Hey everyone! It's been a while!
I was going to wait a little longer until I announced this or until the story hits 50k, but I'm far too excited and the recent continual support of this story has been incredible and I wanted to express my gratitude in a different way! Huge thank you to everyone too because we've been ranking in Teen Fiction these last few weeks! <3
Now I'm not sure how many of the old readers are still around, but I did see quite a few new ones, so I thought it'd be important to update you all in case you've just finished reading this story and are looking for more!
I thought I'd let everyone know that. . .
1) A bonus roadtrip chapter with Matt and Hailey (a bit of a crossover with Lemon Drops & Candy Shops) will be here this Friday!
2) TANNER WILKINS, aka soccer captain and lovable jerk, is getting his own spin-off story in Between the Lines where he'll meet his match in Taylor Campbell! WHAT WHAT??
I've wanted to do this for a really long time and all of the recent feedback on The Exchange made me miss this world a lot, and I'm ready to re-join! A lot of people mentioned in the comments that they liked Tanner at some point, and I actually did like him a lot too and I felt like there could be more exploration of his character, which is how this story was born! I'm also going to try and improve the writing this time around so I hope you'll like it even more!
This new story will take place in the university and feature Tanner Wilkins and Taylor Campbell, the captain of the female soccer team. There'll be some interesting plot twists, breaking of cliches, and of course, the occasional bad pun!
I'll be releasing the first previews of Between the Lines this Friday, July 14th, 2017! There will be summaries and excerpts and character aesthetics; I'll be doing an announcement on my profile and updating this chapter with the link too so keep an eye out! Unfortunately, it won't be regularly updated (as in weekly) until Spring of 2018 but I will likely post occasionally in between + you all are the loveliest readers and I really wanted to give you guys the good news now so bear with me! <3
