Camila laid tiredly in the hospital bed as her baby girl laid on her chest. Shawn maid beside them not being able to take his eyes newborn daughter.
Camila's head rested between her boyfriends neck as she watched her baby sleep peacefully sleep. She was just so precious to them
"We never thought of a name..." Camila said
"I forgot about that part." Shawn chuckled
"I have some written on my phone.." Camila said and Shawn grabbed her bag and found her phone and handed it to Camila as she opened the notes on her phone.
"I'm going to put her back in her bed.." Shawn said as he gently got up and picked up his baby into his arms and placed a loving kiss on her head and Camila smiled
"I thought you didn't like holding babies" she laughed
"Yeah but this ones mine so it's okay.." Shawn laughed as he headed to the small bed in the hospital where he placed his sleeping daughter.
"Ahh I see" Camila chuckled as she looked through her phone for possible baby names
"Hey my parents will come after Aaliyah comes back from school.." Shawn mentioned to his girlfriend as he laid back down with her on the hospital bed
"Oh mine said they'll try and fly in as soon as possible.." Camila cuddled with her boyfriend
"I'm so glad I'm not pregnant anymore.." Camila said as she closed her eyes
"You think you'll be able to do it again?" Shawn asked
"You want more kids?" She replied
"One day.." he said
"Hopefully.." she mumbled as he kissed her head and tangled her hands with his.

Some hours past and Shawn and Camila were now debating over a name. Their baby was currently going through some testing so Shawn and Camila now has the freedom of being as loud as they wanted to be.
Camila had slept, had food and coffee so she was more than ready to argue with her boyfriend about the name.
"What about Skylar?" Shawn asked
"That's basic babe.." Camila said "What about Gabriella?" She continued
"Too long.." he said "Katlin?" He added
"No.." she said
"Kaylie?" He suggested
"Maybe.. I want her to have a middle name I mean keep it in the family.." Camila said and Shawn looked at her weirdly "Come on you have 4 names I do too.. I want her to at least have more than two!" Camila told him
"Oh so we can't come up with on name you want us to come up with two or three? Really.." Shawn said frustratedly
"Yes!" She said strictly and Shawn just nodded, Shawn took advice from his father. She is always right.
"Katrina!" Shawn said
"Why are you so into names starting with K?" Camila said
"I don't know.." Shawn shrugged.
"Oh god.. what's a good name!" Camila said
"I mean we don't have to name her.." Shawn said and Camila laughed. She loved his humour
"You know, I think you're right.." she joked back
"Nameless.." Shawn smirked
"Yeah, this is our baby nameless!" Camila spoke sarcastically
"It's unique!" He added
"Mhm.." she shook her head in laughed "I texted my mom, she must have something.." Camila said picking up her phone to see a text
Before she could see it Shawn's phone buzzed, but a nurse came into the room with their daughter. Shawn smiled brightly seeing his baby girl wrapped up in a blanket with a pink cap on her head.
"You're girl is so beautiful, she's perfectly healthy and she passed all the rest. You guys can leave tomorrow afternoon after all Camila's testing is done.." the nurse said handing the baby over to Shawn.
"Thank you.." Shawn spoke as he held his sleeping daughter. He was trying to picture the perfect name for his little girl.
The nurse nodded and walked out of the room and Shawn and Camila faced each other again
"My mom really likes rose.. she wants rose to be in her name.." Camila explained after reading her mother's text.
"My mom texted me too probably.." Shawn said as he grabbed his phone off the counter and Shawn his mother's text. He read it and smiled.
"My whole family settled on it being Amelia.." Shawn said and he really loved that name for her.
"Amelia is pretty.." Camila said and Shawn got up to lie next to her so they could all cuddle.
"Amelia-Rose Mendes?" Shawn suggested
"Amelia-Rose..." Camila said as she looked at her daughter in her boyfriends arms.
"I guess we got our name.." Shawn smiled and kissed her head.

Amelia woke up crying, Camila nor Shawn new what to do. Camila just decided to feed her which seemed to work.
The two didn't really realize how hard this would be. As Shawn was cleaning up around the room his phone rang and once he picked it up he smiled
"DADDY!" Brian yelled through the phone
"Brian..." Shawn said and laughed
"You're a dad!" Brian said in shock
"I was before Amelia.." Shawn smirked
"Okay don't get cocky." Brian rolled his eyes through the phone
"I'm kidding.. " Shawn said
"But Amelia? That's her name?" Brian asked
"Amelia-Rose Mendes.." Shawn said dreamily. He always thought about having kids. He never understood that type of love and he finally did.
"How's Cami holding up?" Brian asked
"She's doing really well, it was real painful process but she pulled through and they are both healthy.." Shawn said proudly looking over to his family.
"I'm glad.. I'm coming to visit!" Brian said
"Bring Geoff!" Shawn said
"We will be there in an hour or two!" Brian said
"Alright. See you.." Shawn said and hung up. He laughed while he put down his phone.
"Who was that?" Camila asked and she was burping her daughter
"Brian. Him and Geoff will be visiting around when my family come.." shawn told her
"Oh great!" She smiled as Amelia finally burped and Shawn laughed "You're mature.." Camila rolled her eyes hading the baby to shawn who tried to rock her to sleep.
"I know.." he winked at his girlfriend.
"I can't believe we're parents.." Camila breathed out.
"I know.. what about our fans?" Shawn asked
"We'll tell them soon.." The Latina told her boyfriend
"Soon isn't their favourite word.." Shawn laughed
"Only when it comes out of your mouth that is Shawn" Camila jokes and Shawn smiled as he placed his daughter in the glass crib.

