"I cant believe this nigga had the nerve to come here after what he did" I said out loud to myself after walking away from the door. I went in my room and changed into some shorts and a t-shirt, And started cleaning trying to clear my mind. I went into the kitchen and pulled a sponge from under the counter and got my spray out and began scrubbing. I know I scrubbed for over two hours and decided to cook before I heard the doorbell ring.
I went to the door hesitantly hoping William haven't decided to bring his happy ass back over trying to apologize again. After looking through the peephole and seeing it was just Toyia I opened the door.
"hey girl ! why you looking all mean answering your door like that?" Toyia asked walking into the house
"my bad I'm just having a really messed up day today." I answered Closing the door and following Toyia into the kitchen
"what happened.........ooowww you cooked" she said running to the stove after grabbing a plate
"Yes I did" I said standing at the counter looking at her pile her plate up with food I guess she could tell by voice that I wasn't so happy
"what wrong with you" she asked walking over to the dinning table sitting her plate down and pulling out a chair. I pulled out the chair in front of her and sat down.
"I decided to just end things with William and he didn't take it so well. That Cassandra Girl came to me talking crazy. And William and I got into a huge argument at work and I quit." I said all in one breath
"WHAT! " Toyia screamed dropping her fork on her plate "wait a minute just start from the beginning" just then the doorbell rung.
"hold on let me see who this" I said getting up
"you expecting company?" Toyia asked as I left the kitchen
"not that I know of" I answered I peeped through the key hold and saw Tiffany
"hey! What are you doing here" I said hugging her
"I came to check on you ....I just left from William's" she said following me to the kitchen
"what's up Tiff" Toyia said standing up to hug her
"Hey girl" Tiffany replied
"ok ok now get to explaining" Toyia said sitting down picking up her fork eating.
After Tiffany went over and fixed her plate I started from the beginning and told them how me and William was in his office and Cassandra walked in on us all the way until we got into the argument which lead up to me quitting.
"wait a minute so you telling me Cassandra came to you and said that shit" Tiffany asked shocked
"yea pretty much" I said lifting my shoulders
"I knew that bitch was up to no good" Toyia added shaking her head
"yea I got a few choice words for her.."Tiffany commented
"no I told her what I wanted her to know already.....no need for you to get involved" I told Tiffany
"forget all that" Toyia said waving her hand "what the hell is wrong with your brother giving out blackmail threats just cause Lisa taking away the coochie"
"one word.....CRAZY" Tiffany replied
"I know he laying the pipe right cause you aint walked straight since yall been together but girl you must be putting it down real good too for him to be acting stupid, I guess you did that hula hoop on......"
"SHUT UP TOYIA" I said cutting her off. That girl has absolutely no filter on her mouth. She just laughed to herself and started back eating
"yes Please shut up" Toyia said " I love my brother and all but hearing about his sex life is not my cup of tea" We all had to laugh at that one "but I talk to William" Tiffany said looking at me. I know she trying to feel me out to see where my head was at with him. So I decided to let her
"Fuck HIM" I said simply and meant every word. I really didn't care that he was Tiffany's brother. We already decided that when we became friends that what ever happened between William and I would have nothing to do with our friendship. So I'm guessing I'm testing that out.
"I know that's right, he done lost his mind thinking he gone talk to somebody like they a two dollar hoe" Toyia commented with a mouth full of food.
"I know he stupid.....trust me" Tiffany said rolling her eyes "but he really wants to talk to you Lisa"
"well I don't want to talk to him......he threatens my career....and my livelihood making it seem like I'm gone be homeless if I don't do what he wants" I started shaking my head "No...what if the Cassandra thing didn't happen and I just didn't want to have this office affair anymore it still doesn't make it right"
"I know but you should have seen him Lisa, can you picture a six foot five man looking like a sad duck" Tiffany said. Just picturing that did make me laugh "just hear him out pleasssssse" Tiffany started poking her lips out like a child. I looked over to Toyia to see what she thought
"I say hear him out if he doesn't say what you want to hear just get up and leave" Toyia said.....I turned back to Tiffany and she still had her sad puppy dog face
"Ok Ok I'll hear what the asshole has to say" I said taking a deep breath "but if he comes with that threatening shit im gone kick both y'all ass"
Both women laughed and continued eating. I decided to fix me a plate too since I haven't ate all day anyway. Im so glad I've such wonderful friends because lord knows I need them.

I decided to meet William at his house just in case he pissed me off it would be more easier to just get up and leave than trying to kick him out my house. If you asked how I feel at this moment I don't even know if I could let you. I was just mixed of all emotions at this point and I think I'm going crazy. I had decided that whatever William had to tell me, I would still stick to my plans to end our affair. I was in love with him and just having sex is not as fulfilling if the person your with is not in love with you the same way. I walked up to the door and rung the door bell. I could see his shadow from the outside getting closer to the front door.
"Hey I was beginning to think you had changed your mind " he said opening the door and letting in
"I was about to but I decided to come anyway" I replied not even looking back and walking straight into the living room. I wasn't really about to change my mind I just couldn't find nothing to wear. Even though I'm pissed at him I still wanted to look good. I took a seat on the expensive sofa that properly cost more than half my furniture in my whole house.
"well I'm glad you decided to come" William said he was actually looking nervous which was new for him because he always had this strong non sense attitude about himself. He walked into the living room and sat next to me. I could smell his scent which was fresh soap and washing power from his clothes.....he really wasn't a cologne type of guy which was fine by me because I was turned on anyway.
