"Lee? No.. y-you wouldn't do t-that to me." I said turning around to walk out when my arm was grabbed. I followed the arm to its owner to see Lee with pleading eyes for me to say.
"Let me explain. Please." He said looking at both of my eyes back and forth quickly searching for some peek at my emotion. "You have two minutes before Ethan c-comes in here to kill you, so I s-suggest you leave now." I said looking down.
"I'll make it quick." He said. I bit my lip and nodded. It's your funeral. Whatever he says won't make this better.. I won't be able to forget the things he 'said' to me, those disgusting and-
"Liv.. I've been in love with you since seventh grade.. but you never loved me back. I figured if you didn't know who I was you would give me a chance, stupid I know. Liv I don't want to lose you." Lee said grabbing my hand intertwining our fingers like we always do. I looked down at our hands scared that what he's doing feels so foreign and wrong to me now. I used to be able to hold his hand all day long.
"What you s-said made me really uncomfortable.. a-and scared." I said quietly not being able to look at him. "I know baby, I'm sorry. Now you know, no more secrets.." he said with a crack in his voice undressing the feelings laced in between his words.
I flinched in my seat from the sound of the loud obnoxious bell, that hangs over the door of the cafe.
"Liv please be mine.. I love you." Lee said looking deeply into my eyes. My throat went dry and I felt my heart clench. I fought to fight back tears and I was brought out of my haze by a loud deep voice.
"What the fu-" I cut off Ethan by standing up taking my hand out of Lee's. "I'm sorry if my friendship isn't enough f-for you, but I don't see why I have to o-open my legs for you to want me." I said quietly turning around. I kept my eyes on the ground avoiding the states from the people sipping their tea.. huh ironic.
"Come on bud.. don't make this hard." Is the last thing I heard before walking out of the cafe, and back to the car. I got in and just looked out the window. Nick got out of the car, leaving Max and Grayson with me.
"Are you okay bubba?" Max asked breaking the silencet. I bit my lip and nodded as a rogue tear fell down my cheek. No emotion was shown on my face.. I don't know what emotion is should have.
Mad for what he did. Sad because I lost my best friend since sixth grade.. or shocked, because a boy is in love with me..
It seems as if the majority of girls at my age are waiting for a boy that will love them. I found one, and yet it doesn't feel right. Lee loves me..holy cheese.
After a while of sitting and watching the clock on Ethan's radio move, the car doors finally opened. Nick got in the front and Ethan in the drivers seat. I saw the bloody and bruising knuckles on them both.
I leaned into the center console to see them. I gently grabbed each of their hands inspecting them closely. "You guys are hurt." I whispered looking at their split knuckles. "It was worth it neonata." Ethan said Ethan said looking at me.

I leaned over and kissed Nicky's cheek. "Thank you Nicky." I whispered quietly. I turned and kissed Ethans cheek. "Thank you Ethan.." I said even quieter and I don't know why. The silence was broke by a deep voice.
"Um my turn?" Grayson said in a duh tone. I giggled and sat back in my seat resting my head on his shoulder. "I'm tired." I said yawning.
I closed my eyes and felt a blanket of tiredness coat my whole body starting at my toes, stoping at my eye lids. I closed my eyes feeling completely relaxed and the last thing I remember is the deep accented voice.
"La mia bambina." Ethan whispered and then I heard the seat shift and him start the car before all darkness consumed my thoughts.

"Come on cocinella." The squirrel said. I furrowed my eyebrows confused. "Time to wake up sweetheart." He whispered. "You speak Italian?" I asked the squirrel confused.
(Translation> ladybug)
I opened my eyes and I was in the arms of someone big so I closed my eyes again wanting to continue my conversation with the squirrel.
"The squirrel.." I whined. I heard a deep chuckle coming from the arms carrying me. I opened my eyes slowly and peeked at who it was. I saw the floppy brown hair, freckle by the eye, and the plump pink lips of the twin. Ethan.
"Hey little one." He said looking down at me. I pouted. "I was talking to the squirrel." I said. He chuckled again then set me down on my feet. I looked around noticing we were in my living room. All the guys sat on the couch and I sat down too between Nicky and Grayson.
"Wanna tell us what he said bubba?" Max asked. I bit my lip and nodded. "H-he told me he was.. he was in love with m-me." I whispered.
"Damn. That's rough." Grayson said listening. "What did you say?" Nick asked skeptically. I shrugged. "That I didn't love him I guess?" I said more as a question not really remembering what I said. I saw Ethan smiling looking down at his hands making his dimples pop out slightly.
"You guys have been best friends forever I'm surprised.. that you don't, you know." Nick said referring to Lee and I. I nodded. "I do love Lee..just not the w-way he wants me to." I said quietly.
"I'll be your new best friend." Grayson said holding out his hand. I smiled and grabbed his hand. "Are you sure you want to do that. Lee was constantly snuggled in her pillow forts cuddling." Max said making them all laugh.
"I like to cuddle." I said quietly pouting.
Ethan got up and clapped his hands. "Well we gotta go, we got training to do." He said. I sighed and hopped up pulling up my skirt. I grabbed my phone seeing that it was 1:37pm, I don't want to go to school tomorrow.
I groaned turning my phone off heading out the door that was kindly held by Max. Before getting into Nicks car Grayson's voice stopped us.
"Guys one more thing. At the end of the month, your skills will be tested to see if you will be agents or not, just wanted to let you know. Hehe. No pressure." He said then quickly got in his car.
Oh. My- "Livy don't freak out, because I know you're gonna freak out. You're gonna do great." Nick said making me calm down a little bit and smile.
I can do this. Right? Of course.. right?

