Jisoo and Jennie went out to visit her mother's graveyard. a nice bouquet she held in her hand whilst in the other she held Jisoo's, it's been awhile since she last visited. maybe a couple of months or so.
"Hey Mom, i brought flowers" Jennie said with a wide smile. "and also my wife.." she chuckled and looks at Jisoo. "Ex-wife?" Jisoo said.
"nah, we'll be getting married soon so from now on you're my wife" Jisoo smiles and bends down to take a better look at the grave.
she lets out a sigh and stares at the grave, "I'm sorry eomma.." Jisoo starts and closed her eyes. "I'm sorry I broke a promise.. I-"
Jisoo stops talking when Jennie holds her hand giving it a tight squeeze.
"it's over Jisoo.. you don't have to say sorry, you already did and that's enough" she says, she knew Jisoo will cry and she didn't want any drama for today. she didn't want Jisoo to feel even more guilty than she already is and Jennie can feel how guilty she is.
The way Jisoo has to take seconds before saying something, the way Jisoo always kisses her with pure passion and pure love, and the way she tries and build her relationship with Jieun.
The way Jisoo has to always tell her I love you often, she would always say sorry even in her sleep and by that the pain in her heart had faded away and replaced by joy Jisoo always gives her.
"Jennie.. I'm so sorry for what happened to her.. I-I.."
"ssh.. it's okay, it wasn't anybody's desire to happen, it just happened. you don't have to be sorry plus stop crying! we're supposed to be having fun today!" she cheers her up.
Jisoo sobs and looks at her woth tearied eyes "Jennie I love you" she said hugging her.
"I know, you tell me all the time and i love you too"
"I don't want you to forget." Jisoo says.
"I don't think I will Jisoo, like seriously, you tell me all the time, remember that time when you would always open the door to my office and you'd say 'I love you~' then you leave, it always cracks me up and... I find it very sweet"
"I know.. it's just that I really don't want you to forget" Jisoo laughs.
"well Missy, you count on that" she winked.

"Jennie where are we going?"
"for the nth time, I told you we'll just get there then you'll see" Jennie sighed.
"can you atleast give a clue?" Jisoo pokes her side.
"fine.. coconut trees"
the beach? but it's impossible, we didn't pack any clothes.
"the park?"
"What? No! I told you just wait and we'll get there!"

June 14th 1986
"students, we'll be setting the venue to Jeju island, pack your things and everything you need, we have to stay there for 3 days"
They will be going on a educational trip, all the things they will learn will be included in the final exams so everyone had to go.
Jennie who was packing in their shared room with Jisoo suddenly heard the door swing open revealing a short red haired girl.
"what are you doing here Jihyo?" she asked with slight irritation, the girl never actually comes to their dorm and this is the first time she did.
"Where's Jisoo?" Jihyo asked with furrowed brows.
"isn't she supposed to be with you? why the hell are you asking me?" she stopped packing and crossed her arms.
"she didn't show up, I even asked the others but they haven't seen her too" Jennie immediately panics, her heart starts to pound rapidly.
"What?! wait let me try calling her-" Jennie says and dials Jisoo's number.
"it's no use, her phone is out of reach"
"I'm sorry but this person is out of reach, please try again later"
shit.
"we have to go now" Jennie said sternly and quickly runs out the door. Jihyo who was following behind her had a suspicious smirk on her face.

"Jisoo damnit where the hell are you?" Jennie mumbled as they check every classroom.
"Hey.. maybe we should check in the gym, maybe she's just playing basketball" Jihyo suggested.
"okay let's go" without even waiting for Jihyo, Jennie ran fast as she could until she reached the gym court.
pushing the door open, she saw nothing but pitch black. she searched for the switch but before she could even open it, the lights turned on one by one and in the middle of the gym there stood Jisoo with flowers in her hands.
"Jisoo!" Jennie exclaims and runs towards her. soon she was wrapping her arms around the older girl.

