A/N: (Y/F/N): Your friend's name.
(F/N): First name.
(L/N): Last name.

Yes, I know the teacher!ego's names sound cringey, but there's not a lot I can do about it. Sorry. If you have any suggestions, feel free to share.

You let out a groan as your alarm clock jarred you from your sleep. You knew it was time for you to get your ass up and head off to your first day of school.

It was finally your senior year and you were more than ready for it to be over. Sure, you didn't know exactly what you wanted to do with your life, but you could figure that out at a later time.

You begrudgingly got out of bed and threw on some clothes. You glanced at your phone and saw that you had a message from (Y/F/N).

You had been forced to move houses right before the school year began. It was a bit of a dick move on your parents' part, but your mom got a job promotion. She had to take an opportunity when she could get it and you understood that. Fortunately for you, (Y/F/N)'s dad is partners with your mom, meaning (Y/F/N) is coming with you.

You stared at the dreaded school building that lie ahead of you; tension filled your chest. You weren't looking forward to stepping foot in that wretched place. You watched as all the students filed in through the doors. Each person had some form of a scowl on their face.

Well that's promising, you thought to yourself with a frown.

"Hi!" Your friend came up and hugged you from behind. Other kids around you gave you weird looks, but you didn't give a shit.

"Hello to you too." You cracked a smile, instantly feeling better that she was with you. The two of you walked together into the school and sought out your lockers.

"What classes do you have?" She asked after meeting up with you again.

"Hold on." You pulled out your schedule from your pocket and took a glance at the classes. "Okay, so I have Math with Mr. Green (Green Google), English with The Host, Pop Culture with Bing, Astronomy with Mr. Fischbach, and Psychology with Dark."

"Why do they all have such weird names," Your friend furrowed her brow. "and why are they all male?"

"Hell if I know." You shrugged. "Do we have any classes together?"

"Math and psychology." She smiled, shoving her schedule back into her pocket. "Math sucks ass, but psych should be interesting."

"It all depends on the teacher." You replied, hoping that the teachers here were nice.

"Very true." She sighed, a frown appeared across her lips. You assumed she was having flashbacks of (insert name of teacher you hate)'s class.

Before you had the chance to ask her what was on her mind, the five minute warning bell rang.

"Well, off we go." You hoped that today would be a good day. You were going to have a hard time adjusting, but you would get through it.

"Hello, everybody." Mr. Green said as everyone took their seats. This teacher wore a green shirt with a "G" in the center of it. He sat behind his desk, typing away on his computer.

"Oh no, he's hot." Your friend leaned over and whispered to you. You giggled and Mr. Green gave you a warning glare. You quieted down, not wanting to get on a teacher's bad side this early in the year.

"(F/N) (L/N)?" Mr. Green called your name for roll, snapping you out of your daze.

"Here." You said in an expressionless voice. He looked at you over the edge of his glasses and shook his head.

That was weird.

The rest of class went relatively well, but you had a feeling math was gonna be extra boring. Mr. Green spoke in an emotionless, robotic voice. He seemed nice enough, but you had a feeling he would lay down the law if need be.

You and your friend parted ways as you headed off to English. As soon as you entered the room, you paused. This teacher looked identical to your previous one, save for the different choice in attire. He wore a tan trench coat and his hair was slicked back.

You gazed around the room until you spotted an empty seat. You took the desk closest to the window and set your stuff down. Next to you was a boy with blue hair and an excited grin on his face. He caught you staring at him, but he didn't seem bothered by it in any way.

"Hi!" He said, turning his body towards you. "I'm Ethan."

"(Y/N)." You gave him a soft smile, hoping that this guy was actually as nice as he seemed. You could really use a friend from this school.

"Are you new?" He asked curiously, titling his head to the side. "I haven't seen you around here before."

"Yeah." You replied, feeling akward about being the new kid. "Just moved here last week."

"Wowie." He responded. "If you need anyone to show you around, I'd be more than happy to!"

"Thank you." You grinned at Ethan, planning on taking him up on that offer.

The Host stood from his desk and moved towards his podium with ease. You were curious how he knew where everything was, due to the bandage covering his eyes. Just to see how far you could go, you started pulling out your phone.

"(Y/N) will put her device back in her pocket." The Host moved his "gaze" in your direction. How the fuck did he know that and how did he already know your name? "Pay attention to the lesson."

As class went on, you found out that The Host knew everything that was going on. His teaching style was also like he was narrating a story, rather than lecturing. It was a bit weird to say the least.

After class, Ethan walked out with you. He told you how he had moved here last year and how strange he thought this place was. He had also noticed that no one questioned the teachers and their oddities. You also found out that he had psych with you fifth hour.

Ethan went off to history class with "one of the Jims," whatever that meant, and you went off to your next hour. You took your seat and waited for the teacher to arrive.

