The Beast Preys

She screamed.

That's all she could do as that monster branded her. She did not know what he carved but he took his time to write out something before smiling and getting off of her.

"You, my dear, will never forget me." He smirked and looked back down at her new wound. "Now I will always be with you."

Listening to what he said, she came to the realization of what his words truly meant and she started crying.

"No! No, no, no, please!" She begged.

"It's too late, you're mine forever now." Lewis smirked as he looked down at the carving of his name in her skin. "I'll be back. You better be good."

Olivia must have passed out from the dehydration, or the lack of look in her system, or both. It was dark in the room when her eyes opened again. Yet she still found his eyes staring back at her.

His eyes were darker than she had ever seen them. Pure black as he stared at her silently for God knows how long. So black they stood out in the darkness that consumed the room. She hadn't seen it before.

Her heartbeat sped up as he walked toward her. His fingers grazed her skin ever so slightly.

"It's time." He simply said.

•••

She had been gone for four days now. Four days with that sick monster and Nick's thoughts were eating him alive.

He was her partner. He should've checked in on her. He should've dropped her off to make sure she was safe. He should have.

His painful thoughts were cut off when he heard his name and looked down to realize that his knuckles were bleeding.

"Nick..." Amanda said as she reached out to touch my arm.

"I'm good, I'm good." He breathed.

"No, no you aren't. If you were you wouldn't be punching the lockers. Sit." She said as she motioned for Nick to sit beside her on the bench. "You can not blame yourself, and you shouldn't be hurting yourself. You know Liv wouldn't want that."

"She would've wanted me to protect her. At least look out for her, check up on her, as a partner should, but I did nothing." He took a breath to calm down the anger boiling inside him and shook his head. "I wasn't there. I should've walked her up as her partner or at least drove by, but I didn't."

"Nick, we all should've done something other than what we did- nothing. You can't take all the blame. Now, let's do something productive like looking for more leads." She said as she stood. "I think I found one, but we need to do more searching."

•••

Elliot paced around his living room. Now that this involved Liv he hated that he couldn't be at the precinct trying to catch this guy. He hated that he didn't check on her sooner. He of all people should have known that she wouldn't have reached out to anyone for so long.

But he didn't.

And now he had to pray that they found her before anything happened because if SVU was investigating him Elliot knew why he took Olivia.

•••

His eyes never closed, and although she couldn't see the rest of him in the pitch-black room, she could hear everything. Feel everything. She listened quietly to him undo his belt and let his pants fall to the floor. A tear rolled down her cheek as she tried to accept what was about to happen, but she couldn't. Not at that moment, and he seemed to like that.

Then, she felt a chill go down her body as he cut her clothes off her. There was no way out of this.

"Don't cry, Detective, this will be a night to remember." He said as he wiped my tear.

His hands roamed and gripped every part of her body. No part was excluded. The fact that her clothes were off made it worst. Now she could really feel his grimy hands touching her skin. She tried to keep it together, so he would lose interest, but he knew how to make her show emotion. He pulled her own gun and shoved it down her throat. Cocking it as he stared into her eyes with a smirk, daring to pull the trigger.

"No! Please don't. Please don't. I'll do anything!" She cried, not wanting life as she knew to to end, especially this way.

Lewis looked at Olivia with a cocky grin once she begged for her life.

"Anything?" He smirked as he lead the gun between her legs, pushing the tip of the barrel in her entrance.

"No!" She screamed, louder than expected, not wanting to experience such pain.

"Oh, you want me, don't you?" He asked as he pulled the gun out of her.

She didn't answer. She didn't want him, but she didn't want to be shot. He struck her face hard before yelling "You want me!"

"No!" She yelled but was struck again with her own gun.

"You can't say no anymore. You don't get that. And," he said as he stuck his fingers inside her roughly; no longer could she hold back the tears nor the whimpers that caused her lips to tremble "don't raise your voice to me. I'm in charge, detective."

This is it? I've helped so many people and now- now I'm the one getting raped. Beaten. He's going to rape me while I lie here helplessly and vulnerable...

"Gotcha." He smirked as he hovered over her, getting excited by the loud whimpers and cries.

Olivia's whimpers seemed to only grow as she tried to plead with him yet again.

"Please...please no. Lewis, I-no! Please!" She sobbed as she helplessly watched him align with her entrance.

"Please...Please no...please!" He laughed mockingly as he repeatedly kissed her neck before forcefully plunging himself inside her.

•••

"Where is he?" Nick growled as he threw Lewis' roommate against the wall.

"I don't know! I swear man, he's crazy!"

Nick punched him in the nose and gripped the collar of his shirt roughly. "Don't lie to me!"

It only took a couple of hours for him to tell them they went to Long Island, which somewhat didn't help.

"Cragen, the beach is huge. There are so many spots for him to hide her. How are we supposed to cover that much ground we need to at least get it down to two beaches!" Amanda stressfully exclaimed.

"Amanda, we're gonna pinpoint a location soon, but for now go take a 30-minute break in the cribs. Now." He ordered. And she would've argued against it, but the case was really getting to her and she gave in because of the exhaustion she suddenly felt.

Waking up 50 minutes later she rushed downstairs as she quickly remembered what happened before she fell asleep.

"What happened? Did we find anything?"

Cragen turned and sighed. "We sent some guys out, but there are no clues pointing anywhere. He really covered his tracks this time." He admitted, trying not to let defeat sink in.

•••

Elliot came dashing into the precinct and walked over to the board they had covered in dead ends and erased a significant portion of the mistakes.

"Elliot, what the hell do you think you're doing?" Cragen yelled from behind him.

"I got in touch with some buddies at the FBI and they couldn't find any surveillance cameras of Lewis after he reached Long Island. He can only be around seven beaches that don't have cameras nearby or are easy to duck." He said as he turned around facing him and his concerned look.

"When's the last time you've slept, son?"

"She's been missing for over a week. I can't relax enough to sleep knowing she's not safe." He breathed as he sat at her desk watching them figure out ways to cover the multiple grounds. They spent the rest of the night working so they could have all of tomorrow to search for her.

"Okay...we'll look and send teams out to cover the beaches. Thank you, but you need to get some sleep. Wake up and start again with a clear mind." Cragen said softer.

•••

Olivia woke up not knowing what day it was. The beatings were calming down since she stopped saying no. Not by choice but her body was too weak and her mind was too clouded from the lack of food and dehydration...even the rapes were getting longer. He didn't bother to put restraints on her anymore since she couldn't fight. She couldn't even pick herself up off the ground, let alone fight back. Her body was shutting down and she could feel it. The burning fervor diminished but she didn't think it could get worst...

"Detective, today we're gonna try a new position." He said with his evil grin. I could feel the evil radiating off of him. He'd already made her get in every position, yet she was so tired she couldn't think of any new positions he hadn't made me do already... she was too tired to think of what he could do.
