'Jesse is here' Ginger yelled when she walked away from the mirror
'I'm nervous, what if he's going to hate it' Rose said worried to me
'don't worry, he's going to love it' I smiled
'thank you' she gave me a kiss on my cheek
'I love you' we both stood up and she walked to the door.
Then she opened the door, I stood behind her so that I could see Jesse's reaction.
'few' Jesse made a weird sound and looked away with open mouth
'told you he was going to love it' I whispered to Rose
'hey Bear' Rose chuckled nervously
'you look fantastic' Jesse walked towards her with a little corsage
'thank you, you look handsome too' again a nervous chuckle left Rose's mouth
'here' Jesse said after a awkward moment of then just looking in each other's eyes and me just standing next to them.
Guess this is how Rose feels when Dylan and I have a moment.
'I love it' Rose does the corsage around her wrist and then gives Jesse a hug
'come in please' Adelina then says and the both of then walk inside

'thank you Jesse you look fine' I say sarcastically making him laugh
'always with the compliments' he smiles sarcastically, I don't know why but Jesse and I are always sarcastic to each other. We are friends, don't get me wrong, I like him but we are always just sarcastic to each other.
'don't flirt with my boyfriend' Rose pouted
'oh I am not, I am completely taken' I say throwing my hand up
'me too' Jesse smiles cute to Rose

'oh Dylan is here' Nina now yells walking away from the mirror

'oh wait I have a corsage' he lets me loose ang gives me the corsage. I put it around my wrist, it had pink peonies on it, my favorite flower.

'hey lovebirds, come in we need to take pictures' Rose yells behind us
'yes yes yes' I whine and I walk inside
'are you wearing heels' Dylan asks while looking at my feet

'I thought you couldn't walk in them' he looks up
'I practiced' I say and he knots

'are you guys ready' Ginger asks when we all stand in one line. I'm between Rose and Dylan and we all smile
'cheese' Ginger yells before taking a picture. After that we take some more pictures and then we go to school in Dylan's car.
'you look really hot' Dylan whispers in my ear when he opens the door
'you look hotter' I whisper back
'shit why are you so smooth' he mumbles quietly
'because I just am' I do a hair flip and get in the car

'same, did you see Jesse's reaction. Oh my god' I laughed

'oh shut up' I roll my eyes
'be nice please' Rose warns Jesse

Then we went to school where we walked inside. The theme this prom was metallic so everywhere there are metallic things which looks really cool.
'do you want a drink' Dylan asks
'yes, no alcohol please' I smile
'I won't let you drink alcohol Mads' he says while looking me dead in the eye
'I love me a protective boyfriend' I mumble
'wait here' Dylan laughs and then he walks away
'so what did Dylan say to you when you entered the car' Rose asks
'I thought you heard' I raise an eyebrow
'I was guessing it was a compliment' she explains
'oh my' I chuckle 'but he said I looked hot'
'and you said' she wants me to keep on talking
'that he looked hotter and then he asked why I was always so smooth and I said I just was' I told her making her chuckle.
After a while Dylan came back with 2 metallic red cups and he gave me one. We sit down on a bench and just talk.
Then Dylan stands up
'can I have this dance' he sticks out his hand
'yes' I sight
'why the sight' he asks while pulling me up
'because I love you' I smile
'that is' he chuckles 'the worst reason for a sight
'but you'll take it' he knots and we walk to the dancefloor.
When we enter the dancefloor the song "One Kiss" from Dua Lipa is playing and both Dylan and I mouth the whole lyrics and dance like fools.
On this moment, I don't give a flying fuck if someone is judging me. I am just happy and loving the moment.
'oh I hate this song' I whine when "Thinking Out Loud" comes on from Ed Sheeran 'this is such and overrated song, it's not that good'
'but you'll still dance with me?' Dylan sticks out his hand again
'only because I love you' I sigh and I put my hands around his neck
'I love you too' he smiles and pulls me close to him
We start to dance to the song that I absolutely hate.
While dancing, Dylan somehow makes me love the song. I know every word even though I hate it and every word makes me think of him.
'you still hate the song' Dylan whispers in my ear
'no' I mumble back and I put my forehead against his
'good' he smirks
'get that stupid smirk form your face' I mumble

Then after a while the song ends and "can't help falling in love with you" comes on.

'that we danced to the day I asked you to be my girlfriend' Dylan finishes my sentence
'but this is not a usual song for a school dance' I raise my eyebrow
'I may have requested it' Dylan says nervously
'that's cute' I smile and I put my arms back around his neck
'I know' he sighs dramatically and I chuckle
