Two weeks later
“You picked a pretty good spot.” Erica said as she laid the beach blanket onto the warm sand.
She wanted to hang out today, but due to her hating the heat I decided that we should go to the beach. And being the cute person she was, she agreed letting me have whatever I wanted. Honestly I don’t know what we’re doing, but I like it. Whenever I wanna escape the reality of the world I can call on Erica to bring a smile to my face.
“I come here a lot.” I mumbled helping her set everything up
“With ya boo?” She asked already knowing
Sometimes it worries me, but even though she may ask about Kash she doesn’t really care too much for him as much as I do when it comes to Heaven. Although I don’t know what to call us I still think about what her and Heaven could be doing. She’s not mine, but she’s mine.
“You’re my boo.” I pinched her cheeks
“Bet.” She blushed opening the basket of food she brought
“What you bring?” I asked
“I got a surprise for you.” She looked up at me smiling
“What you get me?” I asked hyped
“I got something a little special for you, I haven’t seen you a lot this week so I thought I’ll bring you your favorite food.” She said
I knew what it was. She knew what I loved to eat pretty much everyday. chipotle.
“No you didn’t.” I gasped
I was still shocked that she would do this for me.
“I had too.” She said handing me a container of food
“Thank you boo.” I smiled
“You’re welcome baby.” She smiled
At that moment of time I looked at her whole appearance, and she was beautiful. She had on a black bathing suit that looked great on her.
“I’m mad hype yo.” I danced a little in my seat
“I’m glad you like it. It’s a little thank you too.” She said digging in same as I did
“For what?” I asked
“For rocking with me. I know we don’t know much about each other, but you make it feel like I’ve known you forever.” She said
She was so sweet. Her girl betta watch out before she really be mine.
“Aw no problem boo.” I smiled
“Can I ask you something?” She asked
“You just did.” I joked making her smile
“Nah baby I’m just playing, go ahead” I said
“Will you meet Heaven?” She asked making me turn my head to the side and raise an eyebrow
“Meet Heaven? Why?” I questioned
“Because I feel like it would be good. You met her feel her out for me, let me know if I’m making the right choices, and it’ll be good for her, so she could get off my back and she get’s to meet who I’ve been spending all my time with.” She explained
“Do you think this is such a good idea?” I asked putting my food down
“I don’t see the harm.” She moved her shoulders up and down
Putting my feelings aside, I agreed.
“Yeah I’ll do it for yo.” I said
“Thank you Cyn this would mean a lot.” She giggled
“No problem, you would do the same for me.” I said
She would too. There were plenty of time that she wanted to meet Kash, but I don’t think that’s best right now.
“Can I have a kiss?” She asked shocking me
This was really it, because if I kiss her I was crossing a line I can not come from. I’m not the type to hide my feelings.
“Yeah.” Nodding my head she leaned over of course with my help and planted a big kiss on my lips. Feeling a spark between us two, I chewed on my bottom lip. That was something I haven’t felt in a long time.
“You good?” She laughed
“Couldn’t be better.” I cheesed
“Good, because if you weren’t good I don’t think I could be.” She said
God was this woman a smooth talker. I mean everything she says sounds so good.
“Aw you’re so sweet.” I wiped her mouth of my pink lip gloss
“I know this Craig.” She said sounding like Smokey
“Shut up you’re a fool.” I laughed loudly

I day later
I was at the house doing a little cleaning, because I was gonna ask Cyn to stay the weekend with me. She expressed that her bae was gonna be gone doing something else in Atlanta and I ain’t want her to be by herself. She was on her way, as well as our special guest.
Hearing a knock on my door I took my time to answer it.
“Who is it?” I yelled
“Heaven.” She replied
I haven’t seen her in a few weeks, and I ain’t gone lie I been missing her. Untwisting the locks I swung the door open to see my bae.
“Wassup?” I asked
“Nothing, you called me over here.” She replied leaning against the door frame. I was gonna ignore her attitude simply because I wanna be upfront with her.
“I did. Come in.” I said opening the door a little wider for her to come in
Doing as I said she made her way past me into the apartment.
“So wassup?” She asked turning towards me
“Dang you don’t wanna know how I’m doing or nothing? Just jump straight right into it.” I laughed
I was gonna try to be nice. Honestly.
“Not really. I’m tired of the constant disrespect from you. You disrespect me and expect me to be okay with it.” She started to rant
“You’re right.” I nodded
“I’m what?” She asked
“You’re right. I’ve been lying to you about stuff, but I want you to meet a friend of mine.” I said referring to Cyn
“You’ve been hanging out with someone else besides Kim?” She asked
“Yeah everyone has met her besides you and I don’t want you to feel left out.” I said just as the doorbell rung.
“That’s her right now.” I said walking over to the door opening it.
“Hello.” Cyn greeted me
She is so sweet., I can’t see Heaven not liking her
“Wassup.” I smiled letting her in
“Heaven this is Cyn, Cyn this Heaven.” I introduced everyone
The two stared each other down before finally speaking
“Hi nice to meet you.” Cyn spoke first of course
“Hi, likewise.” Heaven replied
“Well let’s sit.” I said walking to the living room
We sat in silence for a good 5 minutes before I spoke up
“Uh Cyn is in school, just like you Hev.” I pointed out
“Oh really?” Cyn asked mugging me lightly for not telling her and then looked back at Heaven
“Yeah, I’m studying child care.” Heaven replied
“That’s cool. How you like it?” Cyn asked
“It’s cool, I can’t wait to have a baby.” She said looking at me
“Uh well that’s something we already we talked about tho babe.” I said through my teeth.
Shid, I already have a kid.
“Oh did we?” She asked
“Man chill out.” My old self was coming back
Cyn put her hand on my leg to calm me down, but it wasn’t good for Heaven
“And what the heck is this. You talking bout y’all friends, but I see the way you looking at her. You think I’m stupid? You brought me here to show off?” She asked
“No, Heaven she brought me here to honestly help y’all.” Cyn said nicely
“Well don’t and just be honest with me.” She replied smartly
“Well if I’m being honest don’t you think the way you be doing her is messed up?” Cyn asked her accent getting thicker
“How did I do her.” Heaven asked
“I mean you be grabbing on her like she’s your rag doll, and nagging her like she’s your child. Then on top of that you haven’t even seen her in weeks. Like how dare you call yourself a girlfriend.” Cyn just let her have it
“Oh yeah? You think you know me? I’ll show you something.” Heaven stood up
Aw lawd.