"Suh dudes!" Bing rolled in on a skateboard, finger gunning at the class. Most of your classmates smiled while others cringed. "Lemme take role and we can get rolling into our lesson."

Bing seemed pretty chill and the students generally liked him. He made a lot of shitty puns and that was something you could appreciate. He was basically the personification of a meme.

The bell finally rung, alerting you that it was time for lunch. You met up with (Y/F/N) and the two of you sat by your lockers to eat. You both weren't really a fan of big crowds, especially when you only knew one person in this entire building. As the two of you got more comfortable, maybe you could go sit with Ethan.

"Girls, shouldn't you be in the cafeteria?" Said a man in a yellow shirt with a "G" in the center.

"Oh, uh-" You stuttered, unsure of what to say. In your old school, the teachers let you sit at your lockers if you wanted to. You didn't understand why it'd be any different here. You two were seniors; you didn't need to be babysat.

"We're both new here." Your friend cut in, which you were grateful for. "Big crowds in unfamiliar places make us anxious."

"You two can't have lunch here regardless." He looked like he didn't want to tell you no, but he had to. "If you want, you can come sit in the library during lunch period."

"Yeah, that sounds good." You said, getting up with your friend. "Where is it, exactly?"

"Follow me." He commanded, turning on his heel and walking in the other direction.

The two of you did as he said and walked in silence. You observed the halls you were wandering down, finding them to be long, wide, and barren. The school had a hallow feeling to it when no one was around.

"Hey, what's your name?" Your friend asked to break the silence. You noticed the man walked a bit stiffly, similarly to Mr. Green.

"Mr. Oliver." He stated simply, holding the library door open for you and your friend.

"Nice to meet you, Mr. Oliver." Your friend said excitedly. You had no idea how she had this much energy in her. She was like a little ball of sunshine.

"Likewise." He gave your friend a kind smile. You and (Y/F/N) walked to a table in the back of the library while Mr. Oliver went to his desk. The two of you could see him from where you were stationed. He was typing furiously on his computer; his glasses appeared as if they were projecting something.

You stared at the towering bookshelves around you. There were rows up rows everywhere. This was probably the nicest school library you had ever seen. It felt cozy and safe, that of which was a welcomed change to you.

"So, how's class going so far?" You asked your friend as she sat directly across from you.

"It's been okay." She shrugged. "Every teacher I've seen looks identical, excluding the gym teacher. His name is Anti and he's a fucking brute. He nailed a kid in the face with a dodgeball, gave her a bloody nose, and laughed!"

"God, I hope I don't have to take gym." You shuddered at the thought. You weren't a fan of school dodgeball anyway. "Do you think the other teachers are all brothers?"

"Hell if I know." She took a huge bite of the sandwich she had pulled out. "At least they're all hot as fuck." You rolled your eyes, but you couldn't keep the smile from your face. Your friend was absolutely right.

You were about to say something, but a certain teacher caught your eye. You saw him throw open the library doors with a furious look across his features. He stormed right over to Mr. Oliver, but you couldn't hear a word they were saying. You thought for sure Mr. Dark and Mysterious was going to punch the poor librarian.

"Fucking shit, dude, why is he grey?" Your friend turned around and commented on the man's
appearance. He was wearing a black suit and tie that he would adjust every so often. His well-kept hair was swept to one side and you thought he might be wearing eyeliner, but it was hard to tell.

"What the hell?" You said, staring at the grey-skinned man. You didn't know what the fuck was going on with this place.

The man glanced towards the two of you, giving you both a harsh glare. He seemed like a straight up asshole and you haven't even spoken to him yet. Both you and your friend tore your gazes away from him, not wanting to attract his attention.

"Oh god he's coming." You mumbled to your friend as you saw him approaching. Your friend moved and sat next to you, not keen on having her back to this guy.

"Ladies." He said curtly, his baritone voice sent shivers down your spine. He reached by your head to grab an unmarked, black book. "Pardon me." He stared down at you with intense black irises.

"Why are you grey?" Your friend blurted out and covered her mouth as she realized her mistake. The man stiffened, his hand tightened around the book he was holding. You swore you heard a faint ringing in the background.

"That is none of your concern." His face was calm, but you had a feeling he was internally pissed. "I would suggest thinking before you speak, darling." He sneered before he turned on his heal and left. You could hear the clicking of his dress shoes on the way out.

"Jesus, that was intense." Your friend murmured. "I think that was a fair question, don't you?"

"Absolutely." You replied, looking to Mr. Oliver. He was staring worriedly at the two of you, standing from his chair. You nodded at him, letting him know everything was alright and he sat back down. "He seems like a total douche. I hope we don't have him as a teacher."

"Same." She continued on eating and told you about this cute person she had her eye on. She caught them staring back at her, but she was sure it was just because she was new.

The sound of the lunch bell rang and the two of you went your separate ways again. You got a little lost on your way to fourth hour and you heard the bell ring. You were late when you walked in.

