Watching her was beginning to fascinate him as he intently observes her every expression when touching the fabrics. He was beginning to feel extremely curious whenever she would smile as she rubs her fingers through the many different types of cloth that filled the room. Even her eyes would light up drawing him in closer to his screen.
"What is she thinking?" Om was constantly asking himself.
But his enjoyment was quite short lived when he saw Ajay enter the room. His body turned stiff as his index finger began to tap against his wooden desk.
"I really need to evaluate just how much work Ajay has on his plate to be this free to roam around and bother my other employees."
Standing just a few feet away from his boss was Khanna who had just come back from fetching the motorcycle and picking up a helmet. In the past he believed that his boss was just too be busy to be interested in dating and had always turned a blind eye to all sorts of advances from beautiful women. The image of his boss being this cool stone cold business tycoon was beginning to shatter before his eyes. As he continues to stare at his boss turn into a stalker Khanna started to really believe the saying "Love makes you do crazy-ass things." Just thinking that his boss wanted to ride the motorcycle later on tonight made him very worried. Unable to trust his boss's skill Khanna had decided to follow his inexperience boss just in case something bad happens.

Gauri who had no idea that two men were watching her secretly as she was enjoying her time in the fabric room. The first thing that Gauri wanted to do was feel the soft yellow material that was sitting in front of rolls of silk. She could not believe just how soft the cashmere was and when she let her entire hand rub against it back and forth her mind started to imagine all sorts of different designs that this beautiful material could transform into. As her eyes lit up looking at all the different wool and silk before her eyes Gauri couldn't wait to look through all of the different patterns and colors in the room when Ajay's voice soured her mood.
"Gauri."
Having her name escape his lips made her skin crawl as she slowly turned around to see him leaning against the doorway. Ajay who had been standing there for quite awhile was completely hypnotized at his beautiful co-worker and could only wish she would touch him they way she ran her fingers against the cloths in the room.
"Do you need me for something?" Gauri asked coldly.
Omkara who could see her joyful smile disappear was now even more determined to enable sound in his surveillance cameras. Looking at the time Omkara's lips slightly curves up.
"4:45PM. Almost time for everyone in the company to go home."
Within the company everyone was told to download the company messaging app where Omkara was able to send out updates as well as important notice to each and everyone of his employees be it day or night. It was very rare that Omkara would use the company's messaging App but today he found a very good reason. Especially when he saw Ajay walking into the very room Gauri was in and when he saw him walk closer to Gauri Omkara took out his phone to log into the App.

Seeing Ajay's smug smile as he walks into the room Gauri once again asked him coldly "Do you need me for something?"
Ajay who's eyes just could not stop staring at her delicate fingers that he so badly want to touch him tried his best to push down his lustful desires.
"It's almost time to go home so isn't it you who need something from me?"
"No thanks. I will be staying back till 8PM."
Seeing his smile as he slowly came closer to her Gauri quickly shot him a cold glare which made his eyes twitch.
"Gauri. All I want to do is help you why are you being like this? Did I do something to offend you? If I did then tell me because that was not what I intended at all."
Thinking that his approach of playing the victim would soften her up Ajay was still met with a cold chill emitting from Gauri who's eyes seemed frosty looking at him but it was nothing compared to her spine-chilling voice that held no emotions whatsoever.
"Ms. Jhanvi had assigned me this task to finish alone."
"But if two people work together then you can be done faster."
"I think you have not understood clearly. Ms. Jhanvi wants me to do this alone. I will not disappoint her. This had nothing to do with what I think of you because I have no time to think of anyone or anything besides my work at hand."
Running the back of his neck in defeat Ajay could not let himself give up on this icy woman before him.
"I can stay to give you company and it will be late so I could take you home too."
Gauri could not believe how relentless Ajay was and it was wearing down her patience with him and whenever she saw the clock ticking away as she wastes her time talking to him her anger was slowly rising.
"I work better alone."
No longer wanting to drag it out Gauri turned around to focus on all the fabric she needed to categorized. Wanting to believe that her cold behavior would chase him away only to have her heart sink when she heard him pull up a chair.
Seeing her shoot daggers at him as he planted himself in a corner to watch her Ajay knew he had touched a nerve. But to him it was better than giving up on this woman who he wanted so badly to be his.
"I will stay here with you to make sure everything is done correctly. I work with models who have worn every fabric in this room so I know you will need my help sooner or later."
Gauri could not believe how thick faced this man was and it seem that there was nothing she could do to shake him off. But then she heard a weird ding from his phone. With a weird expression on his face Gauri was a bit curious what the ding was because it made Ajay suddenly stand up and leave.
Ajay who started to see everyone pack up to leave for the day walked towards Riddhima to ask if she received the notification from the Boss.
Riddhima: Yea I got it too. I guess too many people have been milking over-time and costing the company money.
Ajay who stared at his phone to re-read the notice from Omkara couldn't help but feel that this message was directed towards him.
NOTIFICATION: NO ONE IS TO STAY LATE UNLESS OVER-TIME IS APPROVED BY ME. HELPING OTHERS TO FINISH WORK OR WAITING FOR ONE ANOTHER IS NOT ALLOWED. YOU ARE SUBJECT TO TERMINATION IF CAUGHT.