the door then suddenly closed causing a loud thud that made Jennie jumped. "what the hell babe!" Jennie glared at her.
"sorry I got you worried, you thought I forgot our monthsary right? that's why you agreed to let me and Jihyo go out and have some fun while you sulk in our room" Jisoo cooed her cheek.
"Yah! it's not funny Jisoo, I was worried and upset" Jennie says.
"I know, I'll make it up to you later" Jisoo whispers seductively, Jennie already knew what she was planning by the hint of seduction in her voice, she'll definitely need to gain lots of energy for later.
"I hate you" Jennie sighs and leaned her forehead against the older girl.
"i know... kiss?" Jisoo puckered her lips and leaned forward but Jennie stops her with an index finger.
"No kisses for you, and that's for making me worried and upset awhile ago" Jennie huffed.
"Oh come on! how about a kiss on the cheek?" Jennie shakes her head.
"on the forehead?"
"on the chin?"
"on the thing"
"what thing?" Jennie asked confused. Jisoo laughs and shakes her head "its nothing, come on, let's go back to the dorm" she pulls Jennie out the gym.
"what thing?" Jennie asked again.
"just forget it" Jisoo chuckles.

"Jennie where exactly are we going?" Jisoo asks, her eyes were covered with a blind fold cause Jennie told her so.
she felt Jennie guide her as they walk on a hard surface and Jisoo could tell that it was cement. she could only think of the park but she also thought, what in the hell are we gonna do in the park at this time?
but it was also fine if Jennie takes her to the park, as long as she's with Jennie, her presence is what's important.
a cold breeze of wind hit her body causing her to shiver "oops, it's cold here by the way" Jennie says and continues to lead her.
"okay, in a count of 5 I want you to take it off, okay?" Jisoo nodded.
"1....2.....3...4.."
"5!"
Jisoo takes off the blind fold slowly, she wanted to take a peek before seeing the whole surprise.
"woah.." her jaw almost fell when she saw the beautiful thing infront of her.
Jennie who was staring at her amusingly hugged her from behind, her chin resting on Jisoo's shoulder. "would you mind having to spend two days here with me?"
"I'd love to" Jisoo smiles fondly.
"this is amazing, did you rent this?"
"Nope, I bought it as a gift to someone" Jennie smiles. "and that someone is you" Jennie cooed, squishing her cheek against Jisoo's.
"baby.." Jisoo turns aroud with a serious look "I know you wanted to catch up with me and I too but, you didn't have to spend that much money on such things like this" she says cupping Jennie's face, yes it was not necessary to buy something like this, especially she still felt guilty after those 14 years, she just feels like she doesn't deserve this.
"oh.. you didn't like it?" Jennie looks down with a sad face. it's not that Jisoo didn't like it, it was just too much.
"No! that's not what i was trying to say baby" Jisoo raised her chin, "baby.. you know I appreciate everything you do for me, I really do and this?" Jisoo gestures at the house infront of them. "I love it but promise me next time, you won't spend so much on things? just cuddle with me in bed and that's enough, so please don't be sad" she finally pulls the younger girl into a hug.
"sorry, you know I just want you to be happy"
"I already am, waking up and seeing you every morning, it already feels like heaven"
Jennie finally smiles, it's just that, she was traumatized when Jisoo left her and it was hard for her to be happy at that time, it was like her world got hit by a massive asteroid and wrecked the whole world and now that they're back together, all she ever wanted was to be happy and Jisoo to be happy, we never know what god has planned for us.
"so do you still wanna spend two days here with your wife?" Jennie grins at her.
"who wouldn't want to spend an alone time with their wife?" Jisoo says and locked hands with Jennie.
"I don't know, but that's definitely not me, oh I'm so into it and you know that" they laughed.
"Come on, I'll show you around"
with that being said they immediately explored every part of the rest house. Jennie has plenty of houses but this one was her favorite cause it was for Jisoo and it was designed just like how Jisoo would love it.
after exploring the place, they ended up in the balcony on the second floor watching the night sky while leaning on the railings.
"I just hope I don't get eaten alive by a tiger here" Jisoo joked, the place was jungle themed and it looked like any time there can be a wild animal swimming in the pool with a beer in their hand, but that was impossible and Jisoo's imagination is on a different level. don't question it.
"I'm the tiger here, and don't expect this tiger to not eat you alive when it's hungry" Jennie says imitating the tiger claws and playfully bites Jisoo's shoulder.
"sorry tiger but this missy is hard to get" Jisoo defends and playfully sticks her tongue out.
"but not when tiger is around" Jennie winks at her.
"let's see about that" she challenged.
Oh well, this two are probably gonna end up eating each other, nah just kidding but maybe? who knows?
