"So does this mean that he isn't guardian bonded towards me?" I asked.

"No," Gamma Evernight said. "You guys have your own personal guardian bond towards each other. Not the same as the bond with your mate or your friends."

Tears filled my eyes as I looked back at Blayke, who was staring out the window. I hugged Gamma Evernight, saying my thanks before I left. I sat down at the table and everyone's attention was at me and Blayke. I ignored them and I couldn't help but have a smile on my face as I looked out the window. I had two brothers and one of them was sitting right next to me.

"Aliya, you barely smile," Ciana pointed out. "What's the occasion?"

"I'm just in a really great mood," I smiled.

"Anyways," Alec spoke up. "We need to talk about what happened with Tina."

"What's your side of the story?" Dean asked me.

"I went to my room and locked my door to be alone from everyone for a while," I said. "She was behind me and she had a knife. She threw it at me and I told her that I didn't want to hurt her. Tina went all dark and kept saying these things as she threw herself out the window to frame me. I guess she planned it well-considering everyone but Blayke fell for it. I guess the Gamma is always smarter than the others when it comes to what happens next in life."

"That would explain the knife in the wall," Mina said.

"What I want to know is how Blayke instantly knew that Aliya didn't do it," Alec said.

"I'd like to know that too," Dean spoke. "I was sure as hell believing that she did it and I'm her mate."

Blayke looked at Alec and Dean. "I take the time to think and judge right."

Liar. I thought to myself. I guess if I were him I'd want to keep Dean from knowing I was a Simmons too. I looked out the window again, seeing Alpha Johnson's eyes. I knew Blayke saw his eyes as well, with guardian eyesight there's nothing we could miss.

"Can we leave now?" Blayke asked. "I'm bored of this place and I want to get away from you two as fast as possible."

"You can go if you want," Dean said. "Anyone else can go to. I'm going to stay here and plan somethings with Gamma Evernight."

I stood up. "I'll go with him. You never know when you need a guardian. Plus I want to go to bed and get away from here as well."

Blayke grabbed my arm and pulled me along. When we got outside he turned and looked at me. "You know, don't you?"

"Well, what part are we talking about?" I asked. "The part where you're my twin brother or the part where Alpha Johnson was staring at me, ready to kill."

"The brother part," Blayke began walking. "How long did you know?"

"I just figured it out actually," I answered truthfully. "You knew that I didn't kill Tina because of our bond, didn't you?"

Blayke clenched his jaw and nodded. "Yes, I did. Plus you never looked like someone who would kill someone without having a good reason towards it."

"Why are you clenching your jaw?" I asked.

Blayke pinned me against the wall as it started to rain. "I know you'll eventually spill the beans to Dean and that means I'll be going with our little brother back to our Beta and his fucking family. So, there's no point in being here with me to say your little goodbyes."

"I'm not going to tell anyone," I said. "I already had you ripped away from me once. You and Cole are my family. You're the only ones that I have left in my life. I'm sorry for wanting to spend time with my brother."

"You didn't seem to care when you were younger," Blayke growled.

"I never knew about you," I shot at him. "Our parents never told me I had a twin brother who was a guardian. When I was forced to be a rogue I felt so alone, thinking that my whole family disappeared into thin air from Dean. He took our brother from me twice. I'm not letting the same thing happen to you. Blayke you're my brother, I love you."

Blayke looked up at me, his forest green eyes shining with tears. "I love you too Aliya."

"Oh my god," I heard someone whisper.

I looked to see Ciana standing there with her hand covering her mouth. "You guys are cheating on your mates. I need to tell Dean and Mina!"

Blayke grabbed Ciana before she could take more than three steps. She kicked and screamed. I got in front of her and covered her mouth. She stared at me with wide eyes that held betrayal in them. Blayke put his hand over Ciana's mouth and he brought her to the truck. It unlocked and Blayke put Ciana in the back. I joined her in the back.

"Ciana you have to listen to us," Blayke said as he started the truck.

"You guys betrayed your mates," Ciana said. "Why should I listen to you?"

"We didn't betray anyone," I spoke up. "Blayke is my twin brother that I never knew I had. He knew about me his whole life but I didn't. What you walked in on was us saying that we loved each other, yes, but in a sibling way. Why do you think Blayke instantly knew that I was innocent with Tina?"

"So does that mean you're a guardian too?" Ciana looked at Blayke.

"Yes," Blayke began driving. "Alec, Dean nor Mina can know about this. It stays in between the three of us. I really don't want to be taken away from my sister, I just got her back."

