Ha Min Ho (The Vibe Label) has recently been accused of sexually harassing minors. One of the girls uploaded screenshots of conversations with Minho, saying, "I don't know if this is proof, but I had n drive back up automatically so it shows when I took screenshots. Why would I make up screenshots in 2016 keke.. He told me to erase Facebook messages because he got messages checked as a trainee, but I didn't know he'd be on Produce 101." He was reportedly talking to highschool students, who are underage girls. "While some are merely inviting them over to his house, others are blatantly sexual harassment," quoted from Allkpop. "He was also accussed of changing his name to Yu Seon Ho in an attempt to cover his tracks."
Due to this, it's been decided that Ha Min Ho will leave the show and has also cancelled his contract with The Vibe Label. Below is a translation of the statements issued by The Vibe Label addressing these matters:

In another news, Kim Dong Bin (Kiwi Media Group) has also recently been accused of cheating and foul play (similar to Kang Daniel's case).
Kim Dong Bin's fan union tweeted "Hello!! It's Kim Dong Bin's fan union Shining Star. Concept song votes are starting today, and we heard that he wants to do 'Please Open' or 'Never'. If you are his fan, please vote for one of the two songs!!"
The tweet, however, stirred problems. Joongang Ilbo contacted the fan union and was told, "I wrote about the song voting because Dong Bin's father asked me to. I always make the announcements and I saw the leader didn't write it, so I did. Dong Bin's father asked me to delete it not long after, so I deleted it. I also wondered if it was okay to post it. Also just wanna clear up, there was still NO NEWS as to what Mnet will do with regards Daniel's case, so please let's not make assumptions and conclusions that he'll probably going to get kicked out, NOT NOW (and let's hope, not ever ~^~). Mnet is still discussing the matter but has not released any statements yet as for now.
