the last words peter spoke broke not only your heart, but tony's. trembling, he reached out to the boy, but he was gone with the wind like that.
you would've said something. anything.
but then a churning feeling in your stomach awoke, and panic spread across your face.
"tony.." you said, kneeling down next to him. "sweetheart-" he choked out.
"i love you so much," you whimpered, feeling yourself fade away quicker than you expected.
"(y-n), honey you can't- i can't lose you too.."
warm tears strolled down your face.
as you disappeared before tony's eyes, you could see him sobbing heavily. but you knew he could do it.
