Camila's POV
"And what if nobody wants to talk to me?"
I asked, nervous
"Oh my God, Camila, people will talk to you. Take it easy." Taylor said
"I can't." I said and got up, walking around the room
"I studied with the same people since my first year, I don't know how to make friends..." I said
"You don't know how to make friends?
You come to an unknown country, alone,
to the home of complete strangers and tell me you don't know how to make friends?" she said and continued
"Bullshit Camila" she said an laughed a little

I bit my lower lip, it already hurted so many times that it did. I got ready to sleep, but I ended up with insomnia, all because of the damn nerves..
I went downstairs to drink a glass of milk, hoping I can sleep faster but I got scared when I tripped on Lauren on my way to the kitchen
"Ehh" she said, spilling the water she was carrying, on her shirt "sorry, I didn't see you." I said
"It's all good." she said and continued walking in front of me, preventing me from coming in to the kitchen completely.
"Excuse me?" I said
She looked at me for a few seconds, then stepped aside, letting me pass.
I took a glass and milk, and drink a bit.
"Insomnia?" she asked
I just nodded, and she sighed.
"How long are you going pretending that I don't exist?" I heard her saying approaching me.
"I'm not pretending you do not exist." I said
"But you're ignoring me..." she stopped, closer than she should in fact.
"Is it because of that ridiculous argument?" she said and I let the glass fall from my hands, dropping it in the sink
"Oh, besides everything it was ridiculous for you? Oh my God grow up girl!" I said and tried to go through her but Lauren grabbed my arm, preventing me from continuing
"What do you want?" I asked.
"If you didn't care so much, why would be so angry with me...?" I tried not to look directly at her eyes
"The discussion was important to realize as a low person you arem.. And I never said I didn't care, you're the one who says I shouldn't care. And that's what I'm doing."
"I ..." she started saying looked at me "I think I was a bit rude.." she said and sighed
"Well, should it take you two months to realize that?" I asked
"Please Camila, cooperate with me" she said
"I'm not going to make things easier for you Lauren, not anymore... You hurt me physically a few months ago and I forgave you.... You hurted me with different words or ways and I also forgave you. Now I'ev had enough, I won't forgive so easily. I don't want to hurt myself again." she let me go
"You know why? Because today you are being lovely... tomorrow you will be ignoring me or telling me that you should have never have talked to me."
"How much it hurts...." she shook her head
"You keep continuing and ignoring the words of who wants to see you well..."
I looked at her for a few seconds and then I went back to the room, very annoyed to get to sleep.

The next morning I woke up with heavy eyes, sleep was still hitting me and I had no desire to get out of bed, but I couldn't miss my first day in the theater. I went down, I had coffee with Clara, since Taylor had already gone to school.
"How will I get to my classed?" I sais
"Lauren will get you there, dear." Clara said.
I nodded quietly... oh God
A little later she appeared, ready to get me to my course. We went into the car quietly and stayed like that until we got the place.
"Uhm, thanks. Lauren, the door is closed."
"I know. Let's say I need to get payed for what I did" she said and turned her face, pointing to her cheek, I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms.
"I am not going to do that. Lauren, open the door, now!" I said
Nothing...
I sighed and gave her a quick kiss on her cheek, to get rid of it quickly, then she unlocked the door.
"Good girl." she said.
I got out of the car spitting fire.
The class was great, everyone was nice to me, I can say that I liked it a lot. When I left the place I saw Lauren lying in the car, I pretended that I didn't see her and I kept walking.
A whistle stoped me from walking so I turned around, knowing what was waiting for me and she raised her hand, making a gesture. And I went to her.
"What are you doing here?" I asked.
"I'm finding a way to be your driver..."
I breathed deeply, getting into the car.
She did the same, we stayed silent until I noticed that there was something strange in the way, I may not know many things, but she's going in a place simular to the one that brought me.
"Lauren, where are you going?" I asked
"Hm, let's go for a walk." she said..
"I won't go for a walk or anything, take me home." I said firmily
"I said: Let's go for a walk." she said
"Keep the car, I'm going home alone." I said
"Hm.." she looked out the window, as if she is analyzing something "I'm not going so fast, if you want, open the door and you throw yourself away... "
"Stop playing Lauren.. I don't want to walk with you." I said
"Then pretend that this is a kidnapping and shutyour mouth." she said sarcastically
"Ha ha ha so funny. Can you tell me, at least, where are we going?" I asked
"No." she said "end of discusion."
"God Lauren, are we going to China?" I asked.
"Look around you and advantage of the landscape I brought you..." she said simply, without giving much importance to my claims
"I don't understand you, you know?
Why would you want to come here with me?
Let's say I'm a stranger, what a stupid exchange."
"I didn't say stupid" she answered, leaving me more couraged
I sighed and realized that it was impossible to have a conversation with Lauren.
It didn't took a long time until she parked the car.
"Ah, that's great, a parking lot.
Now we are going to take care of the cars and make money. So why don't you go to put a bar around there?"
"We're going for a walk now." she demanted
"Walk? I'm not going anywhere" I refuse to get out of the car "Unless I know what you want to do with me..."
She sighed, turning around the car, opened my door and stood outside, grabbed my face and turned it towards her.
"Do you think I would be able to hurt you?" she asked and I swallowed dryly
"I'm not going to do anything to you Camila..." she said calmly. She stretched out her hand "let me just show you one thing.."
I looked at her hand and I refused to take it. We walked quietly to the entrance of a park, in seconds my eyes opened completely, I was in love with the place.
Flowers and more flowers, of all colors and types, everywhere, in a path, with benches on the road, passed between them, people sat in the middle of the roses or ran among the daisies.
I gasped.
"Why?" I looked at Lauren "why did you bring me here?"
"It's unacceptable that you don't know this..." she pointed to the place
"I just thought you would like it." she said and shrugged
I ended up smiling, I had no reason not to do in a place such as beautiful as this.
