*Maya's POV*
--Monday--
"So how was Salex?" I coo at Sara.
"Your Salex Hart can probably guess," Sara shrug.
"Sara, did you hear?" Ava comes up to us.
"Ugh this school is so cheap," Sara sighs.
"And I thought NYC schools were better," I mumble.
"You thought wrong," Ava agrees.
"But seriously..I actually thought they could afford the end of the year graduation party..like gosh," Sara rolls her eyes.
"I could ask Danny to talk to the school board," Ava suggests.
"Please," Sara and I chorus.
*Ava's POV* (It's been awhile;)
"Danny," I give him puppy dog eyes.
"Yes, Ava," he smiles.
"Can you do something.." I start.
"I'll try to talk to them about the budget cuts," Danny shoots me another flirty smile.
"Thanks you're the best," I hug him, he hugs back.
*Sara's POV*
"Ava texted, Dan's gonna talk to 'em," I tell Maya.
"Hopefully this is just a mirage, and they still have money," Maya says.
--Later that week--
*Danny's POV*
"Mrs. Thorne-Hart," I knock on her door.
"Yes, Daniel, come in," Mrs. Thorne- Hart allows him to come in.
"So..people have been hearing about the budget cuts, and how the graduation party's gonna be cancelled.." I start, as Mrs. Thorne-Hart twiddles her thumbs nervously.
"Let's just say this school is under some helpless circumstances with bills," she says.
"But it's still possible to have some kinda celebration, no?" I ask her again.
She sighs, as she clasps her hands. "I'm sorry to say this..but there will be no high school graduation party this year..."
I walk outta her office, seeing Ava waiting outside.
"So how'd it go?" Ava asks.
I develop a frown," They'll probably forget about in a couple months.."
"There goes my invite to Dan & Phil.." Ava mumbles.
"It was like we never met them before," I remind her.
"Yeah..at least I have you," Ava says, smiling.
"You should smile more, you look..happier," I tell her, as she blushes.
*Ava's POV*
Dan needs to stop making me blush...ugh. But they will forget eventually..probably not.
"Ugh this school," Tessa marches up to me and Dan.
"Oh yeah..it's hit the seniors like crazy," Phil adds.
"So much for forgetting," Dan whispers to me.
*Sara's POV*
"Aw, man," Henry sighs," Looks like we'll be spending out graduation at.."
"To think this school was..you were better off in New York, sis," I tell Maya.
"Guys, Dan is the student body president, he'll figure something out," I assure them.
--June--
*Ava's POV*
"Looks like..Grad 2018 is a goner," Henry says, as Maya and Sara frown.
"I tried, man," Dan told the group. "Ms. T-H said there were too many budget cuts.."
"No matter how hard people work to fix this school..it's always so unfixable," I confess.
"True dat," Sara agrees.
"Well hopefully we can still do something as a celebration," Maya insists.
"I guess," I sigh.
"But it just won't be as special," Dan and I chorus.
That was soo in sync.
*Henry's POV*
"Guys, stop being so stressed out," I tell the group.
"We can have just as much as fun without having a big party," Maya adds.
"I guess, Menry," Sara shrugs.
"'Kay, what do you suggest, peacemakers?" Ava asks.
"Let's have our own party...invite our close friends, celebrate with them," I say.
"I mean that way we can celebrate with people we want to, and not with people we don't like," Maya adds.
"That'll be easy..." Ava scoffs. "I'll talk to Tessa--she'll probably come.."
"And I got Phil..he'll probably come too," Dan informs.
"Great," Maya and I chorus. Dava and Sara shoot us a smirk.
--Later that day--
Me: bro
Alex: yes
Me: so our hs grad party got cancelled
Alex: aww;( poor sar
Me: thats why we all decided to hv a get together instead
Alex: ohh those r fun. ofc i'll come, i wanna say good luck to sari too
Me: i just wanted to tell u...
Alex: Ava's hate doesn't bother me..my aiono army still has my back so..
Me: cool man ;)
*Alex's POV*
I can't believe Sari's grad party is cancelled..

Me: and hen told me ab the gt
Sara: yup, ur coming rt?
Me: ofc sar
Sara: I was gonna tell u but hen already told u, its cool
Me: eh its ok, im just happy that ur gonna hv some kinda celebration
Sara: samee--i should've saw that coming
Me: imma be honest w/ u..ditchwood wasnt exactly a good school
Sara: yup tru
*Sara's POV*
"So is Salex coming...?" Maya asks, smirking.
"Yup. May your Salex Hart be in glee," I assure her.
BUZZ--
Ava: Tessa & Phil r coming
"Cool. Wait so that's it?" Maya asks, confused.
"There is Diana, Ellie, and Ally..but we all kinda drifted apart through the year...but middle school was fun, I guess," Sara shrugs.
"Oh ok," I nod.
--Starbucks---
"So we never decided when we were having it?" Maya asks me and Henry. "And where're Ava and Dan?"
"Oh yeah..they hate Starbucks, so we're really the only ones here," I fill her in.
"No, you're not the only one now," Alex walks in.
"Ugh, bad pun, Martin," I sigh, as Maya and Henry develop smirks.
"Anyways, what's the plan?" Alex asks.
"Does 7 work for everyone?" Henry asks. "I just texted Dan, he said that Ava and him are good.."
We all nod.
"Then it's settled. On Saturday at 7, we'll celebrate," Maya concludes our planning.