Ciana nodded, her floral green dress was soaked and makeup was running down her face. My white T-shirt was see through by this point. Blayke kept his eyes focused on the road, not being distracted by anything. I closed my eyes, feeling tired and worn out. I relaxed a little when we left town, we were going farther away from everyone. It was just calm down time, no stress. We hit a bump and I opened my eyes, Blayke was too focused on the road and it was scaring me. I looked at Ciana, who was staring at him as well.

"Blayke, are you okay?" Ciana asked.

"Just trying to keep my cool," Blayke answered. "No one was supposed to find out that I was a Simmons. I was just meant to be that one rogue that had no idea where he came from or who his family was. Now my sister and her best friend know. I know I should trust you two but you guys are mated with the two people I definitely don't want finding out."

"Blayke we won't tell anyone," I said, hopping in the front and taking his hand. "Like I said you and Cole are the only family I have left. There's nothing I wouldn't do to keep you close to me."

"Same," Ciana hugged his arm. "You're Mina's mate. That meant if you went she'd either go or be lost without you. She would also be unprotected and Aliya would be upset at you leaving. That would make two of my best friends heartbroken. Plus Alec and Dean would also be lost without you."

"Thank you guys," Blayke smiled. "Please try your hardest to keep this from Dean and Alec. I'll tell them when I think the time is right. When Dean has cooled off a little more about mine and Aliya's parents."

"You two should go see Cole," Ciana suggested. "You two need him and he will need you guys."

"What do we tell Dean and Alec?" I asked. "They think Blayke is in love with me and not Mina.

"I'll figure out a way to get the Beta of your old pack to want to talk to you two alone," Ciana said.

Blayke and I looked at each other. "I don't know about this Ciana. Dean won't be too happy about just the two of us going."

"Then I'll offer to go with you guys," Ciana said. "Just keep on the down low. The Beta wouldn't mind if I was the one who asked for this."

I shrugged. "We wouldn't have anything to lose."

"Fine," Blayke sighed. "Take your time with planning this though. There can't be any flaws to this or they might find out."

"Sir, yes, sir," Ciana saluted him.

Blayke rolled his eyes but didn't say anything about it. I looked out the window and watched as the rain hit the window. This was difficult to drive in but Blayke seemed like an expert at it. I guess he had to drive around a lot at one point in his life. It made me confused, Blayke had so much more experience with stuff than I did and I had our real parents in my life. Maybe our parents just thought I was too fragile at the time and thought Blayke had a better chance in the real world.

We got back to the pack house and Blayke turned off the truck. He looked at me and I looked at Ciana, who was cuddled into nothing as she slept peacefully. Blayke shrugged, unlocking the doors. I got out and waited for Blayke, who was getting Ciana from the back seat. I walked up to the front door, opening it. I got distracted by the stars as Blayke carried Ciana in. They twinkled, lighting up the dark sky to make it look like a beautiful dark purple. I hopped onto the railing and stared up at the now clear starry night. I closed my eyes and relaxed like that for a while.

"What are you doing out here?" I heard Dean ask.

I opened my eyes and looked at him. "Where's Mina and Alec?"

"They went in twenty minutes ago," Dean leaned against the railing. "We decided to give you some time to get used to everything around here. Being out here for as long as you have been isn't safe anymore. People from the pack are going to spot you and question you."

"I was just taking in how peaceful it is around here," I smiled at Dean. "If you really relax you can hear water flowing down the streams and the wind going through the trees, singing their little songs in perfect harmony."

"How long have you been out here?" Dean laughed. "I think the fresh air has gotten to your head."

"I've been out here ever since we got back," I answered.

"So basically three hours," Dean said.

"It's been that long?!" I squeaked.

"Yeah, it has," Dean laughed.

"I guess it was so peaceful I lost track of time," I smiled towards Dean.

"Do you like Blayke?" Dean asked.

"No," I scoffed. "We know we have mates. We've both just have had fucked up pasts so we get along more."

Dean hopped on the railing and moved my chin so I looked him right in the eyes. "Then why don't I have a good relationship with either of you two? Was my past not that fucked up to join?"

"Try being a little nicer towards us," I said, looking up at the moon. "We know your past was fucked up but the thing about Blayke and I are that because we put each other in our shoes so the other person feels what the other feels. I guess that's why our friendship looks a little weird. In a way, we both went through the same pain just in different ways."

"I never thought of putting anything like that," Dean admitted. "I guess it makes sense to do it like that."

I smiled brightly. "If you kept this attitude up every day maybe you will change more and more. I've already seen some amazing improvements. Keep it up."

Dean wrapped his arm around my shoulders and I decided he should be rewarded for trying. I put my head onto his broad shoulder. Together we stayed out staring at the stars, wair
