(Third Person POV)
Shaw watched in amusement as Luffy was standing up to Whitebeard, he covered his mouth with his fist as Luffy yelled out how his he was going to be the King of the Pirates! Whitebeard twirled his weapon around his wrist before slamming it down, he looked down at Luffy before grinning
"Your pretty damn cheeky... don't think I'll show mercy if you slow me down, spoiled brat!"
"I don't count on it!" Shaw started chuckling, he punched Crocodile off the Moby Dick & approached the two
"You two seem to be getting along, but pops, Luffy told me some pretty important news." he raised an eyebrow
"What kind of relationship do those two have with Whitebeard?"
"So they're pushing Ace's execution time forward? You sure that's what they said?" they both look at Luffy & he nodded
"After they do some preparation. Then some code stuff I don't really understand."
"I see. That is rather important news. Oh, & I'm sorry about before." Luffy shrugged & looked towards the execution platform
"Don't worry about it." everyone was blown away
"Why are they having such a friendly chat?!" Shaw cracked his knuckles when he felt Whitebeard place a hand on his shoulder, he looked up at him & saw he had a soft look on his face
"Be careful, Shaw." he nodded
"Of course, but you should be the one that's careful. Your old, pops."
"But I can still fight in this war."
"Okay." Luffy had gone off on his own & Shaw sighed to himself "I should be more worried about him, he always runs off alone!" he jumps off the ship & runs after him but immediately he was cornered by three giants
"& where did you think your going?!"
"We're opponent Dead Shot!" the one with the double side axe brought his weapon down fast but he easily grabbed the blade with two fingers, soon the giant was having trouble getting it off Shaw's strong grip
"You know, the fact that we just came from Impel Down means a huge thing, Jingoku no Shinpan!" the giants stumbled backwards as he became the giant poison soldier again "I get to be this monstrosity again!!"
"That's the power of Magellan, the Warden, from Impel Down!!"
"How the hell can Shawn do that?!"
"He's a shape shifting human that ate a rare devil fruit that can also steal a users devil fruit power!" Sengoku announced
"Really?" Doflamingo murmured
"Luffy!" he looks back & saw Shaw as the giant poison monster "Go get him!!" Luffy grinned as he ran up ahead
"Yeah!!"
(Time Skip)
Ace watched as Shaw & Luffy fought the Navy, just to get him back. He couldn't bare to lose them, to lose his brothers! Other than the Whitebeard Pirates, Makino, the Dadan Family... they are the ones he truly loves
"Keep away! Luffy, Shawn!!" Shaw had stopped mid punch from a marine as he looked up at the execution platform, Luffy did the same thing "You oughta know! We're both pirates that are sailing the sea for different reasons! I have my own adventures! I have my own friends! You two have no right to interfere with that!"
"That idiot..." Shaw muttered as he punched the marine down & started running towards the execution platform
"Go back you two!! Why did you even come?!" the two were finally next to each other as they took a deep breath
"We're... your brothers!!" they yell in unison, everyone was blown away
"Does that mean... they're the sons of Gold Roger?"
"It can't be, Rouge died giving birth to Ace so Straw Hat shouldn't have been born!" the two stopped once Jinbei landed in front of them, soon another giant stepped forward
"Move outta my way! I'll crush them!" he yelled as he lifted up his mace & quickly brought it down, the two jumped away & Luffy looked at Shaw
"Follow me! Gear Third!" Luffy bit on his thumb & Shaw did the same as they both jumped into the air
"They were raised with their sworn brother, Ace! Straw Hat's actual bloodline is the Revolutionary, Monkey D. Dragon! & Dead Shot Shawn's father is the man who started this war, "Whitebeard" Edward Newgate!" everyone's eyes widened, with Ivankov he remembered about the conversation he had with Luffy & Shaw when they were getting there
(Flashback)
"Ace's dad?" Luffy questioned while Shaw gave Ivankov a confused look, he had just said something on Ace's dad coming to the war
"Yeah, once Dragon finds out one of his sons is going to get executed I'm pretty sure he will come."
"Oh, we don't have the same dad."
"Huh?"
"My dad is Dragon, while Ace's dad is Gol D. Roger! I heard that they haven't even met, which is kinda awesome!"
"What?!" Shaw shook his head as he lightly smacked Luffy in the back of the head
"Idiot, that was suppose to be a secret. Ace doesn't like it when people know about his father."
"Oh yeah."
"What?!" Ivankov had slightly calmed down & asked Shaw a question
"What about your dad?"
"Mine? I'm not saying anything, yet. But if Garp knows then Sengoku does, which means he's probably going to announce it during the war."
"He will?" Shaw nodded
"I'm sure of it, mine is pretty well-known."
(Flashback End)
"He's the son of Whitebeard?!" the ones who were the most shocked were the Whitebeard Pirates, they never knew that Whitebeard had a biological son that was Shaw the entire time
"Gomu Gomu no: Giganto Rifle!" both of their fists hit the giant & sent it flying backwards "Say whatever you wanna say, we ain't gonna listen! We're saving you whether you like it or not!"
"Luffy...! Shaw...!" Marco & Thatch approached Whitebeard & had freaked out expressions
"Oi pops, is Shaw really your biological son?!" he nodded
"Mm, he is."
"Huh?!" Whitebeard rolled his eyes
"Why else did you think we were so close? If we weren't then we'd be fighting right now & either one of us would be dead."
"He's right-yoi!"
"That also explains the height!" Thatch screamed
"Are you seriously still going on about that-yoi?!"
"Of course!"
