MONSTERVERSE ENDS WITH A BANG!
On the last day of MonsterVerse, fans received a beautiful firework show at the end of the show. They also received an amazing comeback stage from Chen who made his new year comeback, and Shine Entertainment's newly debuted girl group Oracle made their debut onstage that night as well. We were able to ask Chen a couple questions after the show and this is what he had to say:
"First of all I want to thank all the fans who supported and showed up for MonsterVerse, this includes all the fans from other agencies as well. And second of all I wanted to thank the artists that participated in this year's MonsterVerse, despite already performing the night before or even a few nights ago they still showed up for the other nights as well. We had a few visitors on the last day, my good friend LJ with his band mates ROAR showed up that night alongside two Peach members. Hopefully YEOL artists can come next year, but to cut it short I wanted to thank my greatest partner Crescent's Aeon for hosting this year's MonsterVerse with me; it was pretty much a last minute thing but she was kind enough to agree."
We also asked him about his plans for this year after his big major comeback, he told ALLKPOP that fans can expect an even bigger comeback later in the year.
Chen and Aeon are currently co-starring in the musical drama "Dream High 2" a collaboration drama between Monster Entertainment and DMI Entertainment.

CHEN IS ABOUT TO "LOSE CONTROL"
Chen recently made his comeback with his first mini album "Lose Control" and it has been a major hit in China and South Korea, the album is showing to be a great success and might be one of Monster Entertainment's greatest success. The album till today is peaking at #1 on the Gaon Album Chart and is the 3rd Best-Selling Album of 2018 thus far, the album reportedly also broke seven out of eight Guinness World Records on the YinYueTai China Weekly Charts.
"Lose Control" also broke the record in South Korea for the most sales by a solo artist, with pre-orders surpassing 500,000 copies before the day of his comeback and the release of his physical album. The amount of orders caused a lack of readily available supplies and not all pre-orders were able to be met on the first day.

DREAM HIGH 2
Dream High ends its second season and celebrates the successful end of their second season by having dinner with the cast and staff. The cast are sad to say goodbye but claim that they'll all try to participate in more dramas and perhaps films as well, with Gryphon's Skull participating in the drama; fans can only predict that another Gryphon member will make their acting debut soon.

DANDELION POSITIONAL CHANGES
There has been a talk about Dandelion's current positions, the change is minor although the leader position has been voluntarily let go by the previous leader Minji. The leader has finally been chosen and the position will be given to who the group thinks should be the leader, Jrae is now Dandelion's new and current leader!

TAEMIN JOINS MONSTER STATION AND COLLABORATES WITH CHEN

After Chen's successful debut three months ago, Monster Station is finally starting its first season by releasing "Tell Me (What Is Love)" written and composed by Taemin and Chen themselves. The song is now available for download on selected music streaming services such as Apple Music and Spotify, the music video has also been uploaded through Monster Entertainment's official channel.

GRYPHON COMEBACK!!!
Gryphon made their debut not too long ago with their 1st mini album "Shall We" which was a huge success for a group like theirs, Gryphon has been announced to be making a comeback sometime around this month! The group's concept is still unclear, although a representative from Monster Entertainment said that the group will be returning with a mix of music; the fans suspect that Gryphon's 80's style from their debut album is coming back for their second mini album!
