The bruises were bad but they weren't something I have never seen before. The bruises against his milky tone looked almost super red. As I was wiping him with seam towels, he had fallen asleep.
I breathe in, which I had held in for a while and it was such a relief that he wasn't
watching me as I clean him. It's just get really awkward when those deep black
eyes stare at me, giving me chills that run down the spin and hair standing on my
neck. It is then when the sparks ignite.
When I was finally finish with all the clean up, I tuck him in and I walked to the
common toilet to wash the towels that were somewhat soaked with his blood and to
dispose his dirty laundry in washing machine.
By the time I was finish with my prayers, I realize how wonderfully my holidays
are passing by and honestly taking care of somebody I don't even know, let alone
not even his name. Random questions pops into my head like what if he is druggy
or involve with gang. Hey you might think I am stupid but I am just being
cautious because even the biggest criminals are educated.
As I went inside, I noticed the perspiring and sudden paleness of his face and
quickly ran to get some ice to stabilize him.
I watched as his brow crested at each pang of pain and instantly knew that's how
my brother must have felt every time in this condition. At the immediate thought
of my brother, the moist in my eyes couldn't dwell to stay within its boundaries.
I put my hand on his chest to soothe his nerves like a mother who puts it
reassuringly and watch him fell asleep soundlessly.
