Lucy walked to the middle of the arena, greeting Jura as he did the same
"Hello Lucy-dono, looks like we got picked again."- Jura
"*Wails* That's right Jura-san, I feel like Chapati will always bully us when he has the chance -.-'"-Lucy
"HAHAHAHA, Seems like it. May the best mage win, wanna play any bets?"-Jura
"Hmm, Sure why not? What do you want to bet?"-Lucy
"If you win, I own you 3 favors. If you Lose, I get your title of the strongest mage along with your 1st Wizard saint title!"-Jura
Everyone gasps at Jura's confidence while Yona and her companion was worried about Lucy losing here title but gained hope as Lucy flashed a smile towards their side.
"Sure, I accept your conditions and as usual, I'll only use one kind of magic."-Lucy
"And what will it be this time?"-Jura asked curious
"Hmmm..I'll stick with Lightning and Thunder this time."-Lucy
"I'll allow it since they are basically the same thing!"-Jura
"With that said, let the match begin!"-Chapati
As soon as the bell rang, Jura charged at Lucy as earth elements gathered on his hand making a big fist. Lucy back flipped jumping higher than Jura's height, lightning elements in her palm. She lightly pat Jura's shoulder causing sparks to set off before a bolt of thunder struck Jura, predicting this Jura had put on a small barrier around himself to have minimum damage inflected.
The impact made both of them flew to opposite sides as the crowd watched in awe as all this happened in a flash.

"S-So fast!"-Kija exclaimed in awe as Lucy slowly got up from a crouch position, not letting her guard down even for a second
"*Whistles* She's faster than I remember."-Hak
"A-amazing, Natsu-san and the others are so strong already yet...They can't compare to Lucy!"-Yona
"I-Isn't this getting too dangerous for her?"-Yoon
"You mean for her opponent yes, but for her? Not at all."-Levy

With only 2 minutes left on the clock,both Lucy and Jura are panting and bruised as they are starting to feel worn out. Knowing that this is their final shot, Lucy quietly mutters a chant while Jura tries to catch as much breath as he can. Soon, he started attack Lucy bare-handed trying to save as much power as has before unleashing it. Lucy quickly dodged or deflected all of the attacks as the chant is almost coming to an end.
Sensing something wrong, Jura decided to unleash his strongest spell on Lucy before it is too late, however sadly it is. Just as his spell went towards Lucy, Lucy's chant stopped as the sky darkens at a god-like speed. Rapid lightning and thunder bolts struck towards the arena as though the world had offended Zeus the lightning god and he decided to take revenge.
Before anyone could blink, bright lights of both lightning and thunder covers the arena causing everyone to look away in attempts to protect their eyes.
Slowly, the lights died down..Everyone looked towards the arena only to see smoke....The tension builds...Not a single sound came from the arena.....As the smoke clears up, the judge spoke.
"Looks like this years winner never change, The Winner IS LUCY HEARTFILLIA!!!"
The crowd roared as they saw Lucy standing with a limping Jura with one arm over her shoulder as she supports him. Her hand landed on his back as she healed any major wounds inflected on him.
"Good fight this year Jura, you've gotten stronger again!"-Lucy
"Yea, you too Lucy-dono. As promised, I owe you 3 favors.Whenever you want to use it!"-Jura
"Glad to hear Jura! I'll keep them for future use, however I'll use one now."-Lucy told Jura as she whispered into his ear the favor of hers.
Jura eyes widening slightly, he made eye-contact with Lucy.Trying to confirm if that's what she wants.But of course, with determination burning in her eyes she gave a firm nod before heading off to her side of the podium where her team awaits her.
"I hope one day I won't have to do something like that Lucy-dono."
