*Sara's POV*
Today's the test and all I reviewed with Alex was...nothing. Thanks for nothing, Al.
"How did date night go with your boyfriend?" Ava teases.
"So great that I forgot about the test," I sarcastically tell her. "But enough about him.."
"Oh no," Ava murmurs.
"How'd go with," I clear my throat. "Danny," I say in a cringey British accent.
"You wanna go?" Ava challenges.
"Depends on what trashcan you're gonna dump me in," I shot back.
"Enough of the TRASH talk, and nobody will dumping anyone in a trashcan," Ms. Smith chimes in. "We have a test today. There will be plenty of time for your games later," she says, passing out papers.
"I'm gonna fail," I whisper to Ava.
"This is why you should've studied with Danny and me..so you wouldn't get distracted by Alex," Ava says.
"You mean so I can distract you from obsessing over Danny's "perfect" accent," I scoff.
"Hey! At least, Danny looks attractive. Alex looks like a burnt burrito from Chipotle!" Ava says, getting up from her seat.
"Well," I get up from my seat. "Danny's a bad English crumpet."
"At least he doesn't have a hair that looks like a jungle."
I gasp. She did not just say that. "Well Danny's hair is too straight."
"Alex is a pedo!"
"Danny Howell's like 5 years older than Al!"
"We all know one of the reasons you like Alex is that because of your Ezria relationship!"
"And we both know you like Danny for your Haleb relationship!"
"At least our love isn't forbidden!"
"That's enough you two. But first who started the fight?" Ms. Smith asks us, coming through.
Ava and I exchange clueless looks.
"Well..who is it?" She asks impatiently.
"..it was me," Ava confesses. "It was so stupid of me, I'm sorry. I'll never do it again."
"Well you young lady will be spending this afternoon in Detention with Ms. Wilkes," Ms. Smith announces and walks off.
"What was that for? I thought Detective Ava never surrenders..?" I whisper.
"Did you really think I would surrender..to Ms. Smith..?" Ava scoffs. "I only confessed to it so I can be with Danny in detention," she twirls her hair.
"Oh, I never knew you cared about that much, Ava," I sarcastically say.
"And so for you to have your time with Alex," Ava teases.
"He's probably gonna be too busy practicing with Sab anyways," I shrug.
"Aw, somebody jealous?" Ava asks.
"It's not that...--"
--BELL RINGS--
"Make sure you..." Ms. Smith drifts off.
Ava and I get up from our seats.
"What's it then?" Ava says, pushing her seat.
"I mean, everyone ships them," I sigh.
"Sara, what'd you expect. They're touring, of course people will ship them," Ava modestly explains.
"I guess. But I always get the vibe that Sabrina didn't just invite Alex to the pool for me.."
"Sara, you're fine. Don't overreact."
BUZZ--
"Ooh, it's your boyfriend," Ava smirks.
I check my phone.
"Wow, good timing," I show her my phone.
Alex: r u free after school?
Me: whats up?
Alex: just thought we could hang before I leave for Maryland tonight ;)
Me: wait ur leaving tonight?!
Alex: Ya sadly :(
Me: ok when and where?
Alex: I'll pick u up from the library don't worry;)

Ah good conversations with Sarbear. But seriously why'd she seem so indifferent..like out of all the things she could've used as an example, she chose me & Sabrina's relationship. But I really don't even know how to tell Sara about my feelings for her..and Sabrina. I'll just have to hope that these feelings will go away soon. Just hope, Aiono.

*Sabrina's POV*
I think I went overboard with supporting Salex. There's nothing wrong with Salex, I'm totally happy for Sara and Alex. Seeing Alex happy is enough---even if it isn't with me..
"You ok, sis?" Sarah asks.
I walk up to her and give her a hug.
"Alex?" She asks.
I just hug her. Yes, sis. Of course it is. It always is. As long as Alex's happy...I'm good. Sara, just know that you're lucky.
*Sara's POV*
We're in the park, and right now Alex is covering my eyes to surprise me with his surprise.
I see a picnic set up with all my favorite..CHINESE FOOD?
"Alex, this is amazing," I gasp. "How'd you know that I like Chinese food?"
He shrugs. "The last time we had dinner together, you were indecisive about pizza or Chinese."
"Ya, if we had pizza right about now..it would get messy," I chuckle.
"Agreed," he nods.
We both sit down.
"So what else is in the basket?" I ask, looking at the basket.
"Ok, so..--you probably know this, but--" He pauses and opens it to reveal a container full of packed sushi. "I love sushi."
"Yup..and you said--" He cuts me off.
"That if I take them out for sushi that they are really special to me," Alex finishes.
"Ya," I tuck a strand of hair behind me ear.
I look down at the picnic table clothe.
"What's wrong, Sara?" Alex asks me, looking very concerned. Probably already figured that it was about him leaving.
"If this about me leaving.."
"It isn't," I stopped him. "It's this table clothe..Grandma's? Very cheap, Al."
"Even if that is my grandma's table clothe, that isn't why you're looking," Alex confidently says.
"Fine," I sigh.
"Sara, I promise after the tour, everything will work out," Alex grabs my hands.
I smile and rest my head on his shoulder.
"I promise I'll text you everything," Alex whispers.
"You better," I murmur.
"Just ruined the moment, Sari."
"Why were you whispering, you know I'm not asleep right?"
"It's for effect."
"Whatever you say, Mr. YouTube."
Alex just giggles. "I missed that."
"I'll miss you," I look him in the eyes.
"How many times are you gonna make say this?" Alex asks, cupping my face. "I love you." He kisses me. I kiss him back and we break apart.
"I do too," I say back.
"And I promise we'll make this work," he squeezes my hands. I hope. I squeeze his hands back.
BUZZ--
Not my phone, but be Alex's.
"..I gotta go," Alex sadly says.
"Ya..Maryland," I sigh.
He kisses me on the cheek. "Till next time."
I giggle as he walks off.
*Alex's POV*
I really am gonna miss Charlotte. But after Maryland, then Toronto. After that, I get a vacation.
--At the tour buses--
"Really took your time, didn't you?" Sarah asks.
"Sarah, he was with his Sarbear," Sab explains.
"Well obviously," Sarah rolls her eyes.
"I was and hopefully I can come back here," I sigh.
"You will, Aiono," Sab assures me.
I sure hope so.
