Zoey's POV
I need to find dad. My head says over and over. I can't even sleep. I need to take a walk.
I get out of bed and quietly close my door. I know I shouldn't leave alone but if I told Zed, he'd have a total freak out.
I have walked past the place that me and dad used to live. Finally I reach our neighbourhood and look around. There are no zombies anywhere. I go in my old home and hear someone talking.
"So, your looking to renovate this place?"
"Yes, yes I am."
"Ok then. Sing right here."
Someone is going to take our old home? That's not fair! I can't do anything about it. The two men left and I was all alone. I turned on the lights and looked around.
I have a plan.

The door opened and a man walked in. He looked at the piece of paper I left last night.
It said:
Trying to take my home, huh? I used to live here... well, until I was killed. You know I'm a zombie, right? Only... I'm here to HAUNT YOU!!
I'll only stop haunting you if you let zombies back, you can do it.
He dropped the paper and ran.
Not too bad for a kid zombie.
