--The Next Morning--
*Maya's POV*
I bet Salex enjoyed their alone time..But Best Day Yesterday was the best! I wish we could do that everyday. I still can't believe that our parents still haven't figured out that we didn't have yesterday off. Well I mean, Sara and I are staying after school to make up the work, so I guess all is good.
"You liked yesterday with Alex?" I ask her with a smirk.
Sara giggles," I hate you."
"But you also love me cause yesterday was all my idea," I joke.
"True," she embraces me in a hug.
"But Diamond seemed a little bummed out, do you know what's going on with her?" I ask her.
Ok, what am I suppose to say now? I can't just tell Sara that one of her favorite youtubers likes her boyfriend?
"Um, her boyfriend dumped her," I frown.
"Wait, woah. Diamond had a boyfriend?! She never told me!" Sara dramatically responds.
Phew, she believed it!
"Yeah, she was dating Connor Maynard," I lie.
"Aww, I kinda shipped it," Sara awes.
I'm sorry, Diamond. But at least Sara didn't find out...
*Sara's POV*
I can't help but wonder why..Maya seems to be hiding something.
"Sara, what's wrong?" Maya asks.
"..I think we should help Diamond get over Connor," I say quietly.
"I think all Diamond needs right now is space," Maya suggests.
"Fine," I sigh.
Nope, Maya, we are going to spend the day with Diamond after school! And I'm gonna get to the bottom of what happened between her and Connor. You really thought I'd give up that easily.
"So are you excited to finish that documentary of the Day Of The Dead in Spanish?" Maya changes the topic.
"Kinda, to be honest. I kinda took a nap through half of it," I giggle.
"But I thought you'd be wide awake," Maya comments.
"They talk too much," I laugh.
"Oh nevermind," Maya laughs too herself.
"What?" I ask her.
"..maybe, you think they talk too much. But you love it when Alex talks, you're probably dreaming about your dream birthday with Alex," Maya jokes.
Very funny, Maya. But I seriously wonder what he's gonna do..
*Alex's POV*
I know there's gonna be a surprise party and all..but I seriously don't know which song to sing.
"Man, just pick one!" I forgot Connor was here.
"But it's so hard. They're all about her, so," I giggle.
Connor scatters the lyrics sheet over the table. "Hmm, they all are good."
"See my dilemma," I ask.
"How about just sing all of them?" Connor suggests.
"All 3?" I ask him.
"Why not?" He asks.
I guess so.
"But just one QUESTION?" Connor tries a pun.
I sigh," That pun has gotten old, but what?"
"Am I invited to the afterparty?" Connor throws in another pun.
I sigh," There's only THE party, no afterparty. But if you were just punning, then yes. You are."
"This is gonna be the most unquestionably amazing party!" Connor celebrates, using another pun.
People seriously have to stop using QUESTION to their advantage.
"Wait but are you inviting Diamond?" Connor asks.
"Do you want me to?" I ask him.
"Sure," Connor shrugs.
"Oh..ok," Alex agrees, surprised.
I don't know.
*Connor's POV*
I don't know why Alex asked me if it was OK to invite Diamond? To be honest, I haven't even met her, I just heard some things through Alex. I don't get why he was surprised with the fact that said yes anyways. I guess I'll find out soon enough. But these songs..Alex, you really like Sara.
"What, man?" Alex asks, while I'm still stuck in my thoughts.
"It's just your songs..they're so deep," I tell him.
"Well.." He chuckles. "That's love."
"You love Sara that much?" I ask him.
"I remember that day, clear as snow. Pictures run through my mind of me and you," he sings from When We Met.
I chuckle.
"I do, she's the best," Alex giggles, shyly.
Aw, the Salex Army's gonna eat this up.
*Diamond's POV*
I know there's no other way to get over Alex than write a song.
I start the intro with couple of chords on the piano and start singing:

"Ooh that sounded good!" Sara claps, while Maya awkwardly walks with her, towards me.
"Um, what are you two doing here?" I ask, clearing my throat.
"Well Maya was telling me that you were bummed over that break up with Connor," Sara explains.
"Uh, Connor?" I ask.
Who's Connor?
Sara chuckles," Connor Maynard."
"Right," I chuckle," my ex," I murmur.
"I will kill you," I mouth to Maya.
"Sorry," Maya mouths back.
Sara chuckles, getting my attention. "So Maya and I were thinking that we could go out for some yogurt or something," Sara suggests.
"Um, maybe another time," I excuse their offer.
"C'mon, it'll be fun," Sara insists, dragging me with her, with Maya following.

"Guys, I'll pay," Sara offers, going up to the register.
It was just Maya and me. Time to talk Maya.
"Maya, what did you tell her?" I ask her.
"I kinda told her that you dated Conor Maynard--when you didn't--he broke your heart--when he didn't," Maya chuckles.
"I don't even know him!" I try to contain myself.
"Ok, I'll fix this. We'll fix this. Somehow," Maya convinces me.
"How?" I ask her.
"First you have to get rid of those feelings for Alex," Maya tells me.
"Woah, wait. Are you saying I should actually FALL IN LOVE with Connor?" I ask her.
"You have any other ideas?" Maya asks.
"I don't know, but I'm not going through that plan," I reject.
"Fine," Maya crosses her arms. "But you either tell Alex how you feel or get over him.."
"He's gonna find out eventually," I shrug to myself.
"So you're gonna tell him?" Maya asks him.
"I don't know, I guess," I unsurely sigh.
"This is turning into Royal Crush," Maya laughs.
"Actually it is," I laugh with her.
"And we meet again," a cheerful, familiar voice says to us. Alex.
"Alex," Maya greets him, as she turns around.
"Hey," Alex smiles at us.
His smile.
"Hey Alex," I giggle.
"Sara here?" He asks us.
"She's in the front," Maya smiles at him, telling him the information. (A/N: ;)
I see Alex walking up Sara from behind and surprise her.
They look so happy.
*Alex's POV*
I had to surprise Sari. I couldn't have a conversation with her with us saying we both we're here at the same time, but we didn't see or talk.. Ah, fate loves Salex obviously.
I sneak up from behind and tap her on the shoulder," SARBEAR."
Sara turns around," Alex!" We embrace into a hug. "What're you doing here?"
"Just chilling with Connor," I explain.
"Oh, Maya and I are trying to cheer up Diamond," Sara explain.
"Oh well guess what?" I ask her, excitedly.
"What?" She asks.
"Tomorrow's the day!" Alex giggles.
"You seem more excited than me," Sara jokes.
"It actually does. But I can't help it, it was when my Sari-Sari Honeycomb-Bearwar was born," I tell her, as I use a weird, long nickname.
"You really tried using new material," Sara pats me on the shoulder. She realizes she quotes Question and tried to cover it," I know Alex it's way more than material. But moving on.."
I was about to say something but she cut me off.
"The fact that you tried some new material, that's all I really needed as an early birthday present. So I don't think I'll need anything," Sara tries to act chill.
I know you want something Sara. And even if I get it for you or not, you're gonna have the best day ever.
