"I-I think I like y-you." Aspen said, tears running down her cheeks. "I like you too." Cooper said and smiled. "No, not like that, I really like you." Aspen said, her hands shaking. "I know." Cooper said and took Aspen hands. "No! I want you to be my girlfriend- or something, God, I don't know Just-!" Aspen yelled, her neighbors could probably hear her. Cooper stood up, looking into Aspen's eyes while connecting their lips, Aspen was shocked but melted into it quickly. Her hands quickly found their way to Coopers still damp peach hair. They broke the kiss but their faces was still inches apart. "I know." Cooper said and smiled. "H-how?" Aspen asked, her voice just above a whisper. "Because I like you too." Cooper whispered back, their lips brushed against each other before Aspen connected their lips again. "Papa told me to tell you that the tea's ready." Elm said through the door. "Okay." Aspen said and smiled to Cooper before walking downstairs.
