(I was slowly running out of ideas on this arc but I got one & I also got a few from a friend of mine, it was a truth or dare one. I have a couple but if you want to dare or ask a truth, comment one & it might be in a future chapter)
(Third Person POV)
Shaw had woken up before everyone & he made his way down to the deck, he felt a little hotter then usual so he took his shirt off & stretched his back, letting the air hit his skin. He remembered about the tattoo on his back & shoulder & lightly smiled, that was until he felt someone tap his back
"Ah!" it scared him because it was unexpected "Zoro? You almost gave me a heart attack!" he raised his hands up in defence & smirked
"Sorry sorry, I just noticed that you have Whitebeard's mark on your back, are you apart of his crew?" he shook his head
"I wouldn't say I am. I see him as a father (legit) figure & he sees me as one of his sons! If I'm honest, he's the best father I could ask for!"
"Okay." he puts his shirt on & they began to talk about anything, slowly the others began waking up & made there way down & saw the duo talking so they decided not interrupt them, Luffy was but Nami dragged him away
"Leave them alone Luffy, can't you see they're enjoying each others company!"
"But I wanna talk to Shaw~!"
"You already did the whole day yesterday!"
"He's my brother!!" he whined, Shaw heard & laughed at that, Zoro chuckled
"I still can't believe I joined this stupid crew anyways."
"How DID you two meet?"
"If I remember, it was back in the East Blue. I was tied up against a pole by the marines & was going to be executed. That was until your brother came along, cut me lose, asked me to join his crew & bam! Here we are now."
"Really? That sounds pretty short."
"You didn't ask for a long explanation so I have you a short one."
"Touche." they both laugh "I'm sorry if he's been a handful, he was when we were kids too! He hasn't changed one bit, except for getting stronger & being taller, other then that he's still an idiot."
"I agree on that."
"Hey you idiots, the ladies & Shaw! Foods ready!"
"Well let's go eat, I feel like I could eat a sea king by now!"
"You really do have Luffy's appetite, what about Ace." Shaw snorted
"Oh he does too, he's also narcoleptic so he tends to fall asleep in his food too! Its funny!"
"Luffy does something similar, instead he sleep eats!"
"Now that's a skill!"
(Shawn POV)
"Neh Shaw-kun, have you heard of the New World?" Nami asked me, I look at her right after I told Luffy to stop stealing everyone's food
"Of course I have! Most pirates go there!"
"Do you think you can give us a few tips on how to get there?" I scratch my chin
"The Red Line."
"What about it?"
"You know how its so tall it reaches up to the clouds or even higher?" they nod "Well, you have to get through that."
"What?!" they all scream, except for Robin & Luffy, who looked confused
"Did you actually think it was going to be that easy? Some rookie pirates decide to stay in the Grand Line rather then the New World on how dangerous it is."
"Dangerous?!" I sigh
"Is there a fucking echo in here?! Yes, its dangerous! There are a few ways to get through it, 1) you get authority from the government & they let you in, which I highly doubt 2) you climb over it & I don't see that happening or 3) the most common way pirates go, you go under!"
"Under?!"
"How do you do that?"
"You have to go to Sabaody to get a special bubble coating that surrounds the entire ship with, a bubble! Also, a quicker (kinda) way is that you submerge underwater & go under Sabaody!"
"That's impossible!"
"Not if you don't believe it is. Its pretty peaceful in my opinion, even though when I was younger I usually went over. I travelled all over the Grand Line & a bit of the New World so I know most of the Islands."
"Really?" I nod
"You'd be surprised." just as eat some meat I saw that Nami pointed at one of my Log Poses
"What's that?" she asks
"This? This is the Log Pose I told you to get back in Alabasta, it'll help you get to Islands in the New World without getting lost."
"What do you mean?"
"You'll know in the future, my head hurts for explaining to much."
"I know how you feel!" Luffy yelled, I chuckle
"Its cause you barely use your head kiddo!"
"That's not true!" he soon pouted "I've used my head in battle a lot!" right now I was laughing
"T–That's not what I meant!" everyone else soon joined in & Luffy was left note confused
"What's so funny?!"
(Time Skip)
After we all ate everyone left but I stayed behind & helped Sanji out with the dishes, there was a whole lot! I shook my head, we never had a lot of dished back when we were kids because it was usually on a huge big one
"*sigh* Luffy never learns does he?" Sanji shook his head
"It seems so."
"Luffy was never so strong when we were kids, nor was he serious. That was my job, he was a big goofball, crybaby & weakling! All he'd ever do was eat, sleep & fight, but in the end he'd punch his own face! Man he's come a long way, with a bounty of 300.000.000 beli!" I hear Sanji laugh
"Crybaby?! He says he hates crybabies & they annoy him!" that got me going
"He did? That's exactly what Ace said!"
"Eh?" I sigh
"When you first met Ace, was he polite, kind?" he nodded "When we were kids, he total was the opposite. He was a shithead, he was so mean to Luffy but I could tell he had this soft side as well but he was to much a brat to let it show!"
"Really?! I never would have thought!"
"I know. Ever since a friend of ours taught him manners, he became a lot more nicer!"
"Hey, I know this isn't related but, do you know the All Blue?" I raise an eyebrow
"Why of course!" he started smiling
"Its my absolute dream to go there, to see all the different fishes gather there & maybe… just maybe cook something absolutely divine that will make me a great cook!"
"Sanji! Your already a great cook, you will easily overpower any cook who thinks they're better!"
"Thanks Shawn, that actually makes me feel much better!" I smile lightly at him
