"Auston!" I scream as he picks me up and throws me in a pile of snow. I flip him off and tried to get out of the snow bank.
"Need help?" He smirks, I nodded. He holds his hand out and I pull him down.
"Ryan!" He rolls over and laughs. "We are going to be late!" He gets up, I groan and get up too. I brush myself off. We continue to walk down the sidewalk to the ACC, we decided to walk today. It's family skate day, and today is the day I meet Auston's parents and his sisters. He continues to walk ahead, I quickly make a snowball and threw it towards Aus. It hits Aus in the back of his head. He stops and turns to look at me, I stand and shrug. He shakes his head and bends down to make a snowball. I start running towards the ACC, Auston was right behind me.
"Auston! Don't throw it! I'm sorry" I yelled, soon I felt the ball hit me. I gasped and stopped, Auston laughs and throws another one. I make one and throw one at him, he dodges it.
"Ryan and Auston! Inside we are just missing yous two so let's go!" We turn to look to see who was telling us to get inside.
"Coming Naz!" I say and ran towards the doors. I felt myself being lifted off the ground.
"Put me down!" I screamed, I felt Auston laughing at me. I slapped his ass.
"Ow!" He puts me down. I smiled and took off running again. Naz held the door open and closes it before Aus gets in. I quickly run to find the rest of the people, I ran into someone causing both of us to fall to the ground.
"Sorry! I shouldn't be been running in the ACC! and I should look where I was going," I look at the person.
"It's okay, I'm okay!" She giggles. I get up and help her up.
"I'm Ryan but excuse me I have to hide," I tell her and took off and hid behind a post.
"Hey, have you seen Ryan?" I hear Auston ask someone. I see him come into my view, with his back facing towards me. I step out my spot and jump on his back with that simple movement both of us are on the floor laughing.
"Found you!" He smiles and helps me up after he gets off the floor. I giggle and pushed his beanie down over his ears.
"I swear to god you do not know how to wear these hats," I say taking it off and pushed his hair back then put his beanie back on. He rolls his eyes and pulls me into a hug. I smile as he starts to dance with me, we can dance to nothing it's something we just do. Auston lets go of me, leans in for a kiss. We heard someone calling out Auston's name, it's the girl I bumped into.
"Ryan here is your hat!" She smiles and gives me my red beanie.
"Thanks," I giggle and put it on.
"Wait how do you know each other?" Auston asks. I blushed, she giggles.
"She was running and bumped into me," She tell her brother.
"Yeah sorry about that," I was embarrassed.
"It's okay but did you find a hiding spot?" She questions. I nodded laughed, "Yeah right there," I pointed to the post. She giggles and introduced herself.
"I'm Breyana" She held out her hand I smile and take her hand. Then she pulls me into a hug, I giggle and accepted the hug.
"Where's mum?" Auston asks Bre.
"She is talking to Mitch's mum," She lets go of me and we walk through the player's entrance. We walk over, I take off my coat cause it's damp from the snow. Auston does the same and takes my coat places it on the bench. Aus hands me my skates I smiled and said thanks. We walk out to the rink, I think is somewhere in the building but on a different floor.
"Let's see who can tie up their skates the fastest!" I say then sit down.
"You are so on!" He smirks. He sits next to me and takes off his shoes, I had one skate on already, just need to tighten them. I tighten them, I have some string left over so I wrapped them around my leg then tie them, then did my other foot. I was done, I stand up.
"Done!" I say and look at Auston, he was just finishing his last skate.
"That's because you started before me!" He tells me and ties his skate. I look at my skates and giggle, I have on neon pink lace and one neon yellow one and my skates have names and date written on them.
"Why do you have names on your skates?" He looks at them.
"It's the dates that I went skating, and how special they meant to me" I smile and looked at my right skate. Auston 11/14/17
"You name is on my right skate," I point to it. He smiles and kisses me.
"I caught that!" I hear Mitch yelled. I smile into the kiss, he pulls away and hugs me. I was about to get on the ice till I saw Breyana struggling. I giggle and went to help her.
"Thanks, Ryan," She smiles.
"No problem and you can call me Ry or RyRy," I tell her. She laughs and says RyRy, I smile and take her on the ice. Then Aus and the rest came and joined us on the ice, Breyana is a little unsteady on the ice so she is hooked onto me. I giggled as she tries to figure it out again.
