If you are sensitive or squirmish when it comes to cutting or blood I think it's best to leave, also if you cut yourself (like I did) Its best to get help, I know it's hard to ask for help but if you do then the depression will go away, I know it does not work the first time but trust me it will eventually, if you don't get help then you will just continue to suffer but if you do get help then the suffering will end
