"Alright,Stokeley's outside"I said going to the front door
"Damn girl you been here for a couple of days and you already got invited to a party!"My Aunt said impressed

"Don't be...it's just a party...besides you said your not staying long right?"
"No,probably like a hour and a half"
She nodded "okay we'll have fun,not too much fun tho"she winked
I chuckled and walked out the door.I opened the car door and got in.Stokeley just stared at me down and up slowly until our eyes connected.
"Damn"he mumbled biting his bottom lip
"What?"I asked worried
"You looking pretty edible right now"He said
"Oh,Shut up"I laughed
"You laughing and shit,I'm dead serious"he said driving off

Walking into the party I saw a bunch of people.It was so many people there that Stokeley had to grab my hand and make sure I didn't mix with the crowd.He walked me too the kitchen and there was 4 people in there.
Jahseh,Aylek,Trippie,And some dude with Blonde dreads.
"ESSKEETITTT!!! Yo what's happenin Stokeley!"The blond headed dude said
"Yo What's up man...aye this Pump...Pump this is my future baby mama Liah"Stokeley said causing me to shake my head a little
"Nice to meet you,Liah"Pump slurred
I was about to shake his hand but he smirked and pulled me into a hug,He has went around my waist.
"Damn girl you smell good"Pump slurred
Oh he's definitely drunk right now.
"Okay"Stokeley said before breaking us up and eyeing Pump
"Shit,my bad Stoke...I ain't mean to be all up on ya girl like that"Pump laughed backing up
"Um...I'm single"I pointed out
"For now"Stokeley mumbled.I glanced at him for a couple of seconds then looked to my left and saw that Jahseh was staring at me.I looked away for a second then looked back at him and saw that he was still looking at me.
"Aye Liah you ready for Lauderhill high?"Aylek asked
"Uh Y-Yeah"I said focusing my attention on Aylek
"It's gonna be hella dudes there...finer dudes"Aylek said mugging Stokeley
"And Trippie you know there's way more finer girls at this party right now...you should go holla at one"Stokeley smirked
"Do it and I'll cut your fucking dick off"Aylek told Trippie with a serious look
My mouth hung open.Trippie side eyed her
"Liah you wanna drink or something?"Pump asked
"Yeah Sure"
"Follow me"Pump and I walked to the other side of the kitchen where the drinks were
"Alright I got Henny,Vodka,Brandy,Paul,Tequila,Four loco,and plenty more I just don't feel like naming them all"Pump slurred
"I'll take a cup of Henny"
"Henny it is"Pump said.
As pump fixed me my drink I glanced around the party and noticed a couple of girls glaring at me.I just shrugged it off.
"Here ya go bud"Pump said giving me the cup of Hennessy
"Thanks"I smiled
"Now...if you don't mind I'm about to find me some bitches to fuck"Pump slurred walking away
"Okayy"I said
I looked behind me and saw that Stokeley,Trippie and Aylek had disappeared... and it was only Jahseh in the kitchen,he was on his phone.I hesitantly walked towards him
"If your about to ask me where Stokeley is...I don't fucking know"He said still looking at his phone
"I wasn't even about to ask that"I lied rolling my eyes
"Oh really? Then what was you about to ask me then"He said looking up from his phone with a smirk
"I wasn't about to ask you anything"
"Then why was you walking over here"He asked
"Well I-Uh was really about to pass by you until you just stopped me"I stuttered
"Oh word? My bad....Proceed"He said before getting back on his phone
"You really need to work on your people skills"I mumbled walking away to find Stokeley
I sipped my on my Henny as I walked through the crowd.It was so many girls twerking and grinding on boys to 'Booty' by Blac Youngsta.
As I walked upstairs I started to feel a little dizzy.
When I reached the top of the stairs I heard fussing coming from one of the rooms.
"Who the fuck is she Stokeley?! Huh? One of your little whores?"a girl yelled
I put my ear to the door to hear more clearly.
"What? No I told you she's just a friend! Nothing more,Nothing less! She doesn't mean shit to me!"Stokeley yelled back
"Then why the hell did you walk in here holding hands with her? Do you know how stupid you made me look?! Why would you even bring her here?"She asked
"I'm sorry India,She's new to the neighborhood and she's gonna be going to our school so I thought I would invite her to make her feel comfortable...she's just a friend,I promise"Stokeley said.I then started to hear them kissing,I shook my head and headed back downstairs

I rubbed my temples and tried to focus on going down the stairs but the dizziness Started to become worst.I tripped on the last step
"You okay?"A voice said
"Um Y-Yeah I just feel a little dizzy"I said rubbing my forehead
"Damn let me help you"the voice said reaching for my hand
"No No I'm good"I slurred
"No your not.Come on lemme take you home"the voice said grabbing my hand and helping me up
"But...But you don't know where...Where I live"I slurred to the unknown person
The person chuckled "Of course...I do...I live right beside you"
I blinked my eyes a couple of times seeing Jahseh's face