Hours passed and the whole family was passed out. Shawn and Camila squeezes together on the one hospital bed and they had a well deserved nap and Amelia slept in her crib right beside them.
"Aw love birds.." Brian said and Shawn woke up to see Geoff and Brian standing in front of them
"Oh hey.." Shawn yawned while Camila still slept.
"You tired?" Geoff asked
"Extremely.." Shawn said
"Can I hold her?" Brian asked noticing the newborn girl sleeping
"Yeah just carful, and sanitize your hands" Shawn told him strictly
"Wow you already manned up!" Geoff said
"Good to hear.." Shawn chuckled and headed to the small crib where he looked over his sleeping daughter who eyes slowly opened and she yawned. His heart melted.
"Hi princess, I have some guys I want you to meet.." Shawn spoke softly and kissed Amelia's head and picked her up.
"Okay Brian. Hold her neck and keep her close to your chest.." Shawn said while carefully walking over to Brian and handing her over to him.
"She's so tiny, is that even possible she's your baby and you're huge.." Brian joked and Shawn rolled his eyes
"He's not wrong.." Geoff said and looked Amelia and stroked her tiny head.
"Oh hey guys.." Camila woke up and smiled at Brian and Geoff
"Hey Camz, how do you feel?" Geoff asked
"Good, Yeah better.." Camila smiled
"Did it hurt?" Brian asked
"Y-yeah?" Camila said and laughed. Brian was always like this and Camila loved his sense of humour
"She's beautiful.." Geoff said
"Thank you.." Shawn said and smiled taking his little girl from Brian and back into his arms.
"Wow you're clingy.." Brian said
"My baby, get your own" Shawn said sassily as he sat on a chair. Amelia was actually awake and looking around. Shawn and Camila thought it was adorable.
As the friends talked for awhile catching one another up and apologizing for getting Shawn drunk a couple weeks back more family came.
Shawn's mother, father and sister walked into the room with flowers and balloons. He laughed as he hugged all of them
"Mum, dad, Aaliyah.. I want you to meet "Amelia-Rose.." he introduced them as Camila had Amelia resting in her arms
"Hi.." Camila said and brain and Geoff were now having there own side conversation.
"Let me hold her, you must be exhausted!" Karen exclaimed and Camila laughed and handed Amelia to Karen
"Oh god, she's so precious.." Karen said with tears in her eyes. She already loved this bundle of joy.
"Amelia-Rose.. she's beautiful..." Manuel commented on his new granddaughter
"How hard is parenting..?" Camila asked them
"Very.." Manuel said honestly
"But it's worth it" Karen added
"And what about you Aaliyah? How are you..?" Shawn asked his little sister
"Good.." she responded
"You're an aunt.." Camila said.
"Yeah.. congrats!" Aaliyah smiled as she looked over to her niece
It was weird for Aaliyah, of course she was happy for her brother and all but she didn't want him to become more distant from her. He already wasn't home a lot because of his career and now a baby too. she was so use to being the only girl he really worried for and now Camila and Amelia. She wasn't jealous, she was just scared that she's loose the relationship with him because she'd become less important.
"Lil chica!" Shawn calked our noticing his sister acting weird. Aaliyah blushed and laughed at her nickname and looked up at her older brother.
"Yeah?" She said
"Let's catch up!" He chuckled and wrapped his arms around her neck and hugged her. Camila smiled and so did Karen and Manuel who were both admiring their granddaughter as they talked with Camila.
"You good?" Shawn asked his little sister as they sat in the corner of the room
"Yeah I'm fine, you?" She replied with
"I'm fine too.." he smiled
"You're a dad.." Camila said with wide eyes as she looked at his brother.
"Yeah.. it's crazy right" Shawn laughed
"Yeah you're like blowing up! Somebody took a photo of you carrying Cami into the hospital and everyone at school asked me about it.." Aaliyah said
"Really?" Shawn asked
"Yeah!"
Shawn felt guilty, yes he got famous but even his own family couldn't live a normal life but they were amazing because they understood and supported him as always.
"Well Cami and I will clarify everything soon don't worry.." Shawn reassured his sister.
"Isn't weird that you have a kid.." Aaliyah asked "I mean she's adorable and I love her but.. you're life is crazy.. don't you wish it was normal?" She asked her older brother
"No.. I mean, if it was normal I wouldn't be doing what I love for a living, if probably never meet Camila and I'd probably not have Amelia.. I love my life no matter the craze.." Shawn told his sister
"Miss the privacy?" She asked
"I miss not having to announce everything and make myself clear every time I say stuff, but I don't mind.." he explained
"Would you kill me if I had a baby at 20"
"Don't even think about touching a boy till your married" Shawn glared.
"Jeez I feel bad for Amelia.." Aaliyah said
"My daughter will not go near boys I swear to god" Shawn said, he wanted his little girl to be safe forever.
They both laughed and Shawn looked over at his parents and Camila, he couldn't be happier. He had the given of his dreams a daughter he loved with every single part of his being and a lovely family that had been with him from the beginning.
"Well I better go back to my family.." Shawn chuckled and got up "you should come.." he told his sister
"Shawn..?" Aaliyah said
"Yeah?" He replied
"You're going to be a good dad.." his sister said
Shawn smiled and nodded "thanks chica.." Shawn smiled and headed back over to his family where he laid next to Camila as Amelia was now in his fathers arms.
He couldn't have been happier..

But I think this book is coming to an end in the next 5-10 chapters, just giving you a heads up. I might end it near the 40-45 chapter mark. It could also end near the 59 chap mark though if I had this certain part bc I have two ways to end this story
