"My name means Fighter" Miles smiled at Aleria as she lead him through New Rome. This was so new to him. Camp Halfblood was nothing like this but his new friend knew where she was going. "What a coincidence.." She mumbled "What is?" A curious expression crossed over his face before he could stop it.
"My mom well she calls me a fighter. People called her a fighter. It's just our parents knew each other and your father named you something that translates into my mom's old nickname" Aleria smiled faintly and shook her head as if it was so obvious though in fact it wasn't. Miles wondered if her father was a child of Athena.
"My name means eagle" she said looking over at him with eyes that had looked brown earlier. Now they looked like they were changing colors towards the center of the iris. Like gray was engulfing the brown. "Zeu - I mean Jupiter's sacred animal. He's my grandfather" Miles smiled softly.
"Weird. Our parents linked us to their... Old friend" she said awkwardly and took a sharp turn to one of the bigger houses. "We're here" She said quietly with a timid smile as she opened the door
