She heard a faint sound of instrumental music.
That was what Gerard would always play lately. She was not familiar with that music but he would always hum it to her. Natatawa naman siya sa pag-hum ng asawa dahil kadalasan ay may kasamang panghaharot habang malanding sumasayaw na parang gigolo.
Naalimpungatan siya sa narinig na tugtog. She squinted her eyes with the light which she thought was the lampshape turned on, at napaangat ng ulo from her sleep.
"Anong oras na ba? Aga lumandi ng mister ko huh..." pabiro niyang sabi thinking Gerard was with her beside the bed all along. But she realized na uupo pa lang ang asawa dahil lumundo ang kama at naramdaman niya sa kanyang likod ang iniy ng katawan ng asawa. Idinikit pa niya lalo ang likod niya dahil masarap sa likod ang init ng katawan ng asawa lalo pa't malamig ang panahon ngayon. Hindi na nga siya nag-aircon dahil sa sobrang lamig. Nahirapan nga siya matulog kagabi dahil pag nilalamig siya ay nagpapa-akap siya sa asawa. That's when she realized that she waited for him to come home last night from his trip to Iloilo.
"Hon, nakauwi ka na pala. Inintay kita kagabi..." halos pabulong niya lang na nasabi kay Gerard na ipinupuwesto na siya sa gitna ng kama. Siya naman ay hinayaan lang ang asawa dahil inaantok pa siya. "Shouldn't we get up na? Late na pala. I'll get the kids ready pa..."
"I told the nannies to ready the kids..." he said and moved on top of her.
"Anong oras ka nakauwi?" tanong niya kay Gerard na galing sa Iloilo para bisitahin ang mga tinatayo nilang condominium doon.
"Around 1am..." matipid na sabi ni Gerard as he kept himself busy kissing her neck, and putting kiss marks on her.
"Hon..." Magrereklamo dapat siya dahil naglalagay na naman ng kiss mark ang asawa niya sa leeg niya. Pero imbis na pa-reklamo niyang nasabi, halos pa-ungol pa niya itong nasambit.
Napatawa ang asawa niya at tinuloy lang ang paghalik sa kanya habang tinutulungan siyang magkumot. Alam kasi nitong lamigin siya. She felt his stiff manhood in between her legs. Gerard pulled her underwear down and pushed his boxer shorts to expose his and tease her core with its head, as he caressed and kissed her to ready her for his entrance.
Pero biglang bumukas ang pintuan nila at nagsipasukan ang kambal.
Napakagat labi si Shayla. "Sorry, hon..." nasambit niya as Gerard rested his face on her neck.
Tumango tango lang si Gerard at napangiti. "Bitin, hon..." anito.
Napatawa na lang siya habang namumula. Si Gerard naman ay lumipat na sa tabi niya while they discreetly pulled their underwear up under the blanket and sat up.
"Daddy," si Gwen na maka-daddy. "You're heavy! Why were you on top of Mommy?"
"Didn't you see? Dad was whispering something to Mommy."Bree shyly argued.
Nagkatinginan silang dalawa.
"Girls, have you eaten breakfast?" tanong ni Gerard to shift the discussion.
"No, not yet..." sabay na sagot ng dalawang bata.
"Then, why are you here in Daddy and Mommy's room? You should be eating your breakfast by now." Sabi ni Gerard.
"And you should've knocked before you entered the room, girls." Dagdag pa ni Shayla.
"Mom... Dad... I came here because I wanted to ask permission if I can wear my ballet skirt to Auntie Rori's event." Si Gwen, ang assertive nilang anak na nagmana sa ugali ni Gerard.
"I followed her because she doesn't want to believe that you told Nanny Rosita that we're supposed to wear dresses so that it would be easier to remove later, if we're to wear the dresses that Auntie Rori made for us." Paliwanag naman ni Bree na nahihiya.
"Okay, Gwen, you may wear your ballet skirt." Sagot ni Shayla. Gwen jumped in excitement and kissed her and Gerard.
