It has been a while and I am sure that majority of you who have this story in their library completely forgot what it was about lol
But I hope you are all doing well!
The last time I released a chapter for this book was around 2016 and since then haven't released anything else. Although it says it in the description but this book is discontinued which does make me upset since I knew where I wanted the story to go but unfortunately, writers block got to me really bad.
Although this is long overdue, I figured I would tell you all where Samantha's character was gonna go and how it was going to end! It has been awhile since I've last thought of her character and the story overall so I don't remember all the details but I do remember some of the major parts!
Again, I should have put this out a long time ago, but to be honest what made me want to put this out right now is because of all the funny tweets I've seen of Twilight since it has been added on Netflix lol
Before I get into it, here are some reminders about Samantha's character and her backstory. I will also be summarizing the chapters that are in this book!
She is a hybrid. So part werewolf, part vampire. Aside from when she first turned, she hasn't transformed into her full wolf form since. Hybrids in this storyline are known to be a rare creature but also the strongest among the others therefore Samantha is a problem, in a badass way!
With her being a hybrid, I've added that she has another subconscious that isn't her specifically, it is her hybrid form speaking which goes by the name Sia. The main villian in her story goes by the name Jeremiah who is the reason behind her hybrid transformation. Without giving too much away just yet, Jeremiah was a family friend of her parents. Because Samantha is a rare creature and he realizes this, he is out to get her.
So just to kind of summarize where the first book left off and the beginning of this one. At the end of Eclipse, Samantha breaks it off with Jacob and leaves her La Push with her friends. She's been gone for 9 months. Towards the end of the 9 months, she gets an invitation to Edward and Bella's wedding along with her brothers. She doesn't go to Edward's but does go to her brothers. She drives back to her hometown alone and during this drive, nearing La Push, she stumbles upon a man who says that Jeremiah is coming for her. After she gets to La Push and arrives to her brothers wedding, she meets Jacob. She expresses her feelings and the last chapters after this is just Samantha settling back home.
Now, where the hell was I going with her character.
Lets get into it!
Breaking Dawn Part 1
Now for this arc, I was just going to follow the original storyline at the beginning up until when Jacob departs from the pack. Obviously, I would have included Samantha and her storyline but it really wouldn't have been much.
Here are some of the major plots for Samantha's character and the storyline, that I can remember, in this arc!
• She would have taken The Cullen's side simply because her brothers motive was to kill a literal child
• Two of her friends will show up, Derek and Dani.
• Derek would have imprinted on Leah
• At some point in the story, Jacob and Samantha were going to have a heart to heart conversation which would have led to some freaky freaky stuff (Keep this in mind)
• Samantha and Bella would have a conversation which would be focusing on the topic of imprinting and what it means and how it can affect a person which would then lead to why Samantha reacted the way she did towards both her and Jacob
• Around the middle of the plot, Jacob would come to his senses and realize his reasoning for why he was so strung up on Bella. (I do not remember the reasoning so I am very sorry!)
• Emmett gets his ass kicked by Samantha because he thought he was tougher than her
• During the battle between the Cullen's and the pack, Samantha would remain by Renesmee's side since she is the only one capable of taking on the pack on her own
Now this is the part where I was looking forward to writing!
• I was going to have Jacob imprint on Renesmee BUT also have another alternative where he doesn't. Because of this, I was going to split the alternative, the one where he doesn't, and carry on that storyline but also write another storyline on where he does imprint. I hope this makes sense!
Breaking Dawn Part 2 (Alternative 1)
Now because of the two different alternatives, in this section I will be discussing the alternative that is Jacob not imprinting on Renesmee.
• Samantha would discover that she is pregnant with Jacob's child
Why did the baby appear so quick in such a short amount of time?
• Since Samantha is a hybrid and Jacob was an Alpha when they did it, it basically boosted the process (Remember to wear protection!)
• Jacob finds out when he and Samantha are laying down and hears a third heart beat.
• Samantha would be beside Jacob and Renesmee during the 'battle'
I was actually debating whether or not I wanted to follow the book or the movie but because my writers block was getting the best of me, I decided to follow up with the movie so I can wrap things up quicker.
• During Samantha's pregnancy, Jacob proposed to which she said yes
• Her and Jacob had a daughter that was a hybrid
And their wedding would conclude this alternative!
Again, due to my writers block, I could not for the life of me include Jeremiah to the story which sucks /:
Breaking Dawn Part 2 (Alternative 2)
This is the alternative of what would have happened if Jacob did imprint on Renesmee!
• The way Samantha would find out was going to be when Bella did her out burst when she realized Jacob imprinted on her daughter which obviously would leave Samantha heart broken but also confused since Jacob imprinted on her
or did he really?
• Since the discovery, Samantha would leave La Push for good without letting anyone but her brother know where she will be at
• Jacob finds out that Samantha knows about him imprinting on Bella's daughter through her brother which he ends up saying that Samantha had taken off leaving Jacob distraught
• Samantha would end up being pregnant with Jacob's child
• Samantha would then discovers this but would not say a thing to Jacob therefore leaving her to take care and raise the child on her own
• No Samantha and her friends do not show up for the final battle at all
With this alternative I was going to create a sequel for it (: which would be the aftermath of everything and would basically be a stand-alone book of Samantha. I was excited for this plot because I was going to involve Jeremiah and where he stands with Samantha and just have this final battle that I was pumped to write. I was also going to go very in depth with Samantha's character and how she became a hybrid and the struggles that she went through with the Volturi and Jeremiah and with other characters.
• The story would have taken place 10 years later
• Samantha had a daughter
• Samantha would return back to her hometown when she realizes that she was in trouble
• The way Jacob would have found out about his daughter would be through an argument that he ends up having with Samantha which she would then break and say that the child was his
• At some point in the story I was going to include how Jacob imprinted on Renesmee. (I am so sorry but I cannot write why he did because I do not remember the reasoning)
• Jeremiah finds out about their daughter and finds out that she is also a hybrid like Samantha
• Everyone realizes that Jeremiah is after Samantha and her daughter
• For the final battle, Samantha would have a one on one fight with Jeremiah which would then proceed on her transforming into her wolf form after she reaches her lowest point
• They would end up winning but lives would have been lost. ( I don't remember who I was going to have die but I'm sure it would of been some main characters)
• Jacob and Samantha would stay separated but will be there for their daughter and guide her
And that would conclude Samantha's story for this alternative!
Again, I apologize that I wasn't able to finish this story but I hope this helps.
