*5 months later*
Yn's POV
our baby stayed in the hospital for 2 whole months cause he was premature I was 6 months pregnant and didn't even know it, Chres and I are literally roommates, we dont kiss, we don't cuddle, nothing we still have sex because we have both have needs and neither of us wanna just go out and fuck someone else see how that turned out the last time we did that, but fuck the sex I want my man back like now, and Ethic and Lorenz go back to school today
me: *smacks Chres while breast feeding Jaemoni*

I take and outfit out his closet and set it on the side of his crib and I go into the bathroom putting him in his baby tub and washing him up he starts crying

me: go wake them up, you need to get up to, you got court today

I get Jaemoni dressed and lay him in his baby swing and I go upstairs and get Kaevons cloths picked out and she gets dressed

we got 5 kids in one house, I'm glad breeze lives here to help me when Yn's at work, cause I cannot deal with Jaemoni, Khalid & Kaevon at once especially Kaevon, I be wanting to yell at her so bad, but I don't cause ik she's gonna cry and she's not gonna stop until I give her all my attention which rarely happens so she gets mad at me and goes in her room and messes shit up, and when Yn gets home and sees that shit I get yelled at for the bullshit
me: *signs to Ethic* go eat breakfast
Ethic: *signs back* I'm not hungry
me: *signs* what's wrong?
Ethic: *signs shaking his head* nothing I wanna talk about
me: *signs* alright, I'm not gonna make you talk, go ahead and watch tv or play the game *goes into Lorenzs room* go eat breakfast

Lorenz: can I have a girlfriend?

me: mhm hurry up and eat its almost time for you to go
I go downstairs into me and Yn's room to get dressed and she's laying down sleeping

I'm going to court because Desirees mom Denice wants custody of Lorenz, why? I don't know, she says I'm not taking care of him and I don't let Desiree see him or anyone from Desiree family, I'm not go lie I don't want them near my son cause they all act the same as Desiree, I mean really living with them my fucking son was exposed to drugs

Yn: *eating frech toast yawning* ill eat later, I'm tired *last back down*

me: finish that first, and you need to eat

I take all 4 bottles put them in the refrigerator and I pick Jaemoni up out his swing and take him to Yn
me: *kisses his cheek laying him on Yns chest* I'm leaving I love you *pecks her lips* bye baby girl *kisses breezes cheek walking out room* Lorenz go get Ethic meet me in the car

I get in the car and Ethic and Lorenz run out and I drop them off at school and drive to the court house meeting my lawyer by the court room and we go in and Denise is giving a death stare and I just sit waiting for it to start
judge: I'm judge Aries, welcome to family court Mrs.Dezhae your bring Mr.August to court over custody of your grandson Lorenz August correct?
us: correct
judge: well let's start with you Mrs.Dezhae, why do you think Lorenz should be in your care
Denise: because Lorenz was originally living with me from the day he was born up until he was 6 he was fine, for 3 years his father was not in his life 2 years ago he decided he wanted to be around and he took my grand son from my daughter, he abused my daughter when they were together he's probably abusing Lorenz
me: *lets out a slight chuckle leaning back in my chair*
judge: ok Mr.August your up
me: *stands up* I was out of my sons life for 3 years not because I didn't want anything to do with my son, I was in jail those 3 years and when I got out I made every effort to be around my son Desiree took me to court he got to stay with me a weekend out of every month for a whole 2 years, it was like that until she asked me if I wanted Lorenz me and my girlfriend took him in he's been with us since, and never have I exposed him to drugs, or abuse, I don't abuse my kids nore my girl
judge: where's does the drug exposure come in?
Me: Desirees a heroin addict, I found out after she let Lorenz live with me, that's why I haven't let them see Lorenz, last time I let Desiree see him he was scared of her cause the way she looked, and he told me he didn't wanna see her again
judge: can I ask you what you went to jail for?
me: possession of marijuana
judge: have you exposed your son to that?
me: no
judge: you may sit, why do you think he abuses his son Mrs.Dezhae?
Denise: cause he abused my daughter, he got her hooked on heroin, he raped Desiree, Lorenz is a rape child
me: what!? I didn't do any of that shit!
judge: order! *bangs her gavel* we do have a report that says you raped Desiree but she dropped the charges
me: I was with Desiree for 3 years before she got pregnant why would I rape her if she been gave it up? I didn't get her hooked on heroin, and I didn't abuse her, the only time I actually put my hands on her was when we got into a argument and she would hit me I didn't even hit her back I simply pushed her away from me, ik why she said I raped her
judge: why?
me: because I was breaking up with her
judge: what about your fluids they found inside of her?
me: the day she told the police I raped her, that morning we had unprotected sex
judge: well that's all for today tomorrow you will need atleast one person to speak for you, court dismissed
Yn's POV
I definitely needed sleep and Jaemoni actually let me as long ad he was laying on me he was fine, I think that's the problem at night I put him in his crib or lay him on a pillow and he's up every hour, he lays on me he sleeps through the night, I figured out how I'm gonna get sleep at night
Chres: *walks in room taking off tie* would it be wrong for me to slice Denises neck and leave her leaking in her own home
me: uh oh what happened
Chres: she said Lorenz is a rape child, she said i abused Desiree, and she said I got her hooked on heroin
damn now I gotta keep him in the house or he's gonna do something that might out Denise in a casket early

Chres: *sits on the seat thing at the end of our bed*