"Bre, here grab onto my hands," I stop her and went in front of her. She holds onto me.
"Okay now look at me, not your feet, if you do it makes you more scared to skate and it feels like you are going to fall, " I tell her and look at her. She nods and starts to push, she gets the hang of it then I went back to her side. Soon me and her were holding hands skating around, Aus comes up to me. I let go of her hand she manages.
"Hi!" I smiled and took his hand to skate around. I see Kanon and Tyler on the ice. Then he brings me to his mum and his other sister.
"Ryan this is my mum Ema and my other sister Alex!" He smiles, I smile and waved.
"Nice to meet you!" I giggle as his mum hugs me.
"Oi! Aus want to play a quick game?" Mitch and Willy came up to him.
"Go ahead!" His mum smiles. I stayed with them, I smiled as he skated with them grabbing their sticks. Matt and Naz join them.
"You love him don't you?" His mum looks at me.
"Very," I blushed and look at my skates.
"He loves you so much," Alex tells me. "He makes my day brighter," I smile and watched him play.
"How did you meet him?" Bre asks. "He saw me at his game and gave me a puck," I smile, "Then I got a job offer here for The Leafs," I tell them grabbing my camera, Mike made me leave it here for this day. I showed them pictures of the player, then Auston and all of the couple pictures I took. They looked at me and Aus's pictures Kris took.
"What are you doing for schooling?" Alex looks at me.
"I'm starting this spring for photography," I tell her. She nods and keeps looking at my pictures.
"Send me this one please?" Ema smiles and shows me a picture of Aus smiling. I nodded and sent that to my phone and placed my camera back in its bag. I give her my phone to put her number in it. Then I sent it to her, she thanks me and changes her background to her son. I giggle and show her my background it's one of his old photos. I see the boys pushing each other to get the puck. I see Kris she sees me and comes over to us, she wraps her arms around me.
"Kris this is Auston, mum Ema, His sisters Alex and Breyana," I smiled and introduced Kris.
"I'm Ryan's older cousin," She smiles and waves.
"You are Mitch's girlfriend right?" Ema asks. She blushes and nods.
"Awe Bonnie thinks your adorable," She gushes, Kris hides her face.
"They are perfect for each other!" Breyana giggles.
"I know they are, I swear she is just like Mitch! They sing obnoxiously loud and they are so bubbly," I laugh, Kris giggles and looks at him. Her face is red from blushing. I laugh as we embarrassed her, she glares at me and smirks.
"I swear her and Aus can sleep all day, eat all day, and they watch kid shows after watch a scary movie," Kris smiles and skates away. My face heats up, they all smile at me.
"Auston told me you lost your mother are a young age," Ema says in a voice that any mother will make you feel sad but okay at the same time.
"Yeah I did," I slowly nodded. Alex gave me a hug. I like it how short they are and Bre is just in the middle of me and Aus. "It was hard going through the pain but in life, you gotta keep moving, life gets tough but if you are at rock bottom the only way is up, I climbed out of the hole and I found out what I was missing now I found it," I say looking at Auston again. I see Molly helping Kanon, I smile as he tries to skate to his dad Tyler. Tyler picks him up and throws him in the air making him giggle.
"Want to go see Auntie Cookie?' I hear Tyler ask Kanon.
"Whos Cookie?" Alex asks us.
"I'm Cookie," I smiled and skated towards Tyler and he hands me Kanon. He giggles and touches my hair. I put him down on his skates, he giggles are I move him. I see he tries to move I smile and help him again, Aus went in front of me and Kanon he takes Kanon's left hand and I take Kanon's left hand. He giggles and tries to push himself again. I put Kanon on my shoulder to take him back to his mom. Tyler takes him off and hands him to Molly, Tyler gives me a hug. He lets go, and soon I was bodychecked to the ice. I look up Kris and Mitch points at each other.
"Go!" She yells and skates away, I get up and skate towards them. I slap both of their asses and skated away. I smirk and skated towards Aus, he laughing at the couple. I look at them they were both rubbing their cheeks. I laughed and high-fived Aus. I kiss him on the cheek, and he kisses me.
