"Madelyn Rae Johnson get your ass over here and give me a hug!" Alli screamed as the girls and I approached the Simpson's house. Giana, Jess, and Tiff were my best friends but they had nothing on Alli. Ever since Cody and I became best friends so did Alli and I. She had always wanted Cody and I together so she could be my sister-in-law but I always denied my feelings for him, until the past week at least.
"Alli Michelle Simpson! Look at you! When did you get so gorgeous?" I said as I ran into her arms.
"Oh don't even, I've been like this since I was born." She said. Classic Alli.
"So, how's L.A?" I asked as we walked into the house, the girls following behind. They liked Alli but didn't talk to her much since the move to L.A.
"L.A's great. Lots of cute guys." She winked at me.
"What about Jake?!" I whispered.
"If he doesn't make a move this time, I'm going home and getting me a boyfriend in Cali. I can't deal with his 'waiting until the perfect time' shit. I wanna be with him now!" She whispered back. I shot Giana a look and she understood, and told the other girls. We were going to make this happen.
"Maddie!" I heard a little boy yell then I felt Tom hugging me.
"Hey bud!" I said hugging him back. He then ran away as fast as he came. He was such a cute kid.
"Second door on the left." Alli said to me.
"What?" I asked.
"Cody's room is the second door on the left. You can get through the window by climbing onto the garage roof, which isn't that hard, then you can get right in." She said. They must've switched rooms. I wondered how Alli knew about the garage thing.
"Alli, how do you-" I started.
"Maddie, I'm not as innocent as you think. I've snuck out at least ten times through that window." Alli said with a smirk.
"What?!" I screamed.
"Just go up!" She basically yelled. I did as she said. Second door on the left, the door was open and Cody was messing around with his guitar. I closed the door behind me and he looked up and smiled.
"Couldn't stay away huh?" He said as he set down his guitar and leaned against the head board making room for me to sit down.
"Totally." I said sarcastically as I rolled my eyes.
"Good. Because if you hadn't come to me, I would have come to you. And I'm super jet lagged so you know I didn't want to." He said smirking.
"You just think you got me all figured out don't you Cody?" I said with a laugh.
"Maddie, I know I've got you figured out." He said chuckling to himself. He was so adorable in his black graphic tank and tan shorts and Vans. He had that ability to make my knees weak and my whole body to turn to jello.
"I don't think so." I said moving closer to him. I leaned into kiss and and pulled away as he shut his eyes and ran out the door.
"Oh, I'm gonna get you for that!" He said running after me.
"Guys! Protect me!" I said jumping onto the couch in between Giana and Jess.
"Ladies, can I just borrow Maddie for a second?" Cody asked politely when he had made it downstairs.
"Of course!" Jess said as she pushed me off of the couch and I went darting past Cody.
"Run Maddie run!" Tiffany yelled. I did, but Cody caught me in the kitchen. He slid his arms around my waist and he put his chin on my shoulder.
"Oh Maddie. I got you." He said then he turned me around. Our faces only inches apart now. I couldn't help but lick my lips as he looked into my eyes. Was he going to kiss me again? I wanted him to, but people were coming through the door and if they came into the kitchen we'd just being standing there kissing.
"I-I guess you did." I couldn't help but stutter. He was so attractive, I couldn't think straight.
"Do I make you nervous?" He whispered in my ear. His warm breath sending tingles down my back.
"No." I said making sure not to stutter this time.
"Liar." He said as put his thumb under my chin and brought my face up to his and kissed me gently. He ended the kiss and lead us out to the living room where the party had began. He kept his arm around my waist as we walked into the room and began talking to our friends.

"Let's get this party started!" Alli screamed as we lit the fire. We all laughed. There wasn't that many people there but it was still a party. Alli, Giana, JT, Drew, Cody, Jess, Tiff, me, and two guys that JT knew. They were models so they were hot. Ten people. Five couples? Ha, Jess and Tiff thought the guys were hot and wouldn't mind spending the party with them but there would be nothing farther than that.
"Woohoo!" I said as I sat on a log next to Cody.
"Smores anyone?" JT asked as he pulled out a bag full of smore stuff behind his back.
