Grace Adams has been what you would call a 'troubled girl' for the majority of her life, but her friend Cheyenne, or Chey for short, has always kept her sane (even though she was fairly troubled herself.) But after Chey dies due to tragic circumstances, Grace completely loses it, falling back into all of her old habits. When her therapist (who she didnt go to willingly) suggests sending her to a ranch for troubled teens over the summer after nothing else works, her parents agree as a last resort. While there, Grace is paired with a stallion rescued from an abusive home. Both Grace and the horse are broken inside- can they put each other back together?
