To the list of things that trouble me in the day and haunt me at night, a striking personality, a pair of shining brown depths, a face I could barely register into my memory and a stupid nickname have been added.
And the madness couldn't get more severe.
Earlier, I used to be pretty much motivated the entire week. The first half of it because of the lecture and the second half would be spent in anticipation of the next.
Now? Now I dread them. The voice to be precise.
All because I can't get through listening to it without having my thoughts running madly.
My head shoots up in surprise as the voice that speaks now isn't one I'm dangerously familiar with.
At the end of the lecture, a prayer request is made for the actual speaker's (aka MBBS) father who has passed away.
My heart clenches painfully as all the ill-thoughts from before disappear and I want nothing but to hear his voice and know that he is alright. That he is okay.
