied about your age by saying you're twenty one years old.
After telling you to go to sleep, he slowly turned his head to your way when he saw you were already gone into your room.
"I hope she likes them.", he muttered and watched his favorite show, alone.
"Oppa...", you slowly called but he was shocked with your sudden appearance. He almost jumped on couch but again he managed to act cool again. He doesn't know why but he likes it when you called him that with your small firm mouth.
"...why you're not sleeping yet?", he asked as he looked at you up and down.
"Hmm...this...", you said as you showed two different things in your hand. A stun gun and a latest smartphone that Shownu had bought for you. "How to use these?", you innocently asked. Shownu closed his eyes, forgetting to explain how to use those. The stun gun was just for her safety. He realized that you didn't own a cellphone, even a crappy one and he decided to buy you one.
"Come here.", he called you over and pat the seat next to him. Slowly, you make way and took a sit beside him. He took them from your hand and placed it on the coffee table in front of both of you.
"This is a stun gun.", he said. "Look, I don't want anything bad happen to you again this time. Bring this whenever and wherever you go, even the toilet.", he said. "Perverts are anywhere these days."
"How to use...this?", you asked, totally forgetting about it's name. All you could remember was 'gun'. You smiled sheepishly as you scratched your nape, trying to not be as awkward as you can be.
"Okay, look.", he said and poined the red button at the middle of the left side. "You need to hold it like this and pinch this button. Stabbed at wherever place that were expose. Normally, the neck.", he put it back down on the table. "Please be careful, it's electricity.", he added before he took the smartphone.
"This is how you turn on your phone.", he said as he took your thumb. "It was scanning your thumb print.", he said. Within a second, the phone was suddenly had been turned on.
"Only you can switch it on because it had your thumb print.", he said.
"You can't?", you asked.
"Nope. I have my own.", he answered as he showed his phone.
"Wow!", you were pleased by these days technologies and you had to admit you liked this kind of things, except the stun gun. You take a look at Shownu's phone who had the same model like you did. He had the darker shade of grey while you had the lighter shade.
"Look.", Shownu said, calling back your attention as he pointed to one of the icon inside of the phone. "This is contact list. I'll add my number now.", he added as he quickly added his number inside of your phone and save it as his real name.
"Put the heart at the end of your name.", you bluntly said.
"What...?", he was confuse.
"I mean, can you please added the heart icon in your name? You're the only contact I have in it.", you said.
"What? No.", he refused.
"Please~", you sang.
"Okay, fine.", he gave in as he clicked edit and put the heart emoji at the end of his name. "If you want to call me, click this icon. Alright?", he said as he pointed to the phone icon. You just nods your head understandingly.
"I'll send you to school tomorrow.", he said as he gave back the phone and stun gun back to her. "Be careful.", he said once again as he pointed at the stun gun.
"Alright!", you smiled. "Thank you, oppa!"
Shownu had promised you that he will send you to school since he wanted you to go back to school so bad. Shownu was driving while you was sitting and looking around, feeling nervous. You looked at him, thinking about a conversation but you couldn't think of any because you were staring at him. He was wearing oversized plain black tee with a big 'X' in the middle and dark blue jeans.
Not bad though. You thought, checking your boyfriend out.
"Are you nervous?", he asked without looking at you. You nods and sigh.
"Can I not go?"
"No. Well, at least you have to finish your high school.", he said. "Don't worry. My little cousin will be in same class as you, he'll take care of you.", he added.
"Wow, you really have your men all over the country huh?", you tried to joke. He turned and gave you a look. "I was just kidding.", you awkwardly said as you looked away not knowing that Shownu had secretly smile because of you.
After a few painful minutes in the car, it had finally stopped.
"We're arrived.", he said. You doesn't want to go out and keep yourself inside of the car as Shownu had already went out from the car. He turned around, only to see you are not stepping out of the car yet.
Suddenly, the door was being open which made you jumped a bit. "Why don't you come out?"
"Do I really have to go?", you asked again.
Well, let's be honest here. You were kind of paranoid with just the word 'school'. You stopped from attending school when you were fourteen years old because of some financial problem. Plus, you just lost your only father at that time. The only one who had been raising you up.
Not to mention, you were bullied during your school days made you feel like you don't want to go back.
"Come on, I'm here.", he said as he took your hand by your left wrist, asking you to come out. You had finally gave in and slowly get out from the car.
