self made tip by me :] : to avoid leaking wear two pads, roll like 15 sheets of toilet paper together, put them on your pad, and finally wear two pants :)
warning: may cause intense sweating, wedgies and dont wear leggings if you don't want anyone to see the lining of your pants.
