I jumped a little when I felt someone shaking me awake. I looked over to see it was the lady sitting next to me.
She had noticed my confusion and was quick to answer "We've landed."
I smile at her and nod, "thank you."
I yawned once I stood up to grab my bag from the cubby. I stretched my sore limbs that I unfortunately had woken up to from sleeping in that uncomfortable chair.
I honestly don't remember when I fell asleep on the plane. All I know is, I'm for sure going right back to sleep as soon as I get home.
Not home in Canada, home in California. I decided to leave early sense I was missing days off work, and I had so much on plate from missing so many meetings. My mom and grandma took it well, they both understood. My dad on the other hand..
He didn't take it well. He actually cried, to be specific. I felt bad because during that entire trip I haven't gotten a chance to sit down with him and mom, just to catch up.
Grandpas death took a big hit on all of us and we all needed to be there for each other for that moment. It still saddens me just thinking about it. The funeral wasn't all too good either. Many people were there, just family and other relatives. Lots of tears were shed that day.
I'm most-likely ran out of them after that.
As I walked off of the plane and into the airport, I went through everything before receiving my luggage.
I grabbed my keys to my baby - my car, that I had kept because I left my car here. I rolled out both of my suitcases to the parking lot and spotted my car not to far away.
I silently squealed and fast walked to my car that I've so dearly missed.
After struggling with putting my heavy suitcases in the trunk, I shut it and hopped onto the drivers seat.
"Finally!" I shout with a wide grin on my face
I know it's just a car, but it's my car. I don't understand how I even managed to survive without it for that long. Okay, I need to chill.
I put the key into the ignition, roaring the engine to life. I just smiled like an idiot at the sound of the start up. I checked behind me to make sure anyone or any cars weren't in the way, before backing up.

"Honey I'm home!" I shout as I entered my house
I heard scratching against the floor and was immediately greeted by a hyper Cleo. I picked him up and giggled when he licked my face.
"Hi baby!" I cooed before pecking his fur multiple times and the setting him down
"Cecilia?"
I looked up to see Kaitlyn walking down the flight of stairs. She looked at me before rushing down and screaming.
I laughed when she attacked me in a bear hug and pecked my cheek. I missed her just as much as she missed me.
"You cut your hair!" She gasped and pulled back "and a tan?!"
"Holy shit, babe! You look hot!" She spun me around to get a full look
I pose jokingly before laughing "thank you!"
"No problem! Where's Zarah?" She asked
"Oh, I came early because of work. She's coming back tomorrow" I explain. She simply smiled and nods.
"How was everything?" She asked
I sighed and gave her a small smile. She looked at me with saddened eyes before pulling me into a hug.
"It was so much to take in, Kait.." I mumbled as I hug her back
"I know, I know." She rubbed my upper back before pulling away to look at me
"Wanna talk about it?" She offers
"Maybe later? I gotta go soon."
She furrowed her eyebrows "but you just got here?"
"I know! I'm sorryyy" I pout
She sighed and rolled her eyes "fine, but you owe me starbucks."
I laugh "okay."
She helped me take my suitcases up to my room and sat them in the corner of my room. She sat on my bed and turned on tv while I begin to take off my shoes and socks.
"So, where is my mysterious princess heading off to at 1 in the morning?" She teased
I rolled my eyes and threw my shirt at her after taking it off.
"Don't worry about it." I say
"Don't worry about it" she mocks me in a funny tone
I laughed "I do not sound like that!"
Do I?
I grabbed a hair tie off my dresser and put my hair in a messy bun before heading into the bathroom.
"I might have a clue" she wiggled her eyebrows
I raised an eyebrow as I begin to brush my teeth. She looked at me suspiciously before her eyes had widened.
"Kyle?!" She guessed
I almost laughed - scratch that, I laughed.
"Uh no?" I say after spitting out mouthwash
She kissed her teeth before turning around to continue watching what's on tv. Love & basketball was playing.
God, I love that movie.
I shut the door before stripping from the rest of my clothes and getting into the shower. I let the water get warm and sat there to let my muscles relax before washing up.
I took my hair out of its bun and washed my hair at least twice. I ended up getting shampoo in my eyes so I had to literally put my entire face into the running water, just to get it out.
I do the stupidest things sometimes that I don't even know how I keep up with myself.
After I was done, I dried off with my towel and applied lotion to my body. I wrapped a towel around my hair and wrapped another around my body before walking out of the foggy bathroom.
"Have fun at your spa say?" Kaitlyn joked when she noticed all the fog entering the room from the bathroom
"shut up." I shook my head and laughed at her
"Did you have fun with me and Zarah gone?" I teased as I walked into my closet to get dressed
I turned the light on and put on a laced black matching underwear set that I had bought not too long ago.
"Of course not!" Kaitlyn frowned
"Although, Ally was still here. But she has a boo thang now and she is always under him." Kaitlyn rolled her eyes as she watched commercials
I looked at her confused, "do we know him?"
"Nope. He's some random kid from the UK, I don't know much about him." she shrugged
"Welp." I shrugged as well
Am I the only one who does a weird sort of dance while I try to fit in jeans that I know won't fit me? It's exactly what i'm doing right now.
I sighed and gave up, just slipping on a pair of skinny ripped jeans. I pulled on a long sleeved white shirt, tucking my shirt into my pants and then putting on a pair of socks.
I grabbed my black and white nike windbreaker before shutting off the lights and walking out.
"Has anyone ever told you that you have the beat scent in the world?" Kaitlyn spoke randomly
I looked at her weird and laughed.
"Not until now."
