Lauren's POV
I already have a lot of problems, and I don't want get another one because I wanted to kissed Camila, so I decided to retire. I can go out with another girl and every other girl that is not the new protected of my family...
Even though the desire to kiss her has been very strong now it seem like a simple bullshit desire I had.
I went down the stairs and sat next to Taylor, who immediately looked at me.
“I'm not going to change the TV channel.” she said and I didn't even said anything.
“Did I asked you to do it?”
“Not yet, but I know that you will do..”
She kept her gaze fixed on the television
I settled in better on the couch, some time after I was there, the phone rang, Taylor only listened when she realized that I would not make a movement now.
“Hello? Hello Drew! All good and you? Sure, I know how that is”she laughed
“if she's here, I'll pass her the phone” she looked at me “kisses, bye” she handed me the phone “for you”
I took it out of her hands and attended to Drew, who wanted to know if he could sleep here today, since his parents would go out and he doesn't feel like staying at home without doing anything. Obviously I told him I could come. When I cut, I decided to make Taylor uncomfortable.
“Want to go out with Drew?” I asked
She quickly turned her face, looking at me a little shy.
“No, it's clear that no.” she denied, though her words were not strong enough to believe herr.
“Liar. It is obvious that you want.” I said
“Don't bother me, Lauren” she said and got up, “bravely go find something to do” she threw the pillow that was in her lap and went up.
Camila's POV
I stayed 5 minutes paralyzed in the same place, processing everything that just happened. After more than 10 minutes I sat on the bed looking at nothing, I finally decided that I needed a bath to relax.
I don't consider myself bisexual because I was never with a girl, but that doesn't mean I've never been attracted to one. Well, I pushed those thoughts away about sexuality. When I came out of the bathroom I found Taylor lying on her bed.
“What happened?” I asked, drying my wet hair with the towel.
“Lauren. She asked me if I want to go out with Drew.”
“You want to go out with Drew.” I answered
“No, I don't want to.” she said.
“Tay, that was not a question.” I said
Oh, don't start too, Camila.” she replyed
“It's fine, all right, I won't say anything anymore..”
I changed the subject, so that Tay will feel better about it, for my luck, it worked.
Later we learned that Drew would sleep here, I couldn't bear to make Tay a little joke about that. After dinner we went to the room to talk with Drew and Taylor.
Well, with Drew.
Since Lauren didn't responded...
After a while the tension between Tay and Drew was obvious, that's why her sister looked like a security guard between them two, and I was forced to get her out of there.
“Lauren, can you help me in one thing up there?” I asked
“Tell Taylor” she said
“I need someone strong...”
She complained and got up,
following me to the room.
“What do you want?” she asked
“Gust get you out of there. Let your sister give Drew some kisses”I said and threw myself on the bed, laughing
“Seriously, Lauren, you do not realize those things.”
“Taylor said she didn't want to go out with him.” She leaned back against one of the walls, crossing her arms.
“As I can tell you don't know your sister. People don't always say what they feel.” I said
“You are strange. Wouldn't it be easier to simply admit what they feel?” she asked confused
“We don't find that easy, everything that is difficult in the end is always worth it.”
I said and smiled at her, and as always she didn't answer.
“I just wanted to see how is your true smile.” I answered
“My smile? Why?” she asked
“Only because I'm curious” I said
“You are always so serious.”
“I don't like to smile for nothing.” she said
“You have no idea what you're missing.”
I smiled, reinforcing my sentence
“It feels so good to receive and give a smile, your day changes completely.” I saidn
“Damn, you are very dreamy.
The world isn't full of joy.”
she answered back
“Only when people don't want it to be joyful make it look like life is bad... You have a family that loves you, friends that are always supporting you, a home, you're healthy, you have a place to study... what else do you need to be happy?”
“Several things.” she said
I shook my head and sighed, giving up on that issue.
“Did you take a bath?” I asked, to break the silence that was established
“My God, what is up with you and those things germs... Yes, I took a bath, you're happy?”
“Somuch.” I smiled to provoke
“How is it even possible for such a small person to be so irritating?” she asked
“How can such a beautiful person be so boring?” I asked back.
Lauren looked at me, her face showed a desire to laugh that surely would catch me.
“What did you say Camila?” She asked, coming to sit next to me.
“Nothing, I didn't say anything.” I looked down.
“Ah, but you said something...”
“You know what I said....”
“Hey, look at me...” she took my chin in her hands slightly, raising it so I can see her in the eyes “Is it true, what you said?”
“Yhat you are very boring?.. Yes” I answered.
“The other thing you said.” She continued looking at me
I nodded, very shyly. Wanting to run out of here
“You are also very beautiful.. ” she said, shooting my cheek with her finger, with such an affection...
I got very red, biting my lower lip.
“Don't do that...” she said, putting herfinger on my lip, where I was biting
“for fucks sake, don't do it...”
“Okay.” I with a very low voice confused by Lauren's sudden change, of the way she was treating me
“By the way, I know I'm beautiful...”
What a modesty she think she is is...
Lauren winked at me and settled better in bed like I did.
“Did those two downthere already kissed?” she asked.
I shrugged and began to untangle the ends of my hair.
“Damn, I'm very hungry...” She threw her self back on the bed
“We just had dinner.” I answered
“An appetizer at dawn it always is better..” she said.
I rolled my eyes and concentrated on my hair again.
“I'm going to prepare a sandwich.” She made an attempt to get up, but in despair that she wasn't going to interrupt Taylor and Drew, I tried to lure her back, but Lauren ended up pushing me too, causing me to fall on her.