I rubbed my temples as Jahseh opened the car door for me to get in.I got in then Jahseh closed my door and jogged to the other side getting in also.
I reached for my seatbelt but it would budge.I kept pulling and pulling but it was stuck.
"Ugh! the seat belt is stuck"I said
Jahseh leaned over me as I sat back.He grabbed the seatbelt from the top and pulled it a couple of times,it then loosen.
His eyes then met mine.He looked at my lips then back to my eyes.
He shook his head snapping back to reality as he clicked my seatbelt. "Got it"He cleared his throat
"Thanks"I said.He nodded
During the car ride I kept glancing at him.I just couldn't help it...it was something about him.
"Fuck,do I have something on my face?"he scoffed
"Just giving you a taste of your own medicine"I said
"Are you saying I stare at you too much"
"Yeah....why do you stare at me so much"
He shrugged his shoulder not giving me an answer.So I didn't ask him anything else...mostly because my head was still spending,I just placed my hand on my forehead.
"You still feel dizzy?"he asked
"Yeah"I said rubbing my forehead
"You probably shouldn't have drunk that Hennessy"he said
My eyes widened "Are you saying Pump slipped some shit in my cup?"
"Nah,He wouldn't do that...but if your not paying attention to your drink somebody can easily do it...I know because the same thing happened to me before" he said
I sighed "This is why I don't go to parties"
"I feel you...I'm not really a party goer either"He said with a smirk
"I could tell by your facial expression when I saw you in the kitchen,you looked like you was ready to go"I said with grin
"I was"He said riding pass my yard and driving in his driveway
I unbuckled my seatbelt and was about to open my door but he stopped me.
"I gotchu"He said hopping out the car and slightly jogging on my side to open the door for me
"I didn't know Jahseh was such a gentleman"I said earning a tight smirk from him
As soon as I got out the car,Jahseh took my right arm and threw it around his shoulder and put his left arm around my waist to help me in his house.
He grabbed his key from his pocket and unlocked the door with his free hand.Once we walked in he led me upstairs to his room and I stopped in my tracks.
"What's wrong?"He asked
"This room is 'oFf LiMiTs' remember?"
He sucked his teeth and helped me to his bed.I sat down and looked around his room...it's definitely different...dark curtains,Kiss Posters,I looked on his dresser and saw deodorant,Cologne,Chokers and....Black Nail Polish?!
"I'll be right back" he said walking out
I whipped my head back to the nail polish...is he gay?
My phone then buzzed me roll my eyes because it was Stokeley calling me.
Me:Hello?
Stokeley:Yo where you at I've been looking for you everywhere!
Me:I left the party,Stoke
Stokeley:Why?
Me:Well,after Pump fixed me a cup somebody slipped some shit into...I don't know...all I know is I started to feel dizzy so Jahseh gave me a ride
Stokeley:Shit...Liah I'm sorry I left...I went upstairs and got distracted by something
Me:Yeah I know you got distracted by....what's her name? India right?
The line became silent...So silent you'd think he hung up.
Stokeley:Liah I can ex-
Me:Bye Stokeley
I hung up and threw my phone on Jahseh's bed.I laidback on the bed until I heard the door crack,I sat up and saw Jahseh closing his door with glass of water and a bottle of pills in his hands.
"Take these"He said handing me the pills
"What are they?"I asked suspiciously
"It's Meclizine, It can treat motion sickness,dizziness and vertigo"he said
I nodded slowly looking at the bottle "you wouldn't give me the wrong drugs...would you?"I asked looking up at him
He smirked "No...No I wouldn't"
I nodded and opened the bottle and popped a pill,He handed me the glass of water to swallow down the pill.
I handed him the glass back
"Give it about..30 minuets you should start to feel better"he said
My phone rung
Stokeley again🙄
Me:Yes?
Stokeley:Liah...I'm sorry I should've told you about India it's just-
Me:You don't need to explain yourself Stokeley!
Jahseh looked at me with strunched eyebrows
Stokeley:But I-
Me:We were never a couple so I don't care
I hung up rolling my eyes,he was making my head throb.
"Aww you mad at Stokeley?"Jahseh said smiling
"No"
"Yes you are...why you mad at him?"Jahseh asked
"Cause...he...I heard him talking to a girl at the party.He was telling her how I was just a friend and I didn't mean shit to him"I shrugged
"Damn,yo he deadass wrong for that,I'll talk to him"
"No you don't have to do that"I said quickly
"I do! Nobody should treat a girl like that...especially if....if that girl is you"He mumbled
Not gonna lie that made my heart flutter
"Me? But you barely even know me"I said
"I know but...your so nice,he shouldn't have treated you like that"He shook his head looking down
"Well your no different"I mumbled
He whipped his head up looking at me with the meanest facial expression "Say what?"
"Remember What you said to me in Walmart?"
He sucked his "Man you still stuck on that bullshit...I didn't even say nothing bad to you"
"You said..and I quote 'He's my brother I can talk to him however the hell I want so mind your fucking business"I mocked him
"It's true"he said nonchalantly
"Well you could've been a little nicer"I said
"I'm being nice now aren't I?"He said locking eyes with me
"I guess"I shrugged
"You guess?"he scoffed before looking at his digital clock
"Still feel dizzy?"he asked
"Not really"I said
"It's 1 am...I think it's time for you to go home before your Aunt starts to worry...I'll walk you"He said nonchalantly
"Okay"

Jahseh walked me all the way to my porch.I grabbed the extra key from under the mat and unlocked the door.
"See ya around"He said before turning around
"Jah?"
He turned around "Yeah?"
"Thanks"I said
"Don't mention it"He said
I smiled
"No im dead ass serious DONT mention it...please"He said with a straight face
"I won't"I said smiling
He nodded before jogging away
"goodnight Jahseh!"
"Night!"He yelled jogging
