Yuu immediately looked up at her when he heard that. He had excepted this night no to go anywhere. But, he was glad is assumptions were incorrect.
"Yes." He simply said, and she took a shaky breath. He knew what she was telling him was probably classified information. Something she would definitely get in trouble for.
"Alright, I don't know the exact details. But your friend is still in the castle. Or at least, hopefully, his body is." She whispered the last part sadly.
He knew he wasn't supposed to hear about that part, but he couldn't help but ask. Heart already thumping, "what do you mean?"
"It means, I cannot guarantee he's alive." She said slowly, but that sentence was enough to fuel Yuu. Even if it's just a small hope.
"But, there's a chance he may be." He said quickly and she looked at him in shock. She was probably expecting him to be overcome with grief.
Not looking at the bright side of this terrible place. "Yes, there's a chance he may be." She said. She looked like she wanted to say something else, but didn't want to crush Yuu's hope.
"Do you know where he is specifically?" He asked her, as he watched her hesitate. She looked around,

Twice,
Then she spoke. "I don't know where he is, but I have a good guess. But it's only if he's alive, and that will sadly take a stroke of luck." She whispered sadly.
She continued the conversation in hushed tones. She went over some places where she thought Guren was being held, although one seemed to be more likely.
"Why would they hold him in a garden?" He asked worriedly. There must be something strange with that place. If Guren was being held there.
"I don't know much, in fact, everyone is restricted to go into that garden. Other than Kureto and some very high ranking guards. I've just heard stories..."
Yuu leaned closer, "what stories?" She closed her eyes for a few seconds before speaking slowly. Almost like the stories haunted her, and still do today.
"Not everything is as it seems here. There's a monster in that garden. Something truly dangerous." She said, shaking her head. "And, I've seen it."
Yuu's eyes widened, Guren was trapped with a monster. "That means I have to get him! As soon as possible!" Yuu hurriedly got started cleaning everything.
"No Yuu, we can't. Not yet, we're not prepared, we need a specific time frame." She said, before looking at the clock.
She got up, and helped Yuu clean, "I better go before they find out. Thank you for having me, and I wish you luck." She said, bowing her head before leaving.
As she left, Yuu finally sat down. And started to think up a plan. He needed one to be put into action soon. With the new hope, he had enough energy and concentration to do so.
He would need to go over this with Akane, that is if she would help.
Akane/Narumi POV————————
After Akane left Yuu's room. She walked around the castle for a while. Even though she knew she would most definitely get punished for it.
'What's the point, this is my only freedom. Even if they take this away from me, I won't ever stop this.' She thought with a fiery passion.
As she turned the corner, she ended up running into someone. Someone she never saw before, and trust her, she knew everyone.
As the man tried to apologize, she interrupted him, "who are you?" She asked quickly.
The man fumbled with his words, before speaking, "I'm the new guard ma'am-"
"We just got a new guard a few months ago. The king never replaces them this early. I'll ask you again, who are you?" Although her secondary gender as a beta wasn't so dominant. She could be if she wanted to.
"Listen, do you know Yuuichirou?" He asked, already given up. At least he tried, he sighed and shook his head slightly. He honestly wouldn't care if he would to be thrown into a cell. There's nothing else for him here.
"Yuuichirou? How do you know him?" She asked, this time slightly intimidated. Whoever this person was, either did his research, or really was a guard.
"Listen, I need to seem him, it's an emergency! Please, I mean you no harm, I just need to speak to him." He said pleadingly.
Akane stayed silent. She was weighing out her choices in her head. The guy didn't seem to be bad, but, he could just be acting.
But what if Yuu really did know him. And she was denying him his chance to escape. All because of a "gut feeling."
Sighing, she shook her head. "Alright, I'll take you to him-"
The man was about to thank her, but she stopped him. "Under three conditions. One, you tell me who you are. Two, you explain to me why and how you know Yuu. And three, I'll be in the room while you're talking to him."
The man was hesitant, could he really tell her? Well, he had nothing to lose. "Alright, I'm not a guard. Instead, I'm undercover to sneak in to help Yuu. I know him, because someone I'm working for knows Yuu personally. And would like Yuu back safe." He said. He hoped he gave her a good amount of information.
Akane thought a little, he could be lying. But she prayed that he wasn't, because if he was telling the truth, Yuu will be saved.
"Follow me." She said quickly, urging him to hurry along. Narumi couldn't believe his luck, finding someone who knew Yuu, and not getting killed.
He hurriedly followed her along, but remembered he had to go to his guard persona. So he slowled himself down slightly, and put on a more stoic expression.
He was so grateful, he forgot the fact that Yuu probably wouldn't trust him. Considering the fact that was the last thing on his mind.
As Akane opened the door, he couldn't help but get a little nervous.
Everything would be ok, right?
Guren POV——-
"How about..." Guren thought for a while. He had no idea how much pressure naming something could be.
In fact, the very idea of having so much responsibility over someone frightened him. Which was why, Shinya and him were hopefully going to wait a little while longer for kids. (nope lol)
After awhile of thinking, he was getting nowhere. Sighing, he laid his back. Looking across from him.
It was a truly beautiful sight, a few feet away, there was a small patch of growing lilies. He closed his eyes for a few seconds, before snapping them back open.
"Sayuri!" He said suddenly, Mito looked at him in a confused manner. The small creature looked back at Guren.
"Sayuri?" Mito asked and the creature looked just as confused. "For the name." Guren quickly added.
Mito hummed and the gecko like creature closed it's eyes for a few seconds. As if it was thinking.
Guren watched, a little nervously. But said nothing, if it didn't like it, oh well. If it did, then Guren did a good job.
The creature opened it's eyes, and made a small sound of approval. Mito then turned to Guren, "She likes it!" Mito said happily.
"But how did you come up with it?" She asked, curious to know. Guren simply shrugged, "when I saw the lilies I thought of it. Since Sayuri means small lily, and she is pretty small." He said, pointing to the creature.
The creature seemed to have taken an even greater liking to Guren, snuggling closer to him on his shoulder. Although Guren was never a pet person, he was beginning to reconsider.
Mito smiled at the two before looking up. "Looks like it's late again." She mumbled, before turning to Guren.
"Do you want to make you something comfortable to sleep on?" She asked him, remembering how Guren slept last time.
He quickly nodded and Mito buzzed around, looking for an empty space around them. When she did, she began to get to work.
Slowly, she used her magic, making sure to only grow soft things, such as moss for the bedding. And when it came to the blankets, she made sure to grow an elephant ear plant nearby.
"If you want a blanket, break off a few leaves and I'll mend them together." She said, pointing to the plant.
Guren went ahead and broke off a few leaves, before spreading them on the floor. Mito closed her eyes, and made vines weave and sew the leaves together. Until it was a giant green blanket.
"Thanks Mito." Guren said. But this time, he meant it. He hated to admit it, but Mito is pretty nice. Only of course if you ignored her occasional change in personality.
In fact, he didn't mind being her friend.
"Your welcome Guren, just make sure to keep Sayuri warm!" She said happily.
"Wouldn't want her freezing to death."