"I don't see how some people can just have their own scent." She shook her head
"Perfume." I tell her as I walked into the bathroom
"Well, duh. But even if I put on perfume it never seems to smell as good on me than it does on the next person"
I laughed and turned on the blow dryer to dry my hair. When it was done drying, it kind of styled itself, so all I did was part my hair in the middle and did minimum with the flat iron I use.
"I'll tell you what," I turn off the bathroom light "next time we go shopping, I'll buy you two expensive perfumes."
Kaitlyn groaned "it wont workkkk"
"you have to at least try!" I giggled
She sat up and looked at me. She scanned my outfit and smirked, "who we looking cute for."
I rolled my eyes "myself."
I put on my jacket before grabbing my phone off of my night stand, the charger, and my keys. Kaitlyn followed me downstairs, sense she said she was gonna get snacks out of the kitchen and invite some guy over.
I don't know. I wasn't paying attention to what she was saying. I looked at my phone and realized I still had it on airplane mode. I kissed my teeth at my stupidity before turning off airplane mode.
I received so many notifications that my entire phone froze.
"Gosh, I hate iPhones!" I shout out in annoyance when I had to restart my phone to get it working properly
I had so many text from Kian but they were all from earlier when I was on my flight. I frown, I hope he didn't think I was ignoring him.
I hadn't told him I was coming back so early.
I was going to in text, but then he was being a smart aleck and I made him wait.
"Bye Kaitlyn!" I shout after I put on my white converse
She said something back on the lines of 'bye', so I just shrugged and left out the door after picking up Cleo.
I placed Cleo in the drivers seat and he took no hesitation in making himself comfy. I look at him in awe because of how cute he was.
I then focused on leaving and driving to a certain location.

I was shocked at the house that I had parked in front of. It was honestly beautiful and was way too big for just two people to live in.
I remembered this address from when Kian had told me he had already moved in and I should visit when I got back. I know I should've waited until sunrise to do this, considering it's nearly 3am, but i couldn't wait to see him.
I walked up to the front door with Cleo in one hand, and used the other hand to softly knock.
Fuck, I doubt anyone is up.
After a few minutes of waiting, I decided on just coming by later. But then the door suddenly opened, revealing
"Dom?" I looked at him confused
He looked at me confused as well. His eyes were squinted and he was still in his pj's.
"The fuck?" He blurts out "am I dreaming? Why are you in my dream?" He looked at me suspiciously
Jc came up behind him and stared at me in shock. He was eating a bowl of cereal with just jeans on.
"Kian sai-"
"Shh!" Me and Dom both shush him as Cleo barked
"Sorry?" Jc flinched from Cleo as he begin to growl, then he looked at me.
"Kian said you were in Canada" Jc whispered
I smiled, "I came back early."
He nods and continued to eat his bowl of cereal. I looked at Dom who was still staring at me, I gave him an awkward look.
You could tell he was still half asleep by the way he could barely hold himself up against the door.
"So.." i trailed
Jc slapped Dom's chest, scaring Dom and making him almost fall.
"Move out the way so she can get through" he whispered
"Huh?" Dom looked confused before looking at me "when did she get here?"
I rolled my eyes as I stepped into the house and Jc shut the door behind me. I thank him and looked around the place. There were still moving boxes, but everything looked great.
"Nice place" I looked at Jc
He looked up at me from his cereal bowl and gave me a thumbs up, sense he couldn't talk with his mouth full.
"I'm going to bed." Dom yawned and waved at us before heading into a hallway
I looked back at Jc, "is Kian sleeping?"
I mentally face palmed myself, "don't answer that"
Of course he is. It's three in the fucking morning, Cecilia! YOU out of all people should be sleeping right now.
"His room is upstairs, all the way down the hall, and to your left." He tells me
"Thank you" I smiled
"Do you mind if I keep Cleo down here?" I asked, not wanting to be a bother more than I already am
"Wishbone!" He called out, making my eyes widen from the sudden outburst
Soon, a black and white dog came running into the room we were in. I looked at it in awe and bent down to its level.
"Boy or girl?" I asked as I scratched behind wishbones ear
"Boy" he answered
I nod and placed Cleo down. I watched as they played, making sure they get along before I just leave Cleo down here.
I say goodnight to Jc before walking my way up the stairs and down the hallway. The sound of a fan blowing came from the room that Jc told me was Kian's. I quietly pushed the door open and quietly shut it back.
I tiptoed over to the bed, stepping around clothes that were thrown onto the floor. I took off my shoes and placed them next to Kian's by his bed.
The bed sheets only covered half of his shirtless body. The light from the window allowed me to see that it was in fact Kian, not just some random guy, the tattoos on his arm were luckily visible. His arms were tucked under the pillow his head rested, he laid flat on his stomach with his head turned the opposite way of me.
I hope I don't fuck this up.
I some how managed to get into the bed after taking my jacket off without making noise.
I let out a small yelp when Kian rolled over on top of me, staring down at me with sleepy eyes.
"Cecilia?" His eyes widened
A grin made its way to my lips "Kian."
I started to laugh when he attacked my face with butterfly kisses. The ends of his hair tickled the side of my neck, making me laugh harder.
He pulled away with the hugest grin on his face. It made me feel happy that I was the cause of it.
"Are you really here?" He frowned
"Yes" I giggled
"I thought you weren't coming back so soon?" He looked at me confused
"What? Did you replace me when I was gone?" I teased him, causing his smile to reappear
It took me by surprise when he connected his lips with mine, kissing me slowly yet passionately.
"I would never." He mumbled against my lips before pulling away
I stare at his eyes in full adoration. This time, it was me who brought his lips to mine.
"I missed you." I say truthfully
"I missed you too." He smirked before reconnecting our lips