The more he read it the more Ajay was sure that something felt off but he didn't want to take the risk to lose this job. Grabbing his stuff from his desk Ajay started to leave for the day when he bumped into Daksh and Ishana.
Daksh: Hey...where's your new co-worker?
Ajay who smiled slyly at his friend as he wrapped his arm around Daksh's neck in a playful manner.
"She has to work late."
Hearing that Gauri had to stay late made Ishana so happy inside but also curious too.
Ishana: How come? This is her first day too.
Ajay: I'm not sure but I will surely wait for her.
Daksh: What do you mean?
Winking at his friend as he walks out the door towards the coffee shop next door Ajay was not going to give up on Gauri.
"I will wait till she is done and take her home."
Seeing the handsome man being all enamored with Gauri made Ishana's jealousy grow even more.
Ishana: Do you want company? I too want to wait for Gauri. I feel bad that she has to work late on her first day.
Ajay who didn't want a third wheel didn't know how to reject the cute girl so he hesitantly smiled awkwardly as he glanced at Daksh who shrugged his shoulder.
"I guess. But she might be working very late."
Ishana: It's okay. Unless you feel like it's a burden to take me home too?
Ajay: Of course not.
As the two walked towards the coffee shop Daksh started to mumble under his breath.
"He always gets the girls. Well since he is having such a hard time hooking up with Gauri maybe I have a chance..." Daksh hopefully thought to himself.

Even though people might think this was tedious work but Gauri thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. She enjoyed it so much that when she finally finished she felt a bit sad that she had to leave because the hours that went by passed too fast. It was only 7:50PM but the sky was already dark as she stood out front to wait for Rudra.
"I guess I am early." Gauri thought as she looked at her phone.
But then she saw a message from an unfamiliar number.
Rudra: Gauri this is Rudra. I can't pick you up but Dilpreet should be there.
Reading the text Gauri felt uncomfortable because she had already felt weird to have Rudra pick her up but to now have Dilpreet...a man she met only once come instead made her feel uneasy.
Gauri: It's okay Rudra. Tell Dilpreet I will just wait for the bus.
Rudra: Sorry. He is already on his way. Besides the bus will come very late. It's okay Gauri. Dilpreet is a nice guy.
Heaving a heavy sigh Gauri was about to ask for Dilpreet's number to call him when Ajay and Ishana walked up to her.
Ajay: You're finally done.
Gauri: What are you doing here?
Ishana who had a blast chatting with Ajay for a few hours now hated the fact that he was so smitten by Gauri who was clearly very rude to him.
"Geez Gauri. Ajay waited for you all this time because he didn't want you to be stranded this late."
Gauri: And why are you here?
Ishana: I am worried too. I felt bad knowing that you had to work late. What happened? Did you do something wrong to get punished? You can tell me. I am here to help since you did help me before.
Gauri could not believe that her first day of work was filled with so many unpleasant things that even when she was off the clock her luck was not changing.
**VRoom VRoom**
Pulling up in a shiny black motorcycle Omkara slowly took off his black helmet revealing is Dilpreet avatar.
With a black face mask and his hair in a half pony Omkara looks at Gauri who was surrounded Ajay and Ishana.
Ajay: Who are you?!
Ishana: Call the cops Ajay!
Gauri who took a few steps towards the man in black jeans and a black leather jacket with the most dark alluring eyes she has ever seen. "Dilpreet."
Ajay and Ishana's jaw dropped the minute they realized that Gauri knew this person who looked like a gangster from the outskirts.
Ajay quickly grabbed Gauri's arm to stop her from approaching the dangerous man: You know him?! I will take you home. You can't trust people so easily Gauri.
Ishana: Yea Gauri.
Putting his bike in park Omkara grabbed the extra helmet and completely ignoring the two people that was in his way he put the small black helmet on Gauri's head.
"Come. I will take you home...Gauri."
Seeing him shake Ajay's grasp on her arm away Gauri couldn't help but feel completely safe and calm when he called out her name.
Gauri: Okay....