"I just want to start off and apologize to you for what I said" he said turning to look at me. I didn't say nothing and just looked at him so he continued on "I shouldn't have never threatened or used your career as a way to try and keep you from stopping our personal arrangements." he said I guess arrangement is a better word to use
"you really shouldn't have because I'm a damn good worker and you know it William" I said getting heated all over again
"you are!" he said cutting me off "and I'm truly sorry for that....Honestly"
"yea well...." was all I could say
"I don't know what happen Lisa" he said hanging his head down "you just came out of nowhere and said you wanted to stop being with and when I asked why it went from that to 'I quite' and I panicked.....you wouldn't tell me why and I didn't know what else to do"
"it still doesn't make it right" I said he's not getting off the hook that easy
"I know" he replied looking over at me "you know I would have never done anything like to you I care to much for you....why do you want stop seeing me" he asked I knew this question was coming and I really wasnt prepared to just put my feeling out on the table but I guess I have to
"I ...just want more William. I really like you and having sex with someone I really care about and not knowing if they feel the same way is just not working for me. Then on top of that Cassandra comes and confront me on top of my emotion already being everywhere and I...."
"wait what?" William stopped me and begin to frown "when did Cassandra come and talk to you?" he asked
"ummm right after she left your office I guess" I said
"damnit....what did she say Lisa" he said looking at me
"it's really not important she just made it clear that I should stay away from you because me and you are of different classes and I could never fit I your world just to make a long story short" I said I could look on his face and tell something was wrong
"I want you to know that I really do care about you Lisa and I actually wouldn't mind us being a couple..." he started I could sense there was more or a but coming
"And..." I said waiting
He took a deep breath like what he Was about to say was going to be really hard. So many thoughts was running through my mind like he wanted to be a couple but he wanted to be a secret or something. I just didn't know and I was actually scared to find out
"I want to tell you something and I want you to keep a open mind ok" he said looking at me I just nodded and waited for him to continue
"I'm not who you think I am" he said and stopped
"what do you mean your not who I think you are.....are you not William Blake" I asked confused I really wasn't expecting that to come out his mouth...I was definitely interested now
"I'm mean yes I am William Blake but I'm also someone else as well" he looked at me grabbed my hands "When Cassandra came to you and said that you wouldn't fit in she wasn't necessarily talking about class wise" he said
"I know she was talking about weight wise" I finished for him. He started shaking his head
"no she wasn't talking about that either. me and Cassandra dated for three years until I caught her cheating and I broke our engagement off. our parents were both very happy about us being together because us marrying would mean that two great families would be joining" he said
"ooookkk, I don't get it William what exactly are you trying to say?" I asked
"my father is the ruler of Angola which is......"
"A country in Africa" I finished for him "wait a minute" I said sitting up "are you trying to tell me your father is a 'king'.......which means your a prince"
"well for a lack of a better term....yes"
"you've got to be kidding me" I said getting up off the sofa I was beyond flabbergasted at this point "as many right ups you've had in magazines not one has mentioned the fact that you are from another country or that your a PRINCE!"
"because that is apart of my life that has nothing do with me being in the United States I wanted to attend school here in the U.S. as a regular person and make my own way in corporate America without my status helping me." he answered
"Well what part does Cassandra have to do with this?" I asked crossing my arms over my chest.
"her father is the ruler of Sudan"
"Which makes her a princess I presume" I asked
"Yes" he answered
"William you can't expect me to believe this do you? I mean you have no accent nothing about you says Africa"
"Lisa it's true....where do you think Tiffany gets her accent from? And Cassandra? If she spoke to you I'm sure you've picked up on hers."
"yes of course Tiffany said her and Cassandra went to the same school their whole lives" I said starting to actually think about what I just said
"Yes the same school in Africa" he stated in a duh type of way I guess everything was kind of adding up at this point, except for one thing
"Well if what your saying is true....why don't you have a accent too? I asked
"before coming to America I had special english teacher who taught me how to pronounce my words correctly....like I said I wanted to fit in"
"Oh my god your serious" I said actually believing for the first time that this is true
"very serious"
"so where does this leaves me? Why you decided to tell me this?" I asked sitting back down I was almost at a Lost for words
"I wanted to tell you because I didn't want any secrets between us and this leaves you where ever you want to be....which I'm hoping is with me" he said looking me in my eyes I could see how genuine he was being right now but this is a lot to take in. I mean a freaking prince, what the hell. I thought I wasn't his type before I damn sure know I'm not now. I'm no damn royalty that for sure
"I'm due home in a week" he said interrupting my thoughts "come with me and all your questions can be answered " he said putting arm around my waist
"I don't know William" I said unsure
"please I promise you'll have a wonderful time our country is really beautiful and Tiffany will be there of course" he added on
"I guess I can go" I said hesitantly
"thanks sweetheart I promise you want regret it" he said kissing my forehead
I sure hope I don't regret this I thought to myself I know this could either turn out two ways. It could be really good....or really bad and I pray it's the first one.

So sorry for not updating yesterday like I said I was...I literally feel asleep at the computer and woke up to my whole chapter being deleted......anyway better late than never so I hope guys liked this chapter.
Where you surprised about Williams secret or did you have an idea already?
Stay tuned....now that all the secrets are out drama is definitely up the road for Lisa be ready to meet some new and INTERESTING characters lol