"Yes!" Giana yelled almost tackling him for a marshmallow. Drew laughed so hard he fell backwards into the sand, which caused us to laugh even harder. After many smores, we were stuffed. We told stories about school and Alli and Cody gushed about L.A. Then Jess spoke up.
"So, I'm thinking a little truth or dare is in need." We all agreed and gathered closer to the fire. The breeze from the ocean was making it really cool. I'm glad i wore and actual shirt. But I was still planning on going for a swim in the next few hours. It was only 9 o'clock when we started to play one of the most intense games of truth or dare ever.
"Rules. You get three chickens on dares. For truths, if you don't want to say it, you gotta take it off." Alli said winking at Jake. He just laughed and smiled back.
"Why did I wear so little clothes? Jess asked. She had sandals, a shirt, and shorts. Two times of not saying something and she was in her underwear or her bra. They guys, of course didn't mind this idea at all.
"Who wants to go first?" I asked. Cody immediately put his hand up.
"Maddie." He said and turned to me smirking. "Truth or dare." He asked.
"Hm, you're evil, so truth." I said and everyone laughed.
"Darn it. I had a good dare." He said.
"Exactly why I said truth. Now ask away, I got nothing to hide." I said folding my arms and smiling.
"Okay, most embarrassing moment in your whole life." Cody said.
"Puking on you when we were in second grade." I shivered, that memory still haunts me to this day.
"Oh my god! You puked on him! Gross!" Giana yelled.
"Yeah, it was so gross, like everywhere." I said.
"It was gross for you? My mom washed my hair five times to get the smell of it out and we had throw away my rug." Cody said. Everyone whooped with laughter, I couldn't help but chuckle.
"Okay. Alli, truth or dare?" I asked.
"Dare all the way!" Alli said acting tough.
"I dare you to," then I smiled like a villain, and her face dropped and looked like she had just seen a ghost.
"Don't do it." She begged.
"Too late. Alli, I dare you to kiss JT, if it's okay with JT." I said and we all looked at Jake. Jake didn't say no so Alli went over to Jake, sat next to him and kissed him. They kissed for like twenty seconds before they separated. Jake whispered something in her ear then she went and sat back down next to Jess smiling.
"Okay. Um, Cody. Truth or dare?" Alli asked with and evil smile on her face. Their relationship was so perfect. They were so mean to each other but at the same time they loved each other to death.
"Truth." Cody said
"Wimp!" We all yelled.
"Maddie said truth and you didn't call her a wimp!" He whined.
"But you were going to do evil things to her, plus she's a girl." Giana said.
"Why didn't you make a move on Maddie sooner? You've been in love with her for like five years. What took you so long?" Alli asked.
"I don't know." Cody answered.
"That is not an acceptable answer. Take something off, bro." Alli said and I couldn't help but stare as he took of his shirt revealing his perfect six pack.
"You like?" Cody whispered in my ear. I couldn't help but laugh at his voice. It was so deep and seductive. It was attractive, don't get me wrong, but I found it hilarious.

After many truths and dares, Cody was shirtless and had his shorts on. and JT, Drew, and the two models, Drake and George, were all in their boxers. As for the girls, I had all my clothes except my sandals on, Alli and Giana were both in their bras and shorts, and Jess and Tiff were in there tops and underwear. It was almost eleven and I told everyone that I wanted to go swimming. So the girls and I all went and changed into our bathing suits. The guys just went in their shorts. I had a bright blue U-bar bandeau with string bikini bottoms that were black. Giana was wearing a polka-dot green and white bikini, Jess in a bright green bikini that made her look very tan. Tiff was in a red twisted bandeau with red bottoms. Alli had a neon orange bikini with white bottoms. I gotta admit, we looked good.
"Stop staring." I whispered in Cody's ear as I ran towards the ocean.
"I can't help it." He said as he came up behind me in the ocean. He kissed my neck lightly then turned me around to kiss me on the lips. Before our lips met, Alli splashed us.
"Oh it's on!" Cody yelled as he splashed Alli back. This went on a few minutes until Jake came over and picked Alli up by the waist then threw her in the water.
"Jake, what the-" She started as she came out of the water coughing a little bit, but then he kissed her. Score. I looked over to Tiffany and she smiled back at me and yelled,
"Jalli! Yes!" Alli and Jake just laughed.
