--6 hours later--
*Maya's POV*
"This is the last break we are going to take..then we're going straight back home," Henry declares.
"That's what you said the last 2 breaks," I remind him.
"Ugh, I don't wanna spend time fighting..--oh no. Youtube, no," Sara advises Alex. He's too busy smirking to care.
"Sar, can you repeat that?" Alex requests with a smirk.
She just shakes her head, looking back at her phone.
"Who texted you?" Alex asks her.
"..my mom. As usual," Sara tries to lie.
"Sari, stop with the "my mom is texting me" thing, you can tell me anything," I hear Alex say, as I give Henry a fangirl look.
*Alex's POV*
"Sari, you can tell me anything..I wanna help," I tell her.
She shrugs,"I'll tell you..eventually. I promise.."
"It's fine. I mean you have Maya to talk to that about," I try not show my jealousy.
"As much I wanna tease for being jealous..Maya's calling," I say, pointing to Maya.
She gets out from the car, following Maya out to the gas station.
"Dude, she'll tell you when she's ready.." Henry tries to cheer me up.
"Thanks, man," I give him a smile.
*Sara's POV*
"If you're not gonna tell Alex, c'mon, tell your best friend," Maya advises.
I sigh," USC accepted me.."
"That's great---I did too!" Maya cheers.
"..but I also got accepted by Julliard," I finish.
Maya embraces me into a hug.
"You don't want Alex to influence your decision," Maya tries to understand.
"I don't want him to know because..I don't know. I guess 'cause he will," I shrug.
"Break over, Saraya?" Alex approaches us.
We exchange looks and nod.
--Back in the car--
"Sara, I saw the look on your face when you were talking to Maya. Are you sure you don't wanna tell me?" Alex asks me.
I nod, pursing my lips.
"Speaking of telling, I forget to tell you guys--I got into University Of Southern Cali!" Maya announces.
"Nicee--isn't that one colleges you applied for, Sar?" Alex asks me.
I nod.
"And I got into Cali Institute Of Arts!" Henry adds.
"Nice, man!" Alex congratulates him. "But Sara..did you hear back from them?"
"..I got in," I confess.
Alex develops a goofy grin," That's great!"
"And I also got into..Juilliard," I purse my lips.
"That's great too!--which one are you gonna choose..?" Alex says, lowering his grin.
*Henry's POV*
Saraya is goals. But that Salex scene..
"Omg," Maya mumbles.
"Saraya thing?" I ask her.
She nods.
Guess Rilaya does have a replacement..

"..Hi," I greet Sara as she opens the door.
"Hey, can we just talk out here..my mom," Sara tries to explain.
I nod, as we sit down on some chairs on the porch.
"Sara, why didn't you tell me before about the Julliard and USC both accepting you thing?" I ask her.
She shrugs giving me the glassy look," Because..Alex. I love you.."
I chuckle," I do too..and I never will stop.."
She sighs,"..I don't want you to lose your career because you made the wrong choice dating a girl 4 years younger than you..--"
"Hey," I say, cupping her face. "I don't regret any of that spanish tutoring..or the Maryland concert, or moving here.."
"..Alex, you're gonna be busy..and I'll be in college," Sara explains.
"Sara, I promise. We'll make it work," I grab her hands.
She looks at our hands, intertwined and looks up to my face.
"No matter where you choose to go, we will all be with you.." I finish, as she embraces me in a hug. I hug her back.

*Henry's POV*
Salex is getting scene in..this is gonna be nice...
Maya: we r hugging as we speak
Me: aww, wait but why'd this happen in the first place?
Maya: Sara didnt tell Alex ab Julliard & USC accepting her cuz she loves him too much
Me: ohh she want her to be the reason that alex gets distracted & loses his career

"Maya, Henry is here," Mom calls me.
I walk up to the door. "Hey, Hen."
"Hey," he smiles at me.
"Come back around 8," Mom advises me.
Henry and I nod.
Mom waves bye and shuts the door.
"So looks like Salex want to recreate the Core 4," Henry chuckles.
"Sara confirmed it," I giggle.
"I can already tell tonight gonna be fun," Henry mumbles.
"Sure is," I startle him.
--At Starbucks--
*Sara's POV*
"Millie, you had to choose the double chocolate milkshake," Alex groans.
"Yes, and you know what else I chose?" I ask him.
"Tell me when you tell all of us.." Alex stops me, signaling me to look behind.
"You guys gonna join or what?" I ask Maya and Henry just standing there.
"Only if you're treating," Henry says, jumping over the seat next to Alex. (A/N: Jughead quote ;)
"He's been watching Riverdale recently..if you haven't noticed," Maya laughs, sitting next to me.
"No we can tell," Alex and I chorus.
"Sara, speaking of telling," Alex nudges my elbow.
"I chose between Juilliard and USC," I announce.
"I can already guess which you picked," Maya and Henry chorus.
"Aww, Menry," Alex coos.
"Don't change the subject, Salex," Henry challenges.
The barista comes by with Maya's vanilla bean frap and Henry's chgiai latte.
"Thanks," they smile in unison, as the barista tells us the total.
Alex hands her three $5 bills and smiles. She walks off.
"So as you were saying, Millie," Alex reminds me again.
"I chose...USC," I tell them.
"I knew it," Maya cheers.
"You couldn't leave Saraya or Salex behind," Henry adds.
"A toast to..this year--an amazing year. And the continuation of an amzing 2018," Alex raises his cup.
We all raise our glasses, and one at a time, each of the glasses clink together.
"Speaking of a great year..you're birthday is in a month, right?" Maya asks Alex.
"I thought you already knew that," Alex pouts.
"Just checking," Maya's voice drifts, as she winks at me.
I can already tell Maya's preparing for the rest 2018.
"To an amazing rest of 2018," I say, before drinking my milkshake, exchanging smiles from everyone.
