Okay so its been a whole week since Craig been out. And he hasnt even called to see how Keshaun is doing. I tried to call him the other day because Keshaun broke his arm. And no answer. I try calling Tiffany but she picks up and then hungs up. Keshaun hasnt talked about him in a while and its starting to scare me. We had to cancel his party cuz of his arm too. I really dont know what to do anymore.
Ke- *Walking into the living room* Hey momma.
Me- *Sitting on the couch muting the tv* Hey hun.
He sits next to me.
Ke- Im bored.
Me- Want me to call Tanya and see if you spend the night over there?
Ke- Yeah!
Me- Alright hold on.
I went into the kitchen to grab my phone off the charger. I dialed Tanya.
T- Wassup girl?
Me- Nun. Keshaun wanna go over there.
T- Yeah him and D wanna have a sleep over. And Ray said he would rent them some video games for the night.
Me- Aight.
T- You okay?
Me- Yeah.
T- Okay ill be over there in a sec.
Me and Keshaun went to his room to get his stuff together.
Me- *Zipping the backpack* You still havent told me what you wanted for your birthday.
Ke- But im not having my party no more.
Me- You still get something tho.
Ke- I wanna get the kinect.
Me- Yeah?
Ke- Yeah and 2 games?
Me- Okay ill see what i can do.
Ke- Thank you momma!! *Hugs me* I love you.
Me- Love you too.
The door bell rang. We went down stairs and it was D and Tanya. We walked into the kitchen.
T- Damn girl you need to come to my house.
Me- Why?
T- To clean it. Look at cho house.
Me- *Laughs a lil* It aint easy when Keshaun leaves a trail of mess everywhere he walks.
T- Yeah same with D. But Ray's worse.
Me- I know thats right.
We laughed. Keshaun and D came in the kitchen and started going through the fridge.
Me- Boy you just had lunch.
Ke- But im still hungry. Can i please have something mommy?
Me- Go for it.
T- Boy you are spoiled.
The boys grabbed some candy and a bunch of chips and tried to run out the room.
T- Get yall asses back here!
Me- Yall can have one or the other.
D- But i want candy.
Ke- And i want chips.
Me- Then you go get a bowl and put some chips in it. I know ou aint gonna stick to those chips.
T- D you do the same.
The boys do what they are told and go into the den. In their den they have a big screen tv and all of Keshaun's game systems. And couches. Thats the only other place he can eat at.
Me- Yall better get goin b4 yo man get mad.
T- Girl please. He dont run shit.
Me- Mhm.
T- But imma go. Cuz he dont know i left.
Me- *Starts laughing* See.
T- Bitch please.
We laughed and went to get the boys. I did the usual you know told them to be good and everything and they left. I grabbed my purse and went to best buy. I walked in and started looking for the kinect. I sware this boy has almost ever damn game system you could think of how could he not have this one?? I finally found them while i was looking someone came up behind me.

We hugged. Me and her used to be best friends a while back. But she got pregnant when she was 13 and her mom made her move to her grandma's. That was the last time i saw her. She was Jakes girl.
Me- How are you?
Nel- Im good. What are you doin here?
Me- Picking a video game for my son's birthday.
Nel- You have a son? How old is he?
Me- His name is Keshaun and he just turned 6. But act like he 15.
Nel- *Laughs* I know right?
Me- Do you have any kids?
Nel- Yeah. i have 3.
Me- How old are they?
Nel- Well Michah is 9. Antwan is 7. And Michelle is 2.
Me- Awe.
Nel- Yeah. Do want more kids?
Me- I really want a baby girl.
Nel- I wasnt gonna have anymore untill i found out Antwan wasnt a girl. Then came Michell. Do you still talk to Jake?
Me- Yeah.
Nel- How is he?
Me- He's good. He got a baby on the way.
Nel- Im happy for him. So are you with Craig anymore?
Me- Hell no. He with his other baby momma.
Nel- *Shakes her head* He got two kids?
Me- Yup.
Nel- Damn. Well lemme get cho number so we can catch up.
We got eachothers numbers and i bought that kinect and 2 games. I got home and put his gifts away. Then the phone rang. I didnt aswer cuz it was a number that i didnt know. It rang again.
Me- *Sounding mad* Hello?
??- Is that how you always answer your phone?
Me- Sorry im used to you callin collect.
C- You got jokes?
Me- What do you want? *With an attitude*
C- Whats with the attitude?
Me- Craig what do you want?
C- Loose the attitude.
Me- No!
C- Excuse me?
Me- You heard me.
C- TF is your problem?!!
Me- You choosin Tiffany over Keshaun. You havent even called to see how he is.
C- I been busy.
Me- Too busy for your son?!!
C- I have a daughter too ya know!
Me- You have no problem bringing her here any other time.
C- Look imma come see him later.
Me- He aint here.
C- Where is he?
Me- With his friend. So dont worry bout it.
C- You know you just mad cuz you wanna see me.
Me- *Laughs* Oh no you got it all wrong. I dont want to see you.
C- Your goin to.
Me- No im not.
C- You juat watch.
He hung up. Ugh he just pisses me off!! I went to go take a shower when i heard the dor bell. Not even thinking i opened the door and there he was. It took everything in me not to punch him right in the jaw.
Me- How do you know where i live?
C- Do you not know who i am?
Me- *Crosses arms* A sorry excuse for a father.
C- Can we please talk Ya'?
I moved a side so he could come in. He walked in and looked around. We went into the living room and he sat on the couch. I sat in the love seat. It was quiet for a while. I noticed something. And broke the silence.
Me- You will never learn will you?
C- What are you talking about?
Me- Your high right now.
He looked away and started staring at a picture of him and Keshaun when Ke was 4.
Me- Kinda bad when most of the pictures i have of yall together its taken in jail.
C- *Snaps* WHY DOES EVERYBODY KEEP ON PREACHING TO ME?!!! I KNOW I DID WRONG BUT I CANT TAKE ANYTHING BACK!!! IM SICK OF HEARING IT!!!
Me- 1 you need to calm the fuck down. 2 im not preching to you. Im trying to keep you from going back to jail. And you goin to the park strapped and now your high as a kite. Thats just gonna put you right back.
C- WHY ARE YOU SO WORRIED ABOUT IT?!! YOU DONT WANT ME! WE NOT EVEN TOGETHER!
Me- Im worried about you and Keshaun.
C- Why?
Me- You wanna know what he said on the way home from the park? *Gets teary eyed* He told me that you didnt like him.
Craig face turned from angry to hurt in 2 seconds.
Me- If you keep this shit up you wont be aloud to be around him.
C- Your really gonna take him awa from me?
Me- No. Your pushing him away.
C- I dont mean to. I been goin through some shit this week. Thats why i aint called or nothin.
Me- ......
C- See and you dont care!!
Me- You know what im tired of being nice. I dont care! The only thing i care about is my son. Craig you hurt him bad.
C- And imma fix that. But you hurt me.
Me- *Confused* This has nothing to do with me and you.
C- Yes it is.
Me- Okay then how did i hurt you?
C- You dont wanna be with me. *Puts his head down*
Me- Your with Tiffany.
C- No im not. I only said i was to make you jealous.
Me- Why?
C- How can you not see how much i want you.
I didnt say anything i was shocked. I never thought he felt like this.
C- *Sits next to me and takes my hand* B4 i went to jail i didnt know what i had. But after being in there and then staying with Tiff. I know what i had. I had a family that loved me. But i think i lost it.
Me- You didnt looses it Craig. We still love you.
I felt so bad. I never seen him like this b4. Then in just seconds his lips crashed to mine.