"Thank you Mom and Dad!" Gwen said and ran out of the room.
Si Bree naman ay nakatayo pa rin sa harap nila.
"Bree, do you want to say anything?" marahang tanong ni Gerard sa mahiyaing anak who was similar to Shayla.
"I'd like to wear ballet skirt, if Gwen can wear it too. Can I, Daddy, Mommy?" Nahihiyang tanong ni Bree.
"Of course sweetheart." Sagot naman ni Shayla. Excited naman na humalik si Bree sa kanilang dalawa at umakap ng matagal. "You're the bestest coolest mom and dad ever!" Anito.
Napatawa naman silang dalawa habang naka-akap sa kanila ang anak, at nagmadaling lumabas.
"Lock the door pls." Pahabol ni Gerard bago binuksan ni Bree ang pinto. Siniko naman niya ang asawa.
"Aray, hon! Ayan ka na naman, a? Binubogbog mo na naman ako..." hirit ni Gerard sabay tayo sa kama para i-check ang pintuan kung nai-lock nga ni Bree. Nailock na nga ng anak ang pintuan kaya nagmadali itong bumalik sa kama at nagkumot sa tabi niya. Siya naman ay akmang tatayo na ng kama. "Honey, dito ka muna." Paki-usap nito sa kanya at hinila ang kamay niya para maupo sa kama. He gently pushed her down to bed and kissed her again. This time, he kissed her passionately.
"Honey, di pa ako nagmumumog...kakahiya..." she consciously said habang iniiwas ang bibig sa asawa na patuloy pa rin sa paghalik sa kanya. He pulled down the string of her nighties and licked the tip of her breast which sent a tingling sensation to her body. It's been a week since they last made love. Isang linggo kasi si Gerard sa Iloilo para i-monitor ang condominium, lalo na't may nabalitaan sila na anomaly sa pagbili ng mga materyales sa pag-gawa ng condominium.
"Quick lang..." pakiusap ng asawa while his hand touched her love button and massaged it, habang ang kabila ay hinihimas ang likod niya upward to her other breast and was circling his palm on it. Napasinghap si Shayla sa naramdaman. It's just then that she felt her body responding to his desire. She missed her husband—a lot. Tumugon na rin siya ng halik at pag-caress sa manhood ng asawa. She heard him groan as she tried to massage his stiff love muscle under his boxers. Aalisin pa lang niya ang boxers ng marinig naman nila ang katok at iyak ni Andrew.
"Mommy! I don't want to wear it!" Nagaalburotong sigaw nito. "I want to wear my Minion shirt!"
"You always wear that shirt. Last Sunday when you went to mass, you wore that shirt. Then, last Tuesday, you wore that again after your swimming lesson. Now, you will wear that again? No, no, no." Sabi ng nanny ni Andrew.
"No, I want to wear it again." Andrew insisted.
Napabuntong hininga at napahiga si Gerard sa kama. Si Shayla naman ay natatawang tinakpang ng kumot at unan ang bandang baba ni Gerard because of his poking manhood, saka tumayo para magsuot ng robe at binuksan ang pintuan para kausapin ang nag-iisang lalakeng anak.
Lumuhod si Shayla sa harapan ni Andrew na nasa may pintuan. "Anak, we know that the Minion shirt is your favorite... but if you always wear it, maluluma na yun' shirt mo at masisira. Do you want it to happen?" Mahinahon at malambing na sabi niya sa anak na alam naman niyang paliwanagan lang niya ay susunod naman ito.
Si Gerard naman ay sinusubukan pahupain ang nararamdaman pero hindi pa rin nito mapigil. Nagtakip ng braso si Gerard at napa-groan. "Just give Drew what he wants, and give me what I want, honey...pls?" Pabiro nitong hirit.
"Honey..." Nagbabantang lumingon si Shayla sa pilyong asawa.
"Okay... okay... Tatahimik na'ko." He pouted.
