It has been weeks since Hope met Dr. Cho.
Weeks since she had looked over him, weeks since she had last talked to Ophelia and weeks since she had worried. Days on, Tony assured Hope that he will be better soon and that it will only take him a few months until he could finally support himself to stand up again.
❝ Okay so, you're telling me we're going out? ❞ Tony asked, wheeling next to Hope who was practically jumping on her heels because of the riling up excitement.
❝ Yep! ❞
❝ You do know I'm famous right? ❞
❝ Oh, you are? ❞ She drifted, sarcasm dripping on her words as she sent a smirk his way. This making the billionaire groan, she chuckled it off as they entered the lift– assisting him as they entered so. Tony then popped another question, ❝ Where are we going? ❞
❝ To the park, ❞
❝ You mean the Training Field for the Agents outside? ❞
❝ What's the difference? ❞
Tony grimaced next to her, to which she only brushed the reaction off and waited to arrive by the lobby. And as Tony speak, she continued to block his unnecessary words out— completely annoyed in the inside yet so calm for her features.
❝ And there are bees everywhere! Have you thought of my wheels stepping on dog shit? Those K9-Units, sure cute but none are disciplined! I mean come on, even these wheels screams a thousand dollar— I designed this! ❞ He complained, Natasha who crossed paths with Hope sent a reassuring smile.
But she never felt so annoyed.
Tony kept on rambling and rambling until he realized she wasn't even listening to him as they are now outside and by the fields, watching sets and sets of agents running around. Tony groaned, ❝ Are you even listening to me?! ❞
❝ To be honest, I'm choosing not to listen. ❞ She replied.
