Lysandre's P.O.V
In the Team FLare's HQ
"Sir, we have a problem" a grunt said
"What is it now?" I asked condescendingly
Those useless grunts, I thought to myself.
"We have received a video call from Bryony and Celosia"
"Play it"
The monitor showed Bryony and Celosia. I could tell they didn't succeed in their mission. They seem like they were scared. They were fidgeting.
"Boss, we weren't able to obtain the master ball. We had some interruptions" said Bryony
"What interruptions?" I asked annoyed
"Two trainers came and defeated all the grunts, and freed the president" said Celosia
"How did the trainers look like?"
"One looked like a new trainer with red hair, and green goofy clothes. The other was a master of mega evolution. She also had a shiny absol. She had h/c" Bryony and Celosia said
"Y/n and Mairin" I mutter to myself
"What sir?" Both of them asked
"Nothing. Where were you when this happened?"
"We tried to stop her, but she was to strong" They both said
The elevator doors behind me opened, and Mable arrived.
"Pathetic" Mable said
"Mable, take care of this problem. I have business to attend to" I ordered
"Yes, sir" Mable saluted
I went in the elevators and went to the lowest floor. I headed to my office to rethink my strategy. I sat on my chair near my desk. Y/n is a strong trainer. If she interferes with any plans of team flare, it would be difficult to beat her. I pulled out a folder in one of the drawers. It contained files about Y/n. I asked my top researchers to look for her background. She has beaten all of the elite fours in most of the regions, except for kalos and alola. She has battled most of the champions, but never won, but in every battle, the champion only remains with one pokemon. She has won in the orange islands and has beaten everyone in the battle frontier, including Brandon. She has won in many tournaments. Impressive, I thought to myself. I played a video file in my computer. It was a video footage of y/n battling groudon and kyogre. She has skills, that's the reason I made Alain pay attention to her, then I thought. Where was Alain during their visit to the pokeball factory? I remembered, I sent him on a mission to obtain a mega stone. I had an idea. I will ask Alain to persuade y/n in joining him in his mission about mega evolution. I have to make sure I don't tell Alain any plans of team flare. If she declines, I always have plan B.
Alain's P.O.V
We are currently walking in route 15. There are many leaves on the floor, so Mairin and chespin were playing around. That would keep them busy for a while. Lysandre called before we left Lavvere City. He asked me to persuade y/n in joining my mission. I needed to have a private moment with y/n for a while. I saw her walking behind Mairin. I patted her shoulder and she turned.
"Yes?" She hummed
Y/n and I stopped walking, while Mairin was still playing in a bunch of leaves.
"I was ordered by my boss to ask you to join me in my mission"
She look shocked. She looks so cute.
"Not to be rude, but what is your mission?" she asked sheepishly
"My mission is to gather information about mega evolution and be the strongest master of mega evolution"
"How do you send the information?"
"Through my band" I showed her the black device around my wrist
"Oh...."
"I need you answer ASAP"
"Um..I"
She was interrupted
"Hey you" a girl shouted
We turned around and saw two girls. One little girl who has blonde hair and wearing a pink dress, and the other one who looked creepy. She has purple hair and wearing a tattered purple dress.
"We are the Mysterious Sisters" they both said
"I am Rune" the little girl introduced
"I'm Rine" the purple hair girl said
"We want to challenge both of you to a battle" they said in unison
I looked at y/n. She nodded, meaning to accept the battle.
"Okay" she shouted
"I choose you, absol" she called her absol
"Charizard, go" I released my charizard
"Drifblim" Rine said
"Floette" Rune shouted
I looked at y/n, and she was full of confidence. I thought this would be my first time battling with her. I tried hard not to smile. I had to focus on the battle.
"Drifblim, use shadow ball"
"Floette, use moonblast on charizard"
"Absol, jump infront of charizard and use protect"
"Charizard, cover yourself with your wings"
The moonblast would have been effective, but charizard and absol were protected.
"Charizard use steel wing on floette"
"Absol use dark pulse on drifblim"
"Dodge" Rune and Rine shouted
Charizard and absol were quick. They critically hit their targets. It was super effective. They fainted
"Unfair" Rune pouted
The mysterious sisters gave us money for winning. We decided to split it. Mairin came up to us.
"You guys make a good team" she said
We continued walking to Dendemille town. I patted y/n's shoulder.
"So what's your decision?"
"Thank you, but I would like to decline. I have my own mission to finish, to become champion" she answered
"It's ok. I respect that"
It took a couple of hours, nut we finally reached Dendemille Town. It was dark, so we headed straight to the pokemon center and did our normal routine. Before I went to bed, I called Lysandre.
Lysandre's P.O.V
"So she declined" I mutter to myself
My assistant Alain just called me. Disappointing. It's okay. I still have a plan B. I dialed a familiar number. It kept ringing, until I heard the person on the other line spoke.
"Hunter J, I have another mission for you" I said

So I haven't updated for almost 3 weeks. Sorry. I became busy with tests, then after the tests I had a school competition to practice. It was a speech choir. My class won 2nd place. YAY. I was not able to update due to the practices, and when I go home, I went to bed. Sorry for seeming quite stalker-ish? I would chat you immediately when you comment or I would follow you right away. I'm a really shy and awkward, and I think talking to you guys helps me break my shell.
So since we're talking about stalking, don't you Lysandre is quite a stalker? First double battle with Alain. You beat them right away, because you are pro like that. *gasps at the end* I should have made it a cliffhanger.....Nah......
I am confused on which one is Rune and Rine. I will continue to update every Saturday. But for a peace offering, I would update today and tomorrow. Also do you wants some Q & A soon?
