Reality
"Can I talk to you?" Blair asked as he entered his dad's office.
"Sure, B. What's up?"
"Well... I think you already know but I felt like I should tell you anyway," he mumbled as he sat on a chair in front of his dad's desk. "I'm... gay."
His dad smiled at him. "Okay. So what did you have to tell me?"
"What?"
"Well," his dad said. "I would have to be blind not to see how much you like Liam."
"I-I don't like Liam," Blair stuttered.
"Well you certainly used to. Maybe not so much anymore but you were head over heels for that boy last year."
Blair rolled his eyes and looked down at his hands in his lap. "Okay so maybe I did used to like him. But now I like someone else. He's actually my boyfriend."
"Is it that kid who brought a pizza the other night?" his dad questioned and Blair reluctantly nodded his head.
"His name is Nolan. He's a good guy and I really like him." His dad nodded and continued smiling.
"I'm happy you're happy. But, I still expect you to follow my dating rules. No closed doors. No going out late. Got it?" he advised.
"Yes, dad. I love you," Blair gushed.
"I love you too, B."