Cameron was teaching me all the signs if someone was lying, and I think I'm getting the hang of it. Any abnormal stuttering, loss of eye contact, or too much eye contact, shaking, sweating, tapping, fidgeting, stalling..
"Cameron I'm really nervous for this whole test thing. What if I'm not good at it, or what if I don't recognize any signs, and I can't figure them out?" I asked worriedly as I drew imaginary swirls on the table with my index finger.
Cameron put her hand over mine stopping me from creating a never to be seen masterpiece. "Don't worry Liv, you'll be fine okay? I promise you will do great. There's something about you that makes you so trust worthy." She said. I smiled.
"Thank you Cameron." I said. She nodded as a speaker thing in her her bag started going off. She grabbed it out and I found out it was a baby monitor. "Cameron do you have..?" I asked suggesting kids.
She nodded. "I have a six year old. Rylin." She said making her eyes light up. "He's the best thing that ever happened to me.. he's just a little different." She said with a small smile.
"Different?" I asked gently, just Incase it was a sensitive topic. She nodded. "He can't read, he's tried and tried it's just impossible for him. I've taken him to specialists.. he just can't." She said making her eyes cloud with water.
"Cameron I absolutely love to read. I've read more books then I c-can count.. can I try to teach him?" I asked with a big smile. "I suppose it wouldn't hurt." She said standing up with a smile. I jumped up excitedly and followed her out of the boring room.
We walked through hallways going from door to door. I almost forgot this place was underground. We got to what looks almost like a living room, and saw a little boy sitting on the floor playing with legos.
"Mama!" He yelled getting up and jumping into Cameron's arms. "Hello ry ry.. I want you to meet someone, this is Liv." She said pointing to me. He was shy at first then smiled widely. "Hello!" He said loudly making me giggle. "Nice to meet you rylin." I said. He smiled even bigger.
"Mhm you t-too." He said with a little stutter humming. "Baby Liv is going to teach you to read.. do you think you can try again for mommy?" Cameron asked with a hopeful voice. He had the expression the someone just kicked a puppy, but he nodded silently.
*3rd person PoV
Liv sat with the little boy pointing at words helping him pronounce them, fully unaware that she had an audience, not to mention a not so secret admirer.
"I-I ca-can't do it." Rylin said staring at the book as if it was a monster under his bed. Liv frowned. "Rylin you can do anything. Just try?" She asked sweetly and gently. Rylin sighed and nodded only doing it for his new friend.
"B-bu-bb-les.. b-bubbles?" Rylin asked looking to Liv with hope. Liv smiled widely. "T-that's right." Liv said smiling to him making his cheeks turn red, and go back to his book. Liv admires the little boy seeing a little piece of herself in him.
"A-aan-duh..a-and.. t-the..t-the b-ba-ath." He said working through every word. "Perfect rylin. You're gonna be the best reader ever." Liv whispered to the little boy making his heart beat quicken and him erupt in happy giggles.
"She's incredible." Cameron whispered in shock watching as her littles boys confidence slowly started to rise. "She sure is." Ethan whispered back watching Liv smile and squint her eyes making him smile from seeing her little dimples.
"Cameron whe-" Ethan and Cameron both shushed their father violently not wanting to ruin the moment in front of them. Sean's eyes widened at the sight of his bullied grandson overcoming his biggest obstacle. "Is he?" Sean asked being cut off my Rylin loud voice.
"A-and t-th-the..ruh..b-ber du-duck!" He said finishing the sentence with a big smile. "You did it!" Liv said smiling happily as the little boy jumped into her lap wrapping his arms around her.. and you would be out of your mind to think Liv didn't squeeze him with just as much happiness.
"Where has she been?" Cameron asked with little tears trickling down her face. "All my life?" Ethan finished his sisters sentence not for a second taking his eyes off of the princess before him.
"M-mommy! I did I-it!" Rylin yelled running to his mom with a big smile. Rylin and his mom had their moment before Liv walked up to Rylin squatting down to his level.
"I never want to hear you say you c-can't.. got it?" Liv asked with a smirk making Rylin smile. He nodded violently. "Got it!" He yelled excitedly.
Liv stood up with a smile watching as Rylin was excited that he was getting better at the thing that he's been so insecure about. Liv turned and realized Ethan was staring at her. She smiled and turned red. "What?" She asked.
He shook his head not knowing what to say to this perfect girl. "Nothing." He said with a smirk to stubborn to admit that what she just did was the most incredible thing ever.
