*Maya's POV*
"It's nothing," Sara spats. Casey looks back at Sara with that glassy look.
"Well..we're waiting for you two for Claire to cut the cake," I inform them.
Sara and Casey nod, as I invite them in through the back door.
"Sara, what happened..?" I whisper to her.
"..I'll tell you later," Sara shrugs, as she walks to table, where Claire was about to cut the cake. She stands next to Alex, and I stand next to her.
Claire cuts the cake.
Everyone starts singing "Happy Birthday."
I doubt it's happy..because of what just happened with Claire and Henry--Casey and Sara...
*Sara's POV*
I'm so confused..Casey likes me?! What?!
"Sara," Claire calls me, she hands me the knife.
"Yeah, of course," I cut a little piece and feed her a little piece.
--After the cake cutting--
I sit on the sofa, next to Maya, with Alex sitting on the left of me. I fidget with my piece of cake.
"Are you sure you're ok..? You've been little..since the cake cutting," Alex observes.
"I'm fine--it's just...nothing," I shrug.
"You know you can tell me anything, right?" Alex sympathetically says, taking my hand.
I nod. "I'll tell you eventually.."
He chuckles. "I'll be here," he says, walking over to Claire and Alyssa.
Maya jumps in Alex's spot. "Sara, you know he'll find out eventually..?"
"I know, but..I'm just planning on erasing that moment from my mind 'cause it's just..I mean--I barely know Casey," I explain.
"True, but poor girl likes you," Maya reminds me.
I sigh," Not helping, Maya."
"Sorry," she frowns.
"Speaking of bummed, what's wrong..?" I ask Maya.
"Nothing," Maya uses my excuse.
I shoot her a look.
She puts on a glassy look and sighs," Something happened with Claire and Henry.."
"What happened?" I ask, concerned and shocked.
"They kissed..because of the mistletoe," Maya explains.
I chuckle," It was because of the mistletoe, sis.."
"I know, but, sis--but he kissed back," Maya sighs.
I embrace her in a hug.
We break apart after a few seconds.
"Sis, if he really valued you as a girlfriend he would talk to you--explain what happened," I advise.
"Thanks," sis," Maya thanks me, embracing me another hug.
"Maya?" Henry calls for her.
She faces Henry with her glassy look," Yeah?"
"I know I've got explaining to do, so I'm gonna start now," he admits.
"Sara, I think--"
"Yeah, I'll go," I say, getting up from the couch, to the table full of cake. Maybe a slice of cake will take my mind off of things.
"Here," Alex feeds me a piece.
"Martin, I think I'm suppose to eat outta plates, not your hand," I giggle.
"Finally a smile-you've been bummed halfway through the party," Alex reports.
"Stalker much, Youtube?" I ask him.
"Sari, I know something's up with you and Casey--what's going on?" Alex cuts to the chase.
I sigh, as I grab his wrist and take him to the sunroom near the kitchen.
"Alex, I think we need a little break.."
*Henry's POV*
"Maya, I have some stuff to confess," I sigh.
"Go on," Maya advises.
"So under the mistletoe, I kissed Claire back..because--Claire likes me," I burst.
Maya's glassy look turns more glassy. "She stepped back..?"
I nod slowly. "But Maya--I like you.."
Maya just sighs," I don't know anymore.." She walks off.
Oh gosh.
*Maya's POV*
Why can't this just end already...ugh.
"Maya, look--" Claire tries to explain, but I just walk to Sara and Alex.
*Alex's POV*
"What do you mean "break"?" I ask Sara.
She grabs my hands," Alex, I love you--but.."
"Just tell me what happened--I'll understand," I convince her.
She exhales sharply,"..Casey tried to kiss me."
I knew there was something off about her..not that I dislike her in anyway--she seemed shady.
I sigh. "..do you like her..?"
She gives me a glassy look," Alex, I barely know her--I love you!"
"I love you too," I tell her, looking into her eyes.
"So what am I suppose to do now..?" Sara asks me.
"Just tell her about her true feelings--that's what I told Sabs and Diamond," I suggest.
She chuckles," You attract too many people." She gets up and goes off to find Casey.
"Alex," Maya comes up to me, angrily. "We have to leave now.."
*Casey's POV*
I feel guilty. I mean I do like a girl that's already taken--another great job, Casey.
