this may be a little unclear so i'll explain:
victor DID respond to yuri saying that he loved him, but celestino - being a bitch with an obnoxious ponytail - deleted the whole conversation before yuri could see it.
however, after reading the messages and seeing that victor loves yuri, he blocks victor so that yuri will believe celestino that victor was only using him and doesn't actually love him bc celestino doesn't want to lose yuri bc he makes a lot of money.
