Summary.
When Marianne moves out of a little town in France after the abandonment of her parents, she is forced to live with her brother who she knows little about in one of the biggest cities in America. She discovers a new life; a life filled with contentment, mirthfulness and above all, love. Before she reaches this she must overcome obstacles in her path, obstacles that may fracture her hope. Having nearly given up through betrayal, Marianne refuses to show her true feelings but reaches out to express through music.
Joshua Harris has just moved into town, he recently witnessed his mother's death and now he and his father are searching for a new beginning. Josh stops at a nearby music store to mend his diseased mothers broken guitar. On walking in, he hears a soft melody of which gives him a feeling of euphoria.
