Odia's POV:
My feet weren't touching the ground as the arms still held me, "Why do you keep doing that?" Kaoru's voice spoke.
"Wh-What?" I asked as he set me down.
"Worrying me." He sighed as Hikaru burst through the door with a worried face, but softened up when he saw me.
"Oh, you got her." He heaved a relieved sigh.
"What do you mean?" I tilted my head to the side.
"What do we mean?!" Hikaru yelled, "You can't just dance on rooftops without worrying someone!" I flinched at the yelling, and he sighed, "Sorry, you just scared us."
"You guys saw me?" I asked.
"We saw you from when we were coming back in." Kaoru explained as I noticed Hikaru had his arm bundled up.
"What happened to you?" I asked worridley.
"Doesn't matter." He mumbled, "What matters is why you were on the roof." He stated as I looked down.
"I wasn't going to jump. It's just hasn't been a very nice few days for me as well as everyone else evidently." I explained as I fiddled with my hands, "First I get thinking about my parents, oh and I got slapped, yeah, that happened. Then..." I trailed off as I blinked away upcoming tears.
Come on, Odia, you can't cry over a boy.
"Odia?" Hikaru sounded worried.
"You can tell us anything." Kaoru assured me.
I looked up to face them, knowing my eyes were a bit glossy, "Well, Kyoya finally gave me his answer..." I took a breath, "He... he doesn't love me." I informed them as I felt a tear roll down as I quickly wiped it, "So that kinda sucks." I stifiled a small laugh to try and make myself feel better.
"Are you okay?" Kaoru asked.
"If I told you yes, would you believe me?" I asked.
"No." Hikaru replied.
"Then, I'm not." I sighed as I looked down, "Can I just have a hug?" I finally spoke up as they embraced me while I calmed myself down.
"He's such an idiot." They sighed as I blinked away all possible tears.
"I'll move on, hopefully soon." I tried to assure myself.
"We should probably go down. If we're late, they'll worry." Hikaru spoke as we let go of our corny mini group hug, and made our way to the dance thing.
The lovely festival ending ceremony was in full swing as Tamaki was now dancing with Haruhi, and I was sipping on a glass of water.
Water is nice.
You love me, right water?
Of course I love you Odia, how could I not?
Oh man, I'm pathetic.
"Care to dance?" A hand was in front of me as I looked up to see Kaoru.
I smiled as I set down my glass of water, "I'd be delighted." I chuckled as I took his hand.
Begining of December
"Yay! Winter break is a day away!" Tamaki cheered as we closed the host club.
"Yay, sleep." I unenthusiastically cheered, "At least exams are over for now. We only have one more day of school till I get to sleep in."
"I can't believe you and Haruhi got perfect scores!" Tamaki praised as I shrugged.
"I used to read a lot, so I already knew a lot of the material." I explained as I was engulfed in a bone shattering hug.
"My daughters are so smart!" It was then I noticed poor Haruhi got dragged into this too.
"Senpai!" She choked out.
"Mori!" I managed to squeeze out.
Eventually, we were lifted by Mori, eho gently set us down, "Good job." He muttered as Honey went on his shoulders.
"You are really smart Odi-chan and Haru-chan!" Honey chirped.
"Our favorite toys..." Hikaru began as he looped an arm over mine and Haruhi's shoulders.
"Are so smart." Kaoru finished as he looped another arm around us.
"I'm not a toy!" Haruhi and I snapped.
"Oh no, you're begining to talk like them." Tamaki dramatically spoke as he put the back of his hand on his forehead, "My poor daughters!"
I eventually got the twins to let go of Haruhu and I as I sat down across from Honey to eat cake.
I've been doing a lot better lately. Accepting that Kyoya doesn't love me back was the easy part compared to being able to look at him ever again. Nevertheless, the whole Host Club have been a huge help, well excluding Kyoya.
I was currently eating the most wonderful chocolate cake when Honey spoke up, "So what are you doing for winter break?" He asked me.
"Probably just going to the dance studio again, since I have a recital soon." I shrugged.
"You dance?" Honey asked.
"But you're so clumsy." Hikaru interjected.
"And you didn't know the waltz." Kaoru added.
"When my brother amd I came to Japan, the lady who ran the place took care of me a lot, so I eventually learned to dance from her." I explained, "And gee thanks." I told the twins, "I'm for some reason better at dancing than walking without falling." I shrugged, "Plus, you don't exactly spend your time doing the waltz in a dance studio."
"You dance?! You have a recital?! Papa is-" Tamaki began.
"Not coming." I cut him off.
"What? But-"
"We want to go too!" The twins added
"No, you'll end up doing something embarrassing." I told them as he Tamaki went to the Gloomy Corner.
"Yeah, I really don't want to sit next to a sobbing Tamaki-senpai or the twins." Haruhu added.
"Wait." Hikaru spoke.
"Haruhi gets to go?" Kaoru asked.
"Yeah..." I trailed off, "Her and her dad are."
"Can we all go?" Honey's voice asked.
"Honey, I don't..." I trailed off as I looked into the cutest set ofnpuppy dog eyes I have ever seen, "Oh come on, that's not fair."
"Odi-chan." His voice cracked, damnit he's good, "Please?" Oh, no tears are forming.
"Fine!" I yelled, "You guys can go! Just put away the eyes!" I exclaimed as Honey cheered.
"Yay!" Tamaki sprung out of his corner.
"You're going to pop a blood vessel with all your mood swings." Kyoya told Tamaki.
"So if you're a dancer..." Kaoru started.
"Are you flexible?" Hikaru smirked as Tamaki hit them over the head.
"She is a lady!" Tamaki scolded.
"Yes I am, pervy twins." I told them as they snickered.
"How high can you bring your leg up?" Honey asked, genuinely curious.
"Hmm..." I thought for a bit, "I wonder... Mori, can you come here?" I asked as he nodded, as I stood up, "Can you help me? I'll loose my balance in these heels if I bring it as far as I can." I asked him as he got a small blush on his face as his eyes widened.
"You're wearing a skirt!" Tamaki panicked.
"I'm wearing spanx under." I defended myself, "I am a lady." I winked.
I began lifting my leg as I held onto Mori's arm with my other hand, "Don't hurt yourself!" Tamaki burst out.
"Okay, about this high." I spoke as I brought my leg straught up while I leaned in the poor nervous Mori.
"Aren't you in pain?" Haruhi winced as I brought it down.
"Thanks, Mori." I poked his cheek as I walked to Haruhu, "Not really, it's just something I'm used to." I shrugged.
----
I was about to walk out with the twins when I heard my name from Mori, "Yeah?" I asked as the twins waited at the door for me.
"Do you... want to go with me somewhere at four on Saturday?" He asked as the whole host club went silent.
Woah, what's up with the sudden tension?
"Sure." I shrugged, "You know where to pick me up." I smiled.
I was in the limo with the twins when they smirked at me, "I can't believe he actually did it." Hikaru spoke up.
"I didn't think he would actually listen." Kaoru nodded.
"What?" I snapped my eyes to them.
"We had Mori ask you out on a date." They said casually.
"What?! He asked me on a date?!" I was beyond confused.
"Well, we don't believe that Kyoya doesn't love you." Kaoru said.
"You're basically perfect for him." Hikaru said.
"So we're seeing whether or not he really loves you." They said together as I rolled my eyes
"And if he doesn't?" I asked.
"Then you can marry Mori and love happily ever after with him and Honey." They answered.
"You guys are idiots." I scoffed, "Kyoya doesn't love me. He's too selfish to love anything." I spat. Naturally, I was a bit bitter.
"As far as you know." The winked.