Mr. Fischbach glanced at you, but didn't say anything as you took your seat. He was in the middle of a story about how he broke his arm on the monkey bars at his school.

"So in my mind I was like, I need to fix this. So I grab it by its broken part and just squeezed really tightly until both bones just kinda locked back in place." Mr. Fischbach continued on and some of your classmates grimaced. You wondered why he was telling everyone this. You figured it was probably an ice breaker.

Mr. Fischbach wrapped up his story and passed out a syllabus to all of you. He went over some ground rules and gave you all a pretest that everyone finished before class ended. You texted your friend while waiting for the bell to ring. You asked what class she was in.

The bell cut your conversation short and everyone got out of their seats as quickly as possible.

"Get out of here and make good choices!" Mr. Fischbach called out to all of you from his desk. He glanced at you and gave you a small smile, which you returned.

You found your friend in the hallway and walked to fifth hour after you grabbed your shit from your locker.

"Hey (Y/N), what's-" Your friend stopped when the two of you walked into class. There he was, the grey man from the library. Dark. He glanced up at the two of you and raised a brow, but didn't say anything. The two of you took your seats in the back. You sat at the desk closest to the window. You preferred having a spot near the window so you could look outside when you got bored.

"So that's who the dick from the library is." You leaned over to your friend and whispered. A girl sitting directly in front of you turned around to face you and your friend.

"Be careful." She warned. "Mr. Doom and Gloom has really good hearing."

"Thanks for the heads up" You furrowed your brow at her, unsure of why she was helping you. She seemed nice enough. "Hey, what's your name?"

"Kathryn." She smiled, holding out her hand for you to shake. "And you are?"

"(Y/N)," You smiled back as you took her hand. "And this is (Y/F/N)."

"Heya." Your friend beamed, shaking Kathryn's hand after you let go. Kathryn seemed like she was amused by your friend's positive attitude.

"If you guys need any help finding stuff, let me know." She offered and you were about to thank her, but you were cut off by Ethan walking in and sitting by Kathryn.

"Sup, Kath!" He wiggled his eyebrows at her and she rolled her eyes at him.

"Hey, blue boy." She said with mock irritation as he turned in his seat to face you guys as well. He waved at you with a big, dorky smile on his face.

"Suh dudes!" Ethan said to you and your friend. The two of you couldn't help but smile at him.

"Ethan, this is my friend, (Y/F/N)." You introduced her to him and they started talking excitedly. You had a feeling the two were going to get along really well.

You got a chance to know Kathryn better and found out that she had moved here around the same time as Ethan. She was going to tell you more about the teachers here, but the sound of the bell cut her off. Ethan and Kathryn begrudgingly turned around in their seats to face the teacher.

"Good afternoon." Dark clasped his hands behind his back as he stood in front of all of you. His eyes swept the classroom, before settling on you and your friend. "For those who may be unaware, my name is Darkiplier, but you may call me Dark if you wish."

"I have extremely high expectations for each and every one of you." He lectured, pacing back and fourth in front of the class. "Avoid disappointing me and your life in this class will be easy."

You rolled your eyes and luckily Dark didn't see. You glanced down at your phone to see a text from (Y/F/N).

"Hey!" Dark slammed his hand on your desk, bringing you back to the real world. You had no clue how he appeared there so fast. "Would you like me to read your texts to the class?"

"Do it. I dare you." You had no idea why you were challenging him. All of the other students gasped and that was when you realized that you may have fucked up.

He snatched your phone out of your hand with lightning fast reflexes. When he actually read your texts, he raised an eyebrow and glared down at you. You sank back in your chair out of embarrassment.

"Tell me your name." He demanded, his expression was blank once more. His analytical gaze never moved from your face and you hated it. It made you want to squirm and back down from him.

"(F/N) (L/N)." You said with all of the attitude. You weren't typically one to fight with teachers, but this guy rubbed you the wrong way.

"Well, Ms. (L/N)," He put his hands on your desk and leaned close to you. "You have earned yourself detention- with me."

"Don't you think you're overreacting?" Kathryn snarked and Dark backed up so he could look her in the eye.

"Would you care to join her?" Dark questioned, the look on his face squished any thought of rebellion in her.

"No." She said softly, keeping her gaze to the floor. You could tell she was holding back, but she didn't say anything else.

"Thought not." He said with a smug look on his face. He set your phone on his desk and you looked over to (Y/F/N). She mouthed 'sorry' to you, to which you shrugged. You weren't upset with her.

The rest of class dragged on and you didn't want it to end. The thought of being alone with Dark in detention made you uncomfortable. You felt like he might stab you or suck out your soul.

The end of class finally came and you watched longingly at everyone else filing out. You were alone with Dark and his attention was focused solely on you. There was no escaping now.

Well ain't this just a son of a bitch.