"Casey," Sara calls me.
I look up. "Hey, sorry--"
She just embraces me into a hug. "Look, Cas. I get that you like me--but to be honest, you deserve better. There are way better girls than me out there--smarter, prettier..and one day you'll thank me for doing this. But I'm still up for being best friends," she says, still hugging me.
"Sure," I nod.
BUZZ--
Maya.
"Hold on," I tell her, as I read Maya's text.
Maya: we need to go now
"Looks like we're heading back," Casey says, seeing Maya and Alex behind us.
I turn around to see Maya a little worried.
"Maya, there you are--" Henry says, walking up to her.
Claire and Alyssa walk in.
"I'm sorry to cause drama, ok..?" Claire says, developing sobs.
"You ok?" Alyssa asks me.
"Yeah," I softly answer, as I sigh.
"This is gonna end soon, I promise," Alyssa says, hugging me.
"Thanks," I sigh.
"Hopefully after all this we can all take a vacay to Havana or something," Alyssa jokes.
"YESS, half of my hart is in Havana," I quote Havana.
Alyssa giggles.
*Claire's POV*
Looks like Alyssa made a new friend. Meanwhile..
"Maya," Henry and I chorus. "We can work this out.."
"Henry..just leave me alone," Maya bursts, grabbing Sara's wrist and walking out with Alex following them.
*Maya's POV*
"Sara, Alex, let's go," I advise them.
Casey approaches us. "So we're heading out right?"
I nod," Yup, and never coming back.."
--In the car--
"Maya, what exactly happened..?" Sara asks.
"We know that Claire has a crush on Henry, and Henry likes you.." Alex adds.
"Apparently, Henry..he likes both of us," I say, scoffing.
"This is one of the reasons why I thought Lucas was a f***boy," Sara murmurs.
"Ugh--all that time wasted on him," I sigh. "I had my first kiss..date with him."
"Aww," Alex chimes in.
"But Maya, Henry likes YOU," Sara repeats what Alex said.
"If he does then why does he like Claire..?" I ask her.
"Um..maybe, Claire has something against him," Sara guesses.
I shake my head. "No, Claire wouldn't--but it doesn't matter 'cause I'm done with.."

Henry: can we pls talk?
I leave it on read.
"May, say something," Sara advises.
Henry: pls
Henry: ik tonight wasn't exactly ideal..
I sigh," Fine."
Me: idec Claire & u can hv each other
Henry: Maya that's the thing...I like both of u
Me: u know what...
"Maya, just say you wanna be friends," Sara advises.
"This GMW all over again," Casey chimes in,
Me: let's just be friends
*Henry's POV*
Let's be FRIENDS? How's that gonna work..
Me: we can't.
Maya: why not?
Me: bc we can't
Maya: just start over & move on...
Me: sure
Maya: look Im sorry too
Me: so am I
Maya: I overreacted
Me: I should've never kissed Claire back...
Maya: whatever we're just friends so..
"What'd she say?" Claire asks, while Alyssa was on her phone.
"She wants to be..friends," I tell them.
"We'll try our best," Claire nervously smiles.
"She said we can start over and move on," I add,
"That's actually a good idea.."Alyssa mumbles.
"Alyssa, are you even talking about this?" Claire asks her best friend.
"Sorry Casey and I are having a geek out over Sab's detour outfits and that we should talk to her about designing her outfits for her Jingle Ball tour.
"That sounds fun,"Claire says," Meanwhile, we're stuck in the middle of this intimate situation."
"And this is GMW.." I read Maya's text.
"So accurate,"Claire sighs.
*Sara's POV*
"Looks like you're having fun, Casey," I catch her attention.
"Yeah, apparently, Alyssa loves fashion like me," she giggles.
"That escalated quickly," Alex whispers.
I nod with a giggle.
Maya sighs for the millionth time. "Girl Meets Reality.."
"After we get back to Charlotte--" I check Alex's maps."In 2 more hours--we'll have a nice girls day out--no boys, just us.." Sara suggests.
"Thanks, Sar. I need to forget about all this for awhile," Maya smile at Sara.
--The next morning-- [Sunday]

I wake up from my bed to see a text from Maya...
Maya: so where to first?
Me: let's meet at the mall in an hour
Maya: sure
Me: why am I getting RC vibes already..?
